The campground was great, the staff in the store however was not very personable.

The only problem with this KOA was not having a beach and only a boat launch, most of the time near a lake we look forward to sitting on a beach and letting the dog swim. Service was friendly and it was a great atmosphere for the family. Thank you

0ur stay was great, friendly people, well kept pool and grounds. Only " suggestion" is the pool be open until 10, or do adult hour from 9 to 10 where adults can make room into the pool without a TON of kids.

One of the most unKOA like KOAs we have stayed at. The staff wore yellow shirts, yellow signs abounded but not the expected KOA experience. The staff was friendly tho hampered by one staffer, who was constantly out smarted by their computer. This delayed check in, gate pass issue, and general purchases to the point of annoyance. The campground roads were narrow and crooked-dangerous for bigrig

Mostly poorly maintained permanent/seasonal and most transient sites don't have sewer. Should be called Bomoseen Swamp KOA as lake is unuseable for anything but boating. Definitely not big rig-towing friendly.

Very quite and peaceful. Great camp store, lots of good stuff. Unfortunately no cell service only in certain areas. Would stay again�

Stayed in a beautiful deluxe cabin with nice bunk bedroom, bathroom/ towels, kitchen area with basic pots/pans/dishes/utensils/ microwave/full refrigerator, AC/heating unit, & ceiling fan. Cabin spotless. Staff was pleasant & helpful. The pull-out futon was uncomfortable even for sitting. Only one set of bedding supplied. Fire ‘ring’ has no grill. 2 years ago EVERYTHING was included.

We stay at site 73 ( cabin ) Very nice and clean. Come with kitchen utensils, cable tv, and WiFi. Close to the swimming pool. The site is at the Y of Main Street, the road is very busy. Workers are nice. Check out was fast. Fishing was good, large mouth bass and northern pikes. Kids and pets friendly. Thank you for a nice place. Will plan to come back sometime in the future.

We were very disappointed in the spaces provided for the sites. We stayed in 114 and the lots are right on top of each other. We are also a 38 ft. camper and maneuvering the driveways all the way to the dump station was unacceptable. It would help to cut down some trees near the roadway especially around the curves so maneuverability for the larger rigs would be more convenient.

1) Pool was closed - nasty green color because pool filled with lake water - no notification during reservation/offer of a cheaper rate 2) Wifi is useless - can't even send a text 3) Firewood was $10 for 4 pieces of wood - ridiculous 4) Store was closed at 7 on a summer saturday night - thought that was early 5) site was extremely unlevel 6) dump station is in terrible location on a hill

Overall the stay was great! I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but it wasn’t as bad as some we’ve seen. We really appreciated the prices of items in the store itself. Most campgrounds over charge for things or raise their prices. We felt your prices were reasonable. Thank you for treating your customers like actual working people and not walking ATMs.

The campground was nice. The boat launch was a disgrace as was access to the lake from the boat launch. Additionally I had over $1,500 worth of tackle and fishing rods stolen from my boat at the campground. The owner never apologized or even asked any questions she had the personality of a wet mop. None of the rules at the campground were enforced such as no fishing at the boat dock

The staff is very helpful and so very nice. The only complaint we have was the larger pool was quite dirty. Other than that our stay was perfect. We will be back.

Great campground, lots of space, shady sites wooded area. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially the staff person who was with us near site 64. we enjoyed being there with him.

Stay was great. Quiet and cozy just what we were looking for. Will defiantly be back. Only negative would be arcade was very dated mostly out of order and the building had a fowl Oder from moisture.

I absolutely love this campground!! Staff is great and ready to help at anytime if needed. Bathrooms and grounds are kept very clean!

First site we were given backed up to a ditch and we were swarmed with mosquitoes the second we opened the doors. We were allowed to move across the drive to a site with no sewer and near a busy main road, but it helped with the mosquito issue. Probably the worst KOA we have visited.

Been to the campground multiple times as a visitor but never stayed there. I only gripe is the dump station is in a weird spot and if you have a larger rv its a tight squeeze getting out of the road where the dump station is. But the store is amazing there and reasonably priced

Nice sites. Clean campground. The pool was not ready as it should have been and we were not told in advance, we did have a nice couple of days where we could have used it. The WIFI reception was horrible, reception to even send a text was almost non existent.

Overall the campground is great. Terrific staff and amenities. We had a pull thru site for our stay. The only negative of the stay was the size of the pull thru site. The general consensus of the pull thru campers was the pull thru sites specifically were pretty narrow and tight.

As always, a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay. We won't get a pull-through again; this was our first experience and it was packed pretty tight. But, lesson learned!

The staff was friendly, but this campground felt pretty tired. While we were there (MDW 2019), the main pool was closed, the two smaller pools had just been filled (and weren't heated, brrrrrr!), and one of the slides came off a structure at the playground. Most of the arcade games were inoperable and the ones that were had seen better days 20+ years ago. Nice area, flat site though swampy.

We enjoyed our first stay though some campers in the tent area nearby were loud beyond quiet hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed having the boat launch and saw a couple of snapping turtles!

Would of been nice if the large pool was open, but overall had a wonderful time! The staff was very helpful and the campground in general looked very well taken care of. We enjoyed our site (77) very much. Look forward to our next stay!!

Dirt not gravel pad. Water spigot was not anchored, Just a balve on the end of a flexible tube made hooking on hose very difficult. Direct TV had only a few of advertised channels, and lost all channels during light rain. Ergo, no TV

Stayed there over the weekend with my lady friend had a great time, place was nice, tent area are roomy, facilities are clean.
