Mixed emotions. Miss Shelley is awesome. She took good care of me when I asked for help. But I have had a number of stays with them where other guests are letting their pets run un-tethered. I wish there was more emphasis on this as guests check in. I keep telling myself I’m not staying again but it’s such a nice place.

Staff was supper friendly. The sites was very clean. Even saw a staff member driving around picking up litter. I loved the lake!

Love the concrete level pads that allow us to stay hitched. Showers/restrooms clean and maintained. Close to numerous eateries (Fezzos was great!) Pleasant, efficient check-in.

We had a great time and everyone we talked to ( including campers) were very helpful and nice. The only inconvenience was that there wasn’t a bathhouse near our campsite and we like to shower in bathhouses.

Nice and clean well marked sites with lots of shade and plenty of things to keep you or your kids occupied. Very friendly and courteous staff . Had a problem with a receptacle at the hookup pole and the maintenance guy got it repaired before we even got back to our campsite. 5 stars. N ow if they can hold down the temperature a bit it would be perfect.

The park is beautiful, quiet and clean. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. It's conveniently located, the perfect spot for an overnight stay or a week or two. Great for families too. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

First time stay, was just overnight but I would recommend it. An older park with new addition a large lake some sites have decks, and great pull throughs. The grass was very well kept green and thick. Will stay again sometime!

Brief overnight on our trip from Florida to Texas. Our 50 amp pull through site was in the back and I was concerned about time for our quick stay, but the convenience of the pull through and wide concrete site was great. Clean grounds, comfortable stay, and would recommend for a quick overnight stay with close proximity to I-10.

Super kind staff. Paying the little extra to be next to the water is worth it and beautiful. Area and pool is well maintained. The only bummer is the sound of cars/interstate when sitting outside wanting peace and quiet. Over all, great place to stay.

Have stopped here many times on our way to or from the East Coast. Older KOA with some areas needing to be upgraded. The upgrades to the restroom/shower area and the addition of Cable were definitely needed and were appreciated.

I would have given a 5 star except the layout of the utilities was not very good. The water and electricity access were in a place that we had to put a table over them to keep from tripping. Same for sewer access. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet and lots of shade.

The Lafayette KOA is the perfect location when traveling from the Houston area. There are plenty of activities for the entire family including two pools, game room, fishing, and paddle boats. The camping lots along the lake are very nice and some offer patios. The staff are friendly and work hard to giving you a great camping vacation.

Only stayed overnight in feb but what a great looking place, good level sites, many are pull through, tons of activities for kids and adults. Wish I was staying longer.

We came in a little late, but our papers were all ready for us at the board by the front door of the office. This is our second time staying here and both times were flawless.
