We have stayed here at least 6 times a year for the past three years very friendly staff and kid friendly they try to do alot for the kids to keep them busy and smiling can't wait to go back up in may.

This is an amazing campground. Very clean and well kept. The cabins were spotless, as was the bath house. The owners and staff are the best around. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time camping here! From check in to check out the owners and staff were so kind and made my children and I feel very comfortable. Alot of fun stuff to keep the kiddos busy and having fun, a really fun, safe place for the family! We will definitely be back!

We rented a camper from the KOA and it was our first KOA experience and our place was sparkling clean, the staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything needed. The swimming lake was a lot of fun for the little kids and the big kids. It was only a short 5 min drive to Lake Milton, which was very convenient to take our boat out.

Lake Milton KOA was above and beyond what we expected. When we arrived August 19, we were greeted by the owner, who introduced herself as well as seeing our excitement on our faces! The deluxe cabin fit all of us perfectly. We are so happy with this place that we are coming back September 25-27. The only suggestion i have is sharper kitchen knives are very dull to cut. We can't wait to go back!

The management was fantastic. The office personal were knowledgeable and pleasant. The cabin was clean. The restroom and shower area was cleaned every day.

We had a wonderful time camping this past weekend at Lake Milton KOA Campground. This was our second trip there this summer, and we plan on returning in the near future! The entertainment, amenities, activities, and hospitality is always stellar!

The Cabin we rented was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and all the amenities were fun for kids/families! The lake and jumping pillow were our kids’ favorites.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Our deluxe cabin was immaculate. It was beyond what i expected. The entire campground was so clean. The staff were always working and would do anything for us. They were so courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Lake Milton/ Berlin Lake KOA. These owners do a fantastic job. Thank you

First time campers, it was a nice stay, until we got home and got a call that our deposit was not being returned because of a "broken faucet handle" which came unscrewed the first night we were there. I screwed the handle back on and mentioned it the next day to a maintenance worker who asked if it was "ok now" to which it was, moved on with our stay. The owners will NOT talk only the desk clerk!

It was a very nice trailer, just wish the full size bed was a little more padded. If we rent it again I would definitely bring something to put on it! Other than that very clean :)

I just had to remind a few younger kids and teens to mind the six foot distancing, the max capacity in the bathrooms of four at a time.They reacted very well, no problems there. I noted one male employee entering the office without a mask on, twice.Two different employees I believe.One was asked to get an electrical reading on a site.Just please emphasize this with employees. The 2 room cabin rental was a lovely option for our family. I really appreciated the efforts to accommodate us for 1 night. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The band entertainment was an added bonus. Demetrius was encouraging and left us with a great feeling as we left the camp.

To be honest..this is one of the Best KOA Campground ..I'm from Pa..and I will be back ..staff was polite, funny and most of all the owner was very professional but yet very pleasant,respecting and care how her campers experience was..we enjoyed everything about KOA OHIO..ty 4 a great family weekend..

We were so impressed by cleanliness! Staff is responsive and very polite too. Few things - the playground needs updated and the pool hours could be extended. Also the inflatables in the pool were fun but very difficult to get on.

This place is one of the cleanest parks I have ever stayed at. The management and staff were accommodating in every aspect. We were greeted promptly and the customer service was well above par. I stayed in a trailer next to the main office and everyone driving or walking by waved and smiled as if they knew us forever. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great safe time. We had a wonderful time. I wished that the hours for using the pond were not so restricted. With young children who rise early, waiting until noon was challenging especially when it was so hot.

We stayed in one of the KOAs’ two RV’s. It was new, perfectly clean, & stocked with everything in the kitchen. The KOA had a neat mix of old and new: (good condition) playground equipment from decades ago (seesaws!) and a lake for canoes and kayaks. The hard work ethic of the owners permeates through the whole staff. The love and respect I feel when I go there there’s always a breath of fresh air. 1st time visiting with my family. Will definitely book another stay some time soon! Very clean, staffs were friendly. Would recommend to consider having more privacy in the bathrooms by the toilet area. Moving the microwave to a different area in the cabin to have the table free and open to eat inside. A staff member constantly passing for any assistance we may need instead of going to office.

We have rented a Winnebago and a cabin. Both have been clean and in excellent condition, and the public restrooms are always tidy. The swimming pond will keep the kids busy for days, but if they tire of that, there’s a bounce pad, playground, arcade, and various rentals to occupy them. The campground is the perfect size, and we feel comfortable letting our kids ride bikes all over.

We stayed here with FHU, for 2 weeks to be close to family with a death in the family. Weekends are VERY busy/Full... as are ALL campgrounds, especially with Fall weather. Owners and all staff could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. Loved that they called if the needed to close the office early. The owners are very kind and really want to run a family, everyone, very nice campground. Only 2 washers and dryers but if we had a BIG load Newton Falls had a bigger laundry. There is so much for kids to do but it was just us, older couple. Some people still do not follow the rules of dogs on leash, clean up after your dog so they don't like the owners enforcing the rules. There are chickens, funny goats, miniature ponies, and many more animals plus putt putt golf, fishing, game room, basketball court. Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time driving an RV(a 30 footer) and I was most worried about doing all the hookups right. Will I be able to find my parking site? Etc? Well, Fernando really provided me with outstanding customer service. He escorted me to my camping site, and personally hooked everything up. My sewer hose was too short to reach, so he loaned me one free of charge. Before the KOA store closed ( we got there late) I received a phone call from Victoria, the cashier, to see if I needed anything before the store closed. That caught me off guard. What great customer service is that! Wow Demi, the other owner, offered to take photos of me and my mom in the RV, while we waited to check out. Also Demi gave us some free parting gifts, some KOA can holders. First time ever at an RV Park and Fernando, Demi, and Victoria made it a most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them again.
