As beautiful as the grounds were, I did not sleep for 3 days thanks to the loud thruway. The kids loved the activities and the water slide.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! The owners and staff seem to work around the clock making improvements to this place! We were only here a month ago and it has changed so much in that short period of time, for the much better! Not to mention, they are just great people! Probably won't get back again this season, but will most likely be here for two or three trips next year! Thank you!

Very clean. Owners are super friendly and involved, asked us more than once if we needed anything while riding around on their golf cart. Lots of activities for the kids.

Very nice place, clean and alot of activities. Only problem I had was a large tree that was on my lot. Had to park awkward to allow use of my awning. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Perfect site, great neighbors, fun activities, friendly, professional and helpful staff, incredible experience! Loved everything about it! We already booked our next stay. Can’t wait to camp there again.

This is our 3rd year staying at this KOA and we are already planning a 4th year for 2021. So much to do for any age, very clean, always doing improvements, relaxing, and the staff is always very friendly and accomodating. We reserve early the premium sites with my sister being beside us by the water with cement pads and fire rings and that is just the cherry on top. Definitely recommend.

Fun place, beautiful swim area. They keep updating facilities. Beautiful bath house. Very kid friendly. Only bad thing is road noise from I-76, but not much can do about that!

Great place, great staff - so friendly even though they were busy !! kids LOVED the swimming/lake and amenities. Only improvements I would suggest are: find a way to get Wi-Fi in the campground, also more food/selections at the store or add a store/expand. KOA is Hocking Hills had Pizza station / ice cream and could be delivered to your campsite..that would be nice... thanks again :) !

We decided to spend a weekend there frankly due to convenience. RV back in site, which seemed expensive compared to others. My father in law also booked a primitive tent site, no power, etc. Over $80 for 2 nights! He was also charged $15 for early check-in at 12:30pm. Bags of ice were expensive. The wood bundles were wet and rotted out. Lots of mud and algae in the swimming lake. Not impressed

Pro: The campground was very clean and well-kept, and the office staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed canoeing around the large lake, and our dogs were able to run around leash-free in the dog park. Con: There were signs posted regarding wearing masks and social distancing, but many campers chose to ignore them, especially in the game room and the pool/beach area on the weekends.

We really loved the campground. The ONLY reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is a section of the campground close to the highway and it was extremely loud. We were new to the campground so we didn’t know when booking. Luckily for us they had a spot away from that area and we couldn’t hear a thing after that. Staff was extremely polite and helpful accommodating our requests.

Great activity lake for kids and families! Had a small issue that the owners took care of immediately. So, if something isn’t perfect - make sure you let them know. They really care about your visit.

Owners are awesome! This was our third trip to this park. Lots of amenities for the kids and adult fun as well, ie: bingo, line dancing. The ONLY downside is back lots where the freeway is a constant noise, but worth the stay @ our favorite campground!

Had a lovely time. Fernando and Demi are great owners and very involved. It’s a great park for family and friends. Lots of fun activities. Good job!! Will stay again.

It’s a great campground with lots of fun activities for the kids to do. Mine especially love the swimming lake and they haven’t stopped raving about the new balance beam. Fernando and Demi are the nicest campground owners and you can tell they really take pride in their campground.

We had a wonderful three day mini vacation. The staff goes out of there way to help you and the grounds are well maintained. Very clean and comfortable too. Would book again.

Staff was friendly and there was plenty to do for kids. The site I was at needed some gravel where the picnic table was at due to rain and standing water. The site next to me was dry as it had gravel around the pad.

Super clean, super fun! Lots of cool stuff to do. The swim lake with the slides is great fun! The big lake is nice to paddle around on. The only thing and it's the only thing is the highway noise. My wife is a light sleeper and couldn't get enough. If we were up front more I'm sure it would of been better. Everyone was very nice, and everything is so clean! We will be back for sure!

Staff was super friendly. Check in and out was easy. Campground was clean and had lots of activities. Although where our site was it seemed a little close and crowded but it was quiet and no issues while we there.

Biggest issue we were charged $10.00 for choosing spot. With 40 ft MH I am particular about being placed by KOA members who have never been involved in RVing. In past experience at KOA were shoe horned into spot for 32 ft motorhome with overgrown trees. When exiting, tree branch scraped the rear 60% of coach paint surface. As VIP member, KOA could recognize this and forgo the fee!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

when browsing through the KOA reservation site you will find the maximum length of RV's recommended to each site. In addition to that KOA deluxe sites (with concrete slab, patio set, fire ring experience) created huge demand. Consequently, KOA decided to charge a small fee to lock in preferred site

Our stay with you guys at the KOA Lake Milton was superb! The grounds were kept very neat, clean and everywhere in the park were nice blooming flower patches, all was looked after and cared for. The pool was unique with the sand around it, again well maintained. And the staff were very very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I had a nice little hat with Demy.... Thank you for everything!!

We only stayed for one night but the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming area looked amazing! We were unable to enjoy it though due to heavy rain. Campground was clean and quiet. Lots of activities for kids to do. We will definatley stay again as we pass through on our way to see our son.

Our stay was so amazing we decided to stay a whole month! Only problem is camper stating she was an employee here (I’m not sure if she is or not) that was nit picking at my kids yelling and threatening them to call the owners ( they never came) I met the owners and they are absolutely wonderful I find it hard to believe they would employ someone with her demeanor at this amazing place

Its was ok, kids had a blast. One thing that I gave 3 stars for is the staff and owners need to relax a little bit more. They were nice....kind of. Tread lightly around staff and owners. Also the campsite were jam packed like sardines in a tin can. We got a pull through and literally had like patch of grass between my awning and their slide out..oh by the way dont go to the arcade, it's a joke.

We stayed here with FHU, for 2 weeks to be close to family with a death in the family. Weekends are VERY busy/Full... as are ALL campgrounds, especially with Fall weather. Owners and all staff could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. Loved that they called if the needed to close the office early. The owners are very kind and really want to run a family, everyone, very nice campground. Only 2 washers and dryers but if we had a BIG load Newton Falls had a bigger laundry. There is so much for kids to do but it was just us, older couple. Some people still do not follow the rules of dogs on leash, clean up after your dog so they don't like the owners enforcing the rules. There are chickens, funny goats, miniature ponies, and many more animals plus putt putt golf, fishing, game room, basketball court. Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time driving an RV(a 30 footer) and I was most worried about doing all the hookups right. Will I be able to find my parking site? Etc? Well, Fernando really provided me with outstanding customer service. He escorted me to my camping site, and personally hooked everything up. My sewer hose was too short to reach, so he loaned me one free of charge. Before the KOA store closed ( we got there late) I received a phone call from Victoria, the cashier, to see if I needed anything before the store closed. That caught me off guard. What great customer service is that! Wow Demi, the other owner, offered to take photos of me and my mom in the RV, while we waited to check out. Also Demi gave us some free parting gifts, some KOA can holders. First time ever at an RV Park and Fernando, Demi, and Victoria made it a most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them again.
