Not valid for Camping Cabins or Deluxe Cabins or Lodges. Not valid on Friday or Saturday night stays. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts or offers, including KOA Rewards. Not valid on holidays or special events. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion offer at any time. Not valid on discounted weekly, monthly or seasonal registrations. Valid Sunday through Thursdays only. Holiday Weekends are always a minimum 3 day stay.  Deposit of 1st night at time of reservation for any holiday reservation.  If you fail to cancel in the appropriate amount of time, you forfeit your payment.  Cabin cancellation is 14 days prior to your arrival by 4:00PM PST.  RV and Tent sites are 7 days before arrival by 4:00PM PST Regular reservations for Deluxe Cabins are a minimum 2 day stay.  No refund will be given if you leave early.  All cabins must have a 14-day cancellation notice prior to 4:00PM PST of your visit. Regular reservations for RV and Tent spots require a 7 days cancellation notice by 4:00PM prior to your visit WE DO NOT ACCEPT EMAIL CANCELLATIONS Quiet hours are 10:00PM to 8:00AM.  If we have to ask you to leave there will be no refund. Please respect your neighbors. Razors and Quads are allowed on property as BLM land is right across the street, however you may only ride your vehicle ON AND OFF of the property.   Please no driving around the park.  ON AND OFF PROPERTY ONLY.  If you are non-compliant and we have to ask you to leave there will be no refund. Children under 16 that swim in the pool must be accompanied by an adult.  THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.   Not valid on existing reservations. If you choose an RV Water/Electric site, there is no dumping.  If you will need to dump your tanks you must rent a full hook up site.
