Staff were nice. The place was very clean. Even though it rained it didn’t stop the fun.

Everything was really nice the kids loved the water, only thing I would say is. It would be great if they added ladders to the blow up stuff in the water… it was very hard to pull yourself up on with only handles

Everything was great except I didn't have any hot or even warm water for a shower on Saturday or Sunday. I let the water run over 10 min. and it never got even lukewarm. :-( I stayed in a cabin with no bathrooms and it was very comfortable, but the shower situation was not acceptable.

There are a ton of activities for the kids. The swim area, inflatables, fishing, kayaks, jumping pillow, arcade area. Overall this place has something for all the kids to do while visiting. The craft projects were great as well. We would definitely return again.

Needed more shade

We plant trees every year. As you know our park you may select sites with them. Some RV'ers just hate tree branches over their units. We have a variety of sites and shades.

Very nice campground, lots to do even with a rainy weekend. We stayed in the wagon and it was an awesome experience!

Inflatables were cool, renting a life jacket was a process, requiring ID and going back to the office. I arrived at 2:12 and was charged an extra $15 for early check in. A seasonal kept staring at me for several hours. Sites were unremarkable and no shade.

We stayed for 9 days and it was great as it usually is. We tell everyone to go there they won't be disappointed. Demi and Fernando go well above ur expectations.

We just did an overnight on our way to final destination but it was a very nice campground. The area for the kids was amazing and we don’t even have any! The lagoon type pool was awesome, restrooms were clean folks were very friendly.

A small friendly campground with a super swimming pond with inflatables, and numerous activities for everyone. Very friendly staff and owners. We will definitely visit here again

Plenty of events and things for the children to do. The cabin was very comfortable and it made the stay more relaxing. Staff and owners were very pleasant and courteous!

I made my reservation over the phone. I explained this is my first time camping with KOA and in Ohio. We checked in everything was good set up camp and got a text saying we are only allowed one tent. They charged me an additional 50.00 to have two tents. If this was explained to me when I made my reservation I would have purchased one large tent for everyone to sleep in.

Great campground!! The staff was friendly, the bathroom/shower house was very clean, the swimming area was clean, we had a great time and we will be back!!!

Had a good time. Sites were a little cramped. Had to go back to the office to have power supply box unlocked when we were setting up. We would have liked to be next to or at least closer to the friends we came with.

This is our go to local KOA. So much for the kids to do and larger campsites. The owners are fantastic and go above and beyond. This was our fourth time here and we brought another family with us and they were very happy with their stay. The fellow camper are always very friendly as well. We will definitely be back!!

Very nice campground. We can tell that the owners work hard to make this a nice place. Everything is very clean and well kept and there are lots of things for the kids to do. We stayed in a Camper Cabin, which had a mini-fridge and microwave. Some cabins at other campgrounds don't offer these, so it was appreciated. Thank you!

Check out at the campground seems early at 11:00am. Grounds well kept. Wife was disappointed that Bingo was removed from the activity list from our previous stay.

Our stay was awesome. There was so much for the kids to do, that they never got bored. They loved The luau theme and foam party.The only concern was people didn't stop at the stop sign by the arcade. We would definitely stay here again!!

Really liked the camp ground. Would make a nicer stay if there was grass where picnic table area is instead of rocks. Our area was all rocks. Part of our picnic table top was broke also. Staff super friendly and helpful. We definitely plan on staying again.

Can't believe we were told we had to pay to bring our kayaks into campground, it would seem that bringing a bike rack in with bikes will be the next thing to charge for. We told the owner we would be going to a local state park to use them, but were told if they were seen on the ground the charge would be $10 more. You can be sure our camping club won't be back. Lost over $600 to $1,000 in futur

Great staff. Great events. Not crowded. The swimming lake is top notch. The bonfire (gigantic) pit by the jumping bag is great. Canoeing was fun. Overall great experience. Loved the safari tents.

Second time at this campground and will definitely go back. Our site for our RV was awesome. Concrete patio, fire ring with wooden swing to relax on. Very close to swimming lake for our grandson. He had a blast on the slide in the water.

Very busy Park, lots of people and kids, not very well kept. Lots of full time RVer's.

We were there for an overnight stay while traveling, had a back in spot, very disappointed that we were given a down hill , angled spot while multiple level spots were directly across the road, lady in office at check in was less than friendly & man there the next morning was worse.

Loved it! If check out time for Campsites could be changed to Noon that may be helpful. As I was trying to use water for showers and dishes - there was none. It went down to droplets and then zilch. It picked back up after several minutes, but standing in the shower wondering - was worrisome. We think it was due to everyone using water for the same purposes. Other than that, we loved it here.

We loved our stay. Had so much fun at swimming area and the water balloon fight area. Music at the “beach” was great! Definitely plan on coming back.

We had a great time and loved it there. The only small complaint was that several of the people we were camping with had very muddy sites from the rain.

THIS IS A MUST SEE! It was a wonderful surprise. As everyone has previously said, the staff is very courteous, attentive, and overall...just nice. I love the fact that they are a Holiday campground and actually have enough amenities for everyone in the campground. The swimming lake was a wonderful surprise with the sandy beach. This is at the top of my KOA list. We will return!

We stayed here with FHU, for 2 weeks to be close to family with a death in the family. Weekends are VERY busy/Full... as are ALL campgrounds, especially with Fall weather. Owners and all staff could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. Loved that they called if the needed to close the office early. The owners are very kind and really want to run a family, everyone, very nice campground. Only 2 washers and dryers but if we had a BIG load Newton Falls had a bigger laundry. There is so much for kids to do but it was just us, older couple. Some people still do not follow the rules of dogs on leash, clean up after your dog so they don't like the owners enforcing the rules. There are chickens, funny goats, miniature ponies, and many more animals plus putt putt golf, fishing, game room, basketball court. Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time driving an RV(a 30 footer) and I was most worried about doing all the hookups right. Will I be able to find my parking site? Etc? Well, Fernando really provided me with outstanding customer service. He escorted me to my camping site, and personally hooked everything up. My sewer hose was too short to reach, so he loaned me one free of charge. Before the KOA store closed ( we got there late) I received a phone call from Victoria, the cashier, to see if I needed anything before the store closed. That caught me off guard. What great customer service is that! Wow Demi, the other owner, offered to take photos of me and my mom in the RV, while we waited to check out. Also Demi gave us some free parting gifts, some KOA can holders. First time ever at an RV Park and Fernando, Demi, and Victoria made it a most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them again.
