Very courteous, helpful owners and staff. Very clean and nice facilities. Campsite was easy pull thru with a nice cement Patio.

Just an overnight but the staff was awesome and super helpful. They have a fantastic dog area for off leash and it is large enough for our two Labradors to run and chase each other.

A hidden gem . Tucked away in the woods by Lake Milton. Where the and the staff and owners are hard at work creating a relaxing welcoming environment for vacationers and weary travelers alike. The cabins and grounds and facilities are well maintained clean and safe. Lots for kids to see and do. Playground giant trampoline arcade swimming a small collection of animals to view events And more.

I stayed here for about a year while i was working in the area. I have no complaints. The owners are really nice people. It's a great place to camp. I would definitely stay there again.

We had the best month here at KOA that we decided to do a permanent spot this year ! Wonderful owners who are so accommodating, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing !

We Love staying here!! So much to do and campers are there are great. The owners are the best couldnt ask for a more caring couple!! Very family orientated and I feel safe having my kids there!

My wife and I are seasonal campers. We chose this campground for the amount of activities, the friendly helping and caring staff and owners! The grounds and facilities are well taken care of and continue to get better all the time. We have plenty of guests stay at our site, other sites and in the cabins. Everyone is always impressed with the quality of service and the exceptional grounds!

We always enjoy our time at the Lake Milton/Berlin Lake KOA. It is a clean, family friendly campground with a variety of activities. The owners definitely take pride in keeping the campground safe and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Fernando helped me set up my new trailer. He went out of his way to make sure I got squared away including helping back on to the site. Demi is a delight to talk to and always willing to help.

We are seasonal now and I can't tell you enough of what a great place this is!! Hosts are absolutely amazing! Grounds are super clean! So many activities for kids and adults! Great place!!

Had a great time. Owners were wonderful. Very easy to work with. Lots of great stuff for the kids to do, they loved it there didn't want to leave. Definately going back next year!

We had a great year of seasonal camping. The campground is very clean and well taken care of by the owners. The owners are very helpful,kind and friendly. We have recommended this KOA to many of our friends. We can't wait for next season. The owners helped us so much this year since it was our first season owning our fifth wheel. This is a great Koa for adults and children!

The owners Fernando and Demi are one of the nicest people we met at any campground we ever been too, they keep the campground clean, make sure everyone follows the rules and you will see them all day around the campground making sure everything or everyone is ok. They will wave, smile and stop and talk if they have time. The office staff is also amazing , friendly and helpfull

We are seasonals and Love it there. It is so family orientated and I feel safe letting my daughter wo has some special needs roam. The owners are wonderful! We just live it there!

there was a lot to entertain the kids. The pool wasn't open this late in the season , but it looked like it would be a fun experience for families

We are seasonal campers and this will be our third season coming up. The campground has so much to offer to families with children AND adult activities as well. the cleanliness is outstanding and the owners are constantly doing upgrades to the campground. We are very satisfied with Lake Milton Koa and highly recommend it to others looking for a family atmosphere to camp with their family.

We had the BEST time at this campground!!! The staff is very friendly and always there to help and answer any questions that we had. The amenities are top notch and so fun!!! The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming!!! Can’t say enough good things about this campground!!! �

owners are kind and have had the place for about 5 yrs. Some preferances we would like to have seen was more shaded sites, no timers on the showers, heavily graveled site made it hard on our feet even with carpet. That being said these are preferances for us only. The bathhouses were clean and the activities available are great. I think perhaps in a few more years we will try again.

Was going with a four star because no WiFi or cable but talked to owner and found out it’s totally out of there control. The place has friendly staff and it’s clean. Thanks for a great weekend!!

I have stayed here many times and every time is great. The employees and owners are always nice and pleasant and answer any question u might have. I have told countless people to go there its the best koa I have been to. And I have stayed in new York kentucky Pennsylvania Maryland.

We have stayed here at least 6 times a year for the past three years very friendly staff and kid friendly they try to do alot for the kids to keep them busy and smiling can't wait to go back up in may.

Came in Friday evening and left Sunday. The park was well maintained and clean, the staff were exceptionally nice and more then willing to help. I was impressed with the number of full sites, obviously you guys are doing something right. I will definitely be back.

We loved it at Lake Milton. The owners were ALWAYS asking how we were doing and how we could make the stay better. I have to say the bathrooms and showers were SPECTACULAR! It was my daughter's first camping trip and she's 4. It just made it easier to get her in a shower and over to the potty :-) LOVED the Halloween festivities! Weh ave the pumpkin in our foyer! We'll be back for sure!

We stayed here with FHU, for 2 weeks to be close to family with a death in the family. Weekends are VERY busy/Full... as are ALL campgrounds, especially with Fall weather. Owners and all staff could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. Loved that they called if the needed to close the office early. The owners are very kind and really want to run a family, everyone, very nice campground. Only 2 washers and dryers but if we had a BIG load Newton Falls had a bigger laundry. There is so much for kids to do but it was just us, older couple. Some people still do not follow the rules of dogs on leash, clean up after your dog so they don't like the owners enforcing the rules. There are chickens, funny goats, miniature ponies, and many more animals plus putt putt golf, fishing, game room, basketball court. Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time driving an RV(a 30 footer) and I was most worried about doing all the hookups right. Will I be able to find my parking site? Etc? Well, Fernando really provided me with outstanding customer service. He escorted me to my camping site, and personally hooked everything up. My sewer hose was too short to reach, so he loaned me one free of charge. Before the KOA store closed ( we got there late) I received a phone call from Victoria, the cashier, to see if I needed anything before the store closed. That caught me off guard. What great customer service is that! Wow Demi, the other owner, offered to take photos of me and my mom in the RV, while we waited to check out. Also Demi gave us some free parting gifts, some KOA can holders. First time ever at an RV Park and Fernando, Demi, and Victoria made it a most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them again.
