Facility was nice and clean. Most of the staff was friendly. Reservation process was deceiving. I called and was told that sites were first come first serve. I arrived at 3pm and already had a site assigned to me. But the sites on both sides of me were open for over 24 hours and I wasn’t offered the chance to take a site with less water. Should have been able to pick my site when I arrived.

We absolutely LOVE it here! This was our groups 4th year at the water/electric tent sites and it gets better every single year. They are continually upgrading and adding things to make our stay better. Can’t wait for next year!

Great place for your family. Clean camping area. Friendly people and very impressive staff. Lots of activities for you and your children. Life jackets are mandatory if you are playing on the inflatables We brought our life jackets but you can rent from them if you don’t have it. We had a great time.

It’s a wonderful campground. Quality amenities. A prepared and friendly office. I enjoy tent camping, but there are many options for your stay. There are tons of activities. Quiet time is really quiet time. I saw someone driving a golf cart around 11:00pm stopping by my neighbor and asked them to pay attention to the quiet time, I liked that. It is a safe environment. Our family did not like this place we were very disappointed. It did not look anything like the pics. worse part no employees anywhere no body that can assist so basically you pay for the stay and you are on your own.things in store are four times the price what an abuse. Do not recommend at all

This has by far been our favorite KOA we have ever stayed at! The amenities and activities are unique and not just a pool and bounce pad. My husband, our son and I definitely enjoyed the lake/pond with all of the inflatables! The animals at the front entrance are so much fun to see when you first get there. The campground is clean and the owner is the sweetest man you'll ever meet! 10/10!

This is our 4th annual tent camping weekend at Milton KOA. Every year the campground adds another fun ting for kids and families. The experience is something we talk about it all year! The staff is one of the best parts! They are so friendly and so helpful. The owners are the kindest humans. I would recommend Milton KOA to every family who loves camping.

This used to be one of our favorite places to camp. Sadly, it now seems to be all about making money. We will come back because we love the swimming lake and the amenities for the kids, but it surely is not as "friendly" as it used to be. Kind of bums me out.

This was a fantastic campground. Lots to do—next time we will come and just enjoy the campground. Everything was very clean and all of the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful.

This is an awesome campground. An abundance of activities for all. Very clean facilities. Friendly staff. Was refreshing to see the owners out and around the campground on multiple occasions. Our only recommendation is that the pull through sites need to be a little wider. We felt like we were in our neighbors campsite and felt like our neighbor on the other side was in our campsite.

We had a great time in our cabin. Suggestion, make WiFi available for a fee. We really missed having the snack bar open this year. We hope it returns, we would have ate all of our meals there.

We and our friends stayed for 2 nights on 2 different sites. I paid for another night since check out was a 11 and our kids wanted to swim. I told the front desk I would leave by 6. The owners still wanted our friends to pay $50 to stay until 4. I asked them if they could waive it since I had paid for another night. They were extremely rude and even threatened to kick us out if they did not pay.

Close to highway but the noise doesn’t bother. After a couple of hours you don’t even hear it. Great park, great amenities. We will be back!!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Lake Milton KOA. Campground hosts and all employees were so nice! This campground seemed to have it all, especially for young families! Everything was clean and well-kept. We'll definitely camp here again!

Awesome park to spend days. We were gone fishing, canoeing, jumped on the pads, slid down huge inflatables on the water. A must visit.

What a nice double concrete pad my site had. Long enough for my camper and wide enough for our time at leisure. Great view of the swimming lake with its inflatables and right. Lose to the game room. Great experience.

I used to come to this park way before it became KOA and I am surprised of how improved it has been . Owners really seem to be dumping lots of investment in it. Everything that has colors are new stuff brought in. Great job!!

We had a good stay, we all enjoyed the beach area and inflatables. We appreciate that some arrangements were made to allow my extended family to have sites near by.

We stayed here with FHU, for 2 weeks to be close to family with a death in the family. Weekends are VERY busy/Full... as are ALL campgrounds, especially with Fall weather. Owners and all staff could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. Loved that they called if the needed to close the office early. The owners are very kind and really want to run a family, everyone, very nice campground. Only 2 washers and dryers but if we had a BIG load Newton Falls had a bigger laundry. There is so much for kids to do but it was just us, older couple. Some people still do not follow the rules of dogs on leash, clean up after your dog so they don't like the owners enforcing the rules. There are chickens, funny goats, miniature ponies, and many more animals plus putt putt golf, fishing, game room, basketball court. Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time driving an RV(a 30 footer) and I was most worried about doing all the hookups right. Will I be able to find my parking site? Etc? Well, Fernando really provided me with outstanding customer service. He escorted me to my camping site, and personally hooked everything up. My sewer hose was too short to reach, so he loaned me one free of charge. Before the KOA store closed ( we got there late) I received a phone call from Victoria, the cashier, to see if I needed anything before the store closed. That caught me off guard. What great customer service is that! Wow Demi, the other owner, offered to take photos of me and my mom in the RV, while we waited to check out. Also Demi gave us some free parting gifts, some KOA can holders. First time ever at an RV Park and Fernando, Demi, and Victoria made it a most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them again.
