Everything seemed to be ok. The only downfall we had which wasn't a KOA issue was we didn't get to experience much there it poured rain the entire time.

Accommodated us for the Memorial Day weekend on short notice. Which was great. But site #3 had its waste pipe too high out of the ground, making it hard for our waste tanks to drain.

Loved our stay. It was clean, friendly and beautiful. We loved the dog park. My daughter didn't want to leave.

We were there for two weeks and it was an exceptional experience. It was very clean and quiet. The owners made time to come by and make sure our stay was going good. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we are in the lake Milton area again we will stay here.

Very wonderful they bought balloons for the kids to have water wars. Which was wonderful of them. The tents set up on pgravel which was nicer then the hard ground. We had a blast cant wait to go back.

It’s a great family camp grounds. There a lot for kids to do and it’s just a great for everyone. The cabin are very comfortable and there always someone driving around to make sure safe for everyone. Highly recommended it for camping with the family

Speaking as someone who’s been camping full time since October- this location and the owners are truly the gold standard I wish all other campgrounds aspired to! The owners are fantastic and they are constantly upgrading the facilities to make the experience better. Cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen at a campground. They take pride in every aspect of the campground.

i was on the end of a five week trip and had stayed at many rv parks.The lady at the front desk was short with me i kept asking her for the daily price .The price i was told was not what i was charged .I payed 60.00 for a water electric site all the way back by the interstate ,no wifi or cable .She also charged me 15.00 for early arrival ,this was my first time being charged for that

KOA pricing structure doesn't allow for a ready answer about price. It will depend on the day of the week or holiday prices. Early check in fee is also in that same pricing structure.

Better than hoped for. The staff was great, grounds clean with lots to do for the kids. Very pleasant as the staff was not afraid to enforce the rules making it very comfortable and safe for all of us. I hadn't been camping with family for 45 years, it brought back a lot of great memories and hopefully created new ones for our young ones. We'll be back and recommend this location whole heartedly.

We have been on the road for a month staying at KOA’s and this one was the best one yet. Every thing was clean, beautiful lake and fantastic owners. She is the first owner to come speak To us as we were leaving and asked us about our stay and ask what could of been better. WiFi was weak, they use 3 hot spots to keep the office going. They could look into enlarging the laundr.Thanks for the gift

Load road noise dur to being next to interstate. Great fishing lake and amenities!. Lots of sun with very little shade unless your a full timer... Showers were push button which was annoying as out started out cold then went to too hot.. Overall nice, but not the level of KOA I have had for the cost before.. Change the showers and I would give it a 5 minus the road noise

Way too noisy from I76 traffic! Camping should be peaceful! Grass needed to be cut. Not as nicely keeps as other KOA's we've stayed at.

You should check your maps before booking. We are by the hwy 76 and the rumbling noise of an interstate should be expected. There is nothing we can do about that. Grass is mowed once a week. Your site was all graveled.

Well maintained, lots of things to do especially for children.Friendly We stayed in May before prime season so we didn't utilize the water activities and the mini golf was in construction- looks fun though! Biggest drawback for us was proximity to highway (traffic sometimes quite loud)but that's an asset for travelers. Some sites are a little crowded but no more than some others we've stayed at.

First time staying at a KOA. Disappointed with how close the campers were. Also disappointed in the shower facilities (water for shower was push button and could not adjust temperature).

Have stayed there every May for the last 4 years. Always our first camp of the season, and will continue to be.

To much noise from the traffic on rt 76 , sites are to close neighbors to close I ask for a quote site was informed that it was turns out not that way

We are by the highway. Wouldn't it be smarter to check us up on the map ahead of time? Isn't it unfair to the campground which is at the highway (feature sought after by many RV'ers) to be awarded demerit point due to noise? Comparing...park in Arizona desert=demerit due to heat and sand.

They have lots of accommodations for kids which is great for guests with kids. That's the plus side. Not a good experience with the rest of it.

Very nice and relaxing campground. Lots of activities other than at the time of our stay the swimming lake wasn’t open. Only negative thing was the site we were at, you could hear the turnpike and it was definitely noisy but wouldn’t deter me from coming back. Wonderful place to stay

We were given direction along with a guid to get to our site,he helped back in and told us about the hook up. The people are very friendly and personable.The only thing that we didnt have was wifi.

Our weekend stay was wonderful. The staff weee professional and friendly. We are new campers and the staff help us back in our RV flawlessly. The staff at the store were helpful. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

Best KOA I have ever been to! You can tell right away that it’s got pride of ownership. It’s clean and includes all the basic amenities and way more! Has the” quaint “ vibe between the chickens and mini goats with out the smell of a zoo!!!! Super cool little place for sure! Trés bién!!

Everyone was very professional.We were escorted to our site. We needed to have picnic table moved and it was done quickly and with a smile. We definitely will stay here again!

Muddy they obviously have drainage problems. Our camp site was nothing but mud. No cable or WiFi. Honestly I will be checking this one off the list to revisit.

We have no mud. It is either grass or gravel. In regards to the rain, there is little we can do. Our property is flat and drain slowly. We have a petition with St Pete for less rain on Springs in northeast Ohio. There is a delay due to Covid, though :)

The campground is very nice and it appears they have made many changes / upgrades. Unfortunately for us the weather was really bad, cold and rain so we didn’t get to enjoy the grounds. Demi came by to check on us and we talked for a while about the improvements. We’ll definitely stay again when we visit the area.

Wonderful hosts and great glamping tent! Fantastic bathroom and cleaning staff! We had a great time, even with not-so-great weather. Already planning our next stay!

Very wet, need more stone but they have made a lot of upgrades and I know it all takes time and money. Would return.

Thanks for the comments. We really invest a lot in drainage, gravel and asphalt. We have a very leveled property, though that does not make it easy to run water away, when raining. It will be all gone once the rain stops for an hour. See you next time.

Sewer connector was replaced and was too high to drain tanks. Site was all mud from them replacing sewer and water. Staff was very friendly.

Sewer connection was lowered on your site. About mud, there is little we can do when repairing underground lines on rainy days. After days of sun and some gravel added, there is no more exposed dirt on that repair.

We stayed here with FHU, for 2 weeks to be close to family with a death in the family. Weekends are VERY busy/Full... as are ALL campgrounds, especially with Fall weather. Owners and all staff could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. Loved that they called if the needed to close the office early. The owners are very kind and really want to run a family, everyone, very nice campground. Only 2 washers and dryers but if we had a BIG load Newton Falls had a bigger laundry. There is so much for kids to do but it was just us, older couple. Some people still do not follow the rules of dogs on leash, clean up after your dog so they don't like the owners enforcing the rules. There are chickens, funny goats, miniature ponies, and many more animals plus putt putt golf, fishing, game room, basketball court. Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time driving an RV(a 30 footer) and I was most worried about doing all the hookups right. Will I be able to find my parking site? Etc? Well, Fernando really provided me with outstanding customer service. He escorted me to my camping site, and personally hooked everything up. My sewer hose was too short to reach, so he loaned me one free of charge. Before the KOA store closed ( we got there late) I received a phone call from Victoria, the cashier, to see if I needed anything before the store closed. That caught me off guard. What great customer service is that! Wow Demi, the other owner, offered to take photos of me and my mom in the RV, while we waited to check out. Also Demi gave us some free parting gifts, some KOA can holders. First time ever at an RV Park and Fernando, Demi, and Victoria made it a most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them again.
