We were so impressed by cleanliness! Staff is responsive and very polite too. Few things - the playground needs updated and the pool hours could be extended. Also the inflatables in the pool were fun but very difficult to get on.

This place is one of the cleanest parks I have ever stayed at. The management and staff were accommodating in every aspect. We were greeted promptly and the customer service was well above par. I stayed in a trailer next to the main office and everyone driving or walking by waved and smiled as if they knew us forever. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great safe time. Loved it! Best KOA we have camped at, however, we did not care for the height of the toilet stalls. Would like them more private.

Great location near all we where doing. Great staff helpful from the moment I walked in the office till I left. Always had a smile. Been going to this location when in the area for 3years and always see the upgrades and updates going on around the camp ground. When back in the area will definitely stop again.

There was NO WIFI and my kids got burned on the water slide. It sits in the hot sun and there is no water running on it .

We had a great time at Lake Milton/Berlin Lake KOA! Our kids, 4 and 6 years old, had a great time on the playground, at the arcade, on the jump pillow, and their favorite was the swimming lake. Our entire family had a blast! Fishing on the lake was great too, we caught lots of blue gill and bass. The owners were so, so nice and accommodating! We will definitely be coming back soon!

RC slot 3feet away from the neighbor totally unacceptable Had to buy a sewage hose to reach the 20 plus feet to the in ground tap Quite policy not enforced Neighbors talking and playing music till 2:00am Ask twice to tone down !!!! no answer to office phone Lastly i go camping to NOT be around TVs and political ads KOA should NOT allow political signage on the site or the property

I was in a bind finding a last minute place to stay and the staff worked diligently to help. Staff is very friendly courteous and helpful with all my needs as I am a first time camper. I appreciate Fernando and Demi making this a very comfortable place to stay. I would recommend to fellow campers. Thank you for making this a very memorable summer.

Campsite was well maintained and staff was accommodating for early check-in. Stayed at site 99, which we happily stay again. It was nicely set up and conveniently located near swimming and rec. lake.

We had a wonderful time. I wished that the hours for using the pond were not so restricted. With young children who rise early, waiting until noon was challenging especially when it was so hot.

We love this KOA , the owners and staff make us feel like home. The park is super clean and lots to do for the kids. We spend the 4th of july here every year for the past 10 years

I left a comment on google about our stay, but wanted to let you all know that it was perfect. All the staff, including the owners were very nice and respectful. We stayed in the CK-4 cabin and loved it. My children loved the pond as did my wife and I. Very relaxing and just what we needed. We will definitely be back! Thanks

We stayed in one of the KOAs’ two RV’s. It was new, perfectly clean, & stocked with everything in the kitchen. The KOA had a neat mix of old and new: (good condition) playground equipment from decades ago (seesaws!) and a lake for canoes and kayaks. Extremely friendly, helpful & very,very clean. We went during Covid and I must say we were very impressed. Bathrooms were spotless & continuously cleaned. The staff took us right to our spot and helped with parking trailer.We showed up with no propane they have filling right on site. I do wish they had a pool, my son loved the water slides and especially "foam" party. Plenty of social distancing.

We stayed for 3 nights in the 4 of July weekend. We had a great time. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Very family friendly environment.

The hard work ethic of the owners permeates through the whole staff. The love and respect I feel when I go there there’s always a breath of fresh air. There’s also so much for the kids to do the grownups have some time to be together I’m grateful that there’s a place I can bring my family and know that they will be well Taken care of

We had a beautiful weekend. Our Kabin was perfect, clean and comfortable. There was so much to do. On Sunday evening my grandsons were nonstop talking about the fun they had. Can’t wait to return!

On 2nd day there our daughter picked us up to go to her home, she was allowed to come into the park without pass. Later that day I had my grandson drive me to the park to retract my awning.Grandson wasn’t allowed to drive me to my RV without paying $8. I explaIned we were not staying. I had to walk in the rain To RV 1/4 mile. Employee on golf cart passing me said she couldn’t help & drove off

We are a retired couple on a limited budget, so at first we thought the fees were too high. But after staying one night we quickly signed up for another. Bathrooms, showers, laundry - spotless! Trash pickup. Level pads. Good water. Caught multiple 12”-14” BM Bass in pond! Canoe rental. Great swimming pond with beach for kids. Game room. Great staff! It’s like a mini vacation! Worth the price

We stayed here with FHU, for 2 weeks to be close to family with a death in the family. Weekends are VERY busy/Full... as are ALL campgrounds, especially with Fall weather. Owners and all staff could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. Loved that they called if the needed to close the office early. The owners are very kind and really want to run a family, everyone, very nice campground. Only 2 washers and dryers but if we had a BIG load Newton Falls had a bigger laundry. There is so much for kids to do but it was just us, older couple. Some people still do not follow the rules of dogs on leash, clean up after your dog so they don't like the owners enforcing the rules. There are chickens, funny goats, miniature ponies, and many more animals plus putt putt golf, fishing, game room, basketball court. Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time driving an RV(a 30 footer) and I was most worried about doing all the hookups right. Will I be able to find my parking site? Etc? Well, Fernando really provided me with outstanding customer service. He escorted me to my camping site, and personally hooked everything up. My sewer hose was too short to reach, so he loaned me one free of charge. Before the KOA store closed ( we got there late) I received a phone call from Victoria, the cashier, to see if I needed anything before the store closed. That caught me off guard. What great customer service is that! Wow Demi, the other owner, offered to take photos of me and my mom in the RV, while we waited to check out. Also Demi gave us some free parting gifts, some KOA can holders. First time ever at an RV Park and Fernando, Demi, and Victoria made it a most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them again.
