The place was beautiful with wooded tent sites. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They made it comfortable.

We as a family go to lake bomaseen every year on the 4th of July. Every year hoping that the camp ground fixes the boat launch and the far dock for its patrons. Every year a disappointment. Other than the docks, we are always super satisfied with the place!! something for everyone.

The sites are extremely tight. The neighbor was right on top of us. We couldn't get a radio station or wifi and there is nothing to do here except go to the pool. We did rent kayaks for an afternoon and they leaked.

We had site 65 power was awful they told us it was our brand new camper... we also has tent sites 141&143 they are small and very unlevel and no room for a fire

Our stay was ok. Stayed in our sites...the site was very unleveled we spent the time in a tipped camper roll right out the door....Now we & inlaws were in a curve which made it very very hard to back in a fellow camper had to guide us in with cutting in moving forward ,backwards to just get in site very tight no one willing to move their truck to make it easier...after all this it was nice place

Very clean and quiet sights were neat and spacious my only concern was the signage for some of the sights I missed A turn because at A crucial turn I followed the visible numbers and went the wrong way.���� That was the only issue and did not ruin our stay��������

Over booked campground. Too much traffic, not safe for kids to bike with all the traffic. The staff was not as helpful as other koa campgrounds I've been to. It's was "here's your site" bye bye. Roads are super narrow to get your rig through. Camp ground rules are not adhered to especially in the back road. Loud loud music with profanity my kids didn't need to hear, nor I . The pool was meh.

The only negative I have about the campground every year is the boat docks are not maintained. They're severely overgrown with bushes to walk through and the water where you park the boats is hugely over grown. Its dissatisfying as you pay extra to launch a boat there yet clearly that extra amount is not going towards dock maintenance.

The campsites were small and close together. We stayed at site #117 (a pull thru site) and it was very narrow. It was impossible to have a campfire. It was a nice campground and we will probably to back.

I had a great time! I had a big site, I wasn’t worried about a tight fit. The showers were open this year which was amazing! It was overall a very quiet, nice time. I can’t wait to go back next year

We stayed over the July 4 weekend of 2020. It was a great location and we had a good time despite the COVID-19 pandemic but there were things that could’ve made the stay even better. Pros: Location with lake access, mostly wooded sites, great camp store. Cons: NO staff was wearing a mask, terrible traffic flow, only 2 poorly placed bathhouses especially if you are tent camping, fishing access

sites where vary tight, no management around to unsure proper spacing of peoples setups. no enforcement of camp rules where in place.

Packed in like sardines. No social distancing. No one wearing masks in restrooms. Staff not wearing masks Constant barrage of golf carts, Big loud trucks, loud music. Pool was very crowded We have stayed at many KOA campgrounds, they are always lovely.. this was not. We left early and staff didnt even ask why. Never again!

The tent sites we had 129 and 131 were TINY. You could barely fit a car and a tent. The sites were literally on top of each other so absolutely no privacy. The sites were not maintained at all.. there was garbage in the bushes around our tent site. The pool was GREEN - and people were still swimming in it! Also, the boat launch was a mess, the docks were unstable. We will never go back.

We have camped here every year for the passed 5-6 years... we love the staff, they know who we are and are very welcoming! They can’t control the actions of other campers but they were very quick to try to remedy a situation with some younger disrespectful campers. We love it there and will continue to camp there!

The facilities were in disrepair. The wifi did not work and the pool was closed. None of this was disclosed to me when I made my reservation. We notified the owner Estelle about the wifi and the pool. She was argumentative and rude to us and other customers. It was so foul we left and ate the cost of a lost reservation. Never going to koa again.

Not the best KOA that I have ever Visit the calving that I stay in it was in clean the bathroom was very dirty the swimming pool was disgusting the grounds those dog poop all over the place definitely not like a KOA

The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful with lots to see and do. We were surprised the campground did not offer recycling.

There is no Cell Service or WI FI their WIFI didn't work. They have old full-time campers that are just rotting away where they sit. The staff we briefly came in contact with were not very friendly. It was ok for overnight but would not go back there.

Overall not bad. Owners were nice clean campground. Pool was not available while we were there not clean enough for boys to swim. WiFi was non existent but stated otherwise in description. Would stay here again.

Cleanest bathroom/shower facilities and all around campground I have ever been to! Office ladies are all so sweet and made it such an enjoyable stay! Especially for allowing us to switch to a larger tent site upon arrival!

The campsite was was not level. I had to set up, so that my left side camper wheels were off the ground three inches, NOT GOOD. You advertise free WIFI ! It was free, but also nonexistent !! Three nights, and where not able to sign on with either phones, or laptops. The water in the pool was brown. We have stayed at KOA''s before , this is a poor representative of your good name.

We felt packed in like sardines. It was 14’ from our door to neighbors sewer pipe. Lots of open sites were available. People in cabin behind us were partying til 1am one night and kid with whistle and screaming the next.

Not much for lake views, only site with full hookups and somewhat of a view was #30. Sites are small for 5th wheels and too many pine trees making it dark. Pool was green and closed. Sorry to say it was not really up to our other KOA campground experiences.

Clean bathrooms, clean sites, 30 amp sites a little too close together without trees in between, had some noisy underage drinkers next to us up until 230 a.m. and didn’t know where to report that to, not the owners fault but prefer more secluded campsites where that’s not a problem. Overall is a really good campground with a boat ramp of it’s own with boat parking first come first serve.

My site was Very close to the main road and was very loud. Morning came early due to high volume of traffic. Bathroom was quite a distance away. The site itself was very nice.

Reserved a site via phone, arrived and site was given to somebody else. Arrived at site and fire ring was full of ashes and bottles. Very loud past quiet time, it until past midnight

If you want to listen to dogs barking all the time then this is the campground for you. Apparently seasonal campers don't have to follow the same rules as everyone else.The woman across the road leaves her 3 dogs home alone and all they do is bark, day and night! By the way, their location on Vermont's largest lake is nothing but a swamp! Don't let the KOA directory fool you!

It was okay. We were able to kayak from the boat launch. The neighbors were noisy late into the night. We were there with very senior dogs so we were not very active, just walking around the park and reading at our site. The constant use of power equipment and golf carts were very distracting. But the staff were very friendly.
