Staff was excellent! Store was perfectly stocked. Grounds were very clean. Unfortunately we had a large party renting sites all around our cabin. They were loud and used foul language. They let their children run directly through our site -and every site- constantly in between the chairs we were sitting in. We ended up leaving 2 nights early.

I thought everything was great! Our cabin was clean & we were by the lake. The one thing I wish would’ve been different, is the arcade area. Needs updating & a lot of machines weren’t functioning.

Overall it was wonderful. We stayed in the lofted cabin. There was plenty of room and everything was nice and clean. Our only complaint was that the bed was super hard. When we come back in the future we plan to bring a mattress topper.

Excellent friendly staff! Beautiful spot! Campground clean, campers respectful and friendly. One critique is the cabin ceiling fans and top of cabinets caked with dust. Otherwise cabin clean. Plenty of outdoor activities or tourist shopping within an hour. Thank you!

It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and we had access to the lake. The sites were a little close. We were there after Labor Day so not a lot people but we were all put in the same area. I felt we could have been spaced out better. We did, however, have a great time and met some interesting people!

We loved our weekend at Lake Bomoseen KOA. The staff was friendly. The campground, cabins, and restrooms were clean. Only complaint about our stay was the arcade. The games and many machines weren’t in working order or ate our money. Our daughter was very frustrated. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

We liked it .. environment was nice. We were not pleased with how hard the bed was in the deluxe cabin as I’m 6 months pregnant and I couldn’t get any sleep. The kids had fun. Everyone was friendly and there are a lot of things to do. We are hoping that the pool is open next year and maybe the mattress could be changed out. We left early because I was in too much pain

Most of the staff was friendly. Only 2 complaints I have is 1) the internet was very spotty and locked you off a lot. 2) my son won a lot of tickets in the arcade but wasnt able to cash them in as nobody was ever there during our stay

Had a great stay i went through the wrong path and they politely told me I was not suppose to i stopped and problem solved they did not jump down your throat. Everyone in the store was helpful and polite and I have Lteady booked another cabin stay for first weekend in October.

Staff and campers really nice. If you're not into boating/fishing you'll have to find other things to do. Pool needs some TLC.

I would have rated it higher but we had mice in our deluxe cabin that ate our food in the kitchen cabinets and there were droppings in the drawers. When I told them when I checked out, allI got was a shrug. Really?? Won't see me coming back anytime soon.

The person checking us in was very rude. Dont think she likes her job. Deluxe cabin has stains in the carpet and mouse poop in the loft. Need a new mattress. Food was left on the deck from previous people. Very expensive for what you get

We have been staying here for years. We go for 4th of July (wonderful fireworks!) Then back for 1st week of Aug. LSCCC Men's 3 day Open golf tournament. We bring our pontoon for cruising the gorgeous lake , but like the pools in camp for a relaxing time. Everyone is so nice...many activities for kids....I could go on and on!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness of the campground and our cabin was great and appreciated, especially in times like these. In addition, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Though we have rented camp sites in the past, this was our first time renting a cabin from you and we are planning on doing it again. Again, thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was perfect. The facilities were clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The rates for cabins/sites and activities are very reasonable. There is plenty for young children to do to keep busy and have fun. We will be booking another trip soon.

We as a family go to lake bomaseen every year on the 4th of July. Every year hoping that the camp ground fixes the boat launch and the far dock for its patrons. Every year a disappointment. Other than the docks, we are always super satisfied with the place!! something for everyone.

One of the reasons we chose KOA bomoseen with the fact that the amenities stated there was a pool. The pool was not available during a 90 degree weekend in late June and nowhere is on the site did it state that the pool was closed for maintenance. Our site was very dirty and covered in trash and cigarette butts and clearly not cleaned prior to arrival. Freezer didn't work. Nice store

I’ve been to multiple KOAs now and this was by far the most disappointing one. The cabins were dusty and over all dark. There was no heater and there was holes in the walls were the post met. I had to put a $50 cash deposit down, I never had to do that before at any other KOA. I’ll be going to any other KOA as I am a member and enjoy using them, but I won’t be returning to this one.

2nd time there. (We came back to meet with friends we met there last year) Nice, quiet campground. Rented the "2 Room Camping Cabin (w/o Bathroom)". The new one (built this July, I was told) was... less than pleasing. Pretty much a "shed with a sofa bed" and a 'loft' that was about 24" high. Not happy there. We ended up upgrading to the Deluxe w/ loft. Worth the extra money.

Stayed there over the weekend with my lady friend had a great time, place was nice, tent area are roomy, facilities are clean.
