Good campground as I expect from KOA. Quite a bit of landscaping that is well maintained. Got somewhat weak wifi, decent basic service on TMobile. TomTom and Google Maps don't agree on where the campground is. Google had it right! Dropped it to four stars because there is some highway noise. Of course it IS near the highway which is convenient for travellers.

1st time visiting with my family. Will definitely book another stay some time soon! Very clean, staffs were friendly. Would recommend to consider having more privacy in the bathrooms by the toilet area. Moving the microwave to a different area in the cabin to have the table free and open to eat inside. A staff member constantly passing for any assistance we may need instead of going to office.

We have rented a Winnebago and a cabin. Both have been clean and in excellent condition, and the public restrooms are always tidy. The swimming pond will keep the kids busy for days, but if they tire of that, there’s a bounce pad, playground, arcade, and various rentals to occupy them. The campground is the perfect size, and we feel comfortable letting our kids ride bikes all over.

Park staff is friendly and helpful. The access is simple and easy. The water park is great for the kids. Close access to Lake Milton for boating.

We had guests visit for dinner and campfire and had to pay $17.00 for 2 people when normally it’s like $6 or $10 because of park amenities but We did not use park amenities. No bike trails nearby but mountain bike trails so that was disappointing but not campground fault. Just the area was lacking for bike trails. Camp sites were tight and felt like you were in a field.

Very nice stay. Facilities were very clean. Great staff! The only small drawback- which cannot be helped or changed- is the traffic noise from the freeway.

The staff was very friendly and amenities were kept clean. We don't children but could see that the camp was very "family" oriented. It was a bit pricey though. We had a great time!

Even though you were 3 weeks into the camping season, it seemed a little disorganized. Not knowing what supplies you had to rent. Also, it's a nice park but for us it was way to noisy due to the freeway traffic.

The park is very nice and great for a nice family weekend. I wish it was further from the road, which masks the nighttime nature sounds, though it does have the advantages of covering adjacent people noises ( so I guess it depends exactly what you might be looking for that weekend ) The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and went out of their way to help us have fun. There was a lot of fun things to do. The bathrooms were very clean and the campground was well maintained. This is on my favorite campground list. I do recommend more than an over night stay in order to do all the amenities.

What a wonderful little place. Owners and staff are pleasant and very helpful. The campground, bathhouse and lake/pool area were all very clean. Dog park area had a lot of things for pets to do with well lit at night. A lot for kids to do however with Covid 19 some areas are closed off, No fault of the owners. We plan on returning in a couple weeks with our grandchildren.

We stayed in a rustic cabin and had wonderful neighbors. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyable stay. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return and recommend this campground to others.

This was our first time here. We had a great time. I would like if there were more activities for kids that are in their early teens (11-14). We loved the water activities and the dog park. We have already booked a stay for Fathers Day Weekend.

The sewer smell was awful. The staff was great. The sites were flooded. Very pet friendly which I loved.

We stayed here with FHU, for 2 weeks to be close to family with a death in the family. Weekends are VERY busy/Full... as are ALL campgrounds, especially with Fall weather. Owners and all staff could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. Loved that they called if the needed to close the office early. The owners are very kind and really want to run a family, everyone, very nice campground. Only 2 washers and dryers but if we had a BIG load Newton Falls had a bigger laundry. There is so much for kids to do but it was just us, older couple. Some people still do not follow the rules of dogs on leash, clean up after your dog so they don't like the owners enforcing the rules. There are chickens, funny goats, miniature ponies, and many more animals plus putt putt golf, fishing, game room, basketball court. Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time driving an RV(a 30 footer) and I was most worried about doing all the hookups right. Will I be able to find my parking site? Etc? Well, Fernando really provided me with outstanding customer service. He escorted me to my camping site, and personally hooked everything up. My sewer hose was too short to reach, so he loaned me one free of charge. Before the KOA store closed ( we got there late) I received a phone call from Victoria, the cashier, to see if I needed anything before the store closed. That caught me off guard. What great customer service is that! Wow Demi, the other owner, offered to take photos of me and my mom in the RV, while we waited to check out. Also Demi gave us some free parting gifts, some KOA can holders. First time ever at an RV Park and Fernando, Demi, and Victoria made it a most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them again.
