Very nice stay. Facilities were very clean. Great staff! The only small drawback- which cannot be helped or changed- is the traffic noise from the freeway.

The staff was very friendly and amenities were kept clean. We don't children but could see that the camp was very "family" oriented. It was a bit pricey though. We had a great time!

Even though you were 3 weeks into the camping season, it seemed a little disorganized. Not knowing what supplies you had to rent. Also, it's a nice park but for us it was way to noisy due to the freeway traffic.

What a wonderful little place. Owners and staff are pleasant and very helpful. The campground, bathhouse and lake/pool area were all very clean. Dog park area had a lot of things for pets to do with well lit at night. A lot for kids to do however with Covid 19 some areas are closed off, No fault of the owners. We plan on returning in a couple weeks with our grandchildren.

This was our first time here. We had a great time. I would like if there were more activities for kids that are in their early teens (11-14). We loved the water activities and the dog park. We have already booked a stay for Fathers Day Weekend.

Loved the lake front site with dock. Very clean restrooms that were cleaned often. Low noise and clean swimming areas!

The sewer smell was awful. The staff was great. The sites were flooded. Very pet friendly which I loved.

Great hosts , friendly staff , very helpful. Did a great job with activities considering the restrictions on social distancing. Only and I mean only drawback was the horrible water pressure. I don’t blame the new owners. More so the original owners. I guess they never attracted enough campers to strain the water supply like the new ones. We will be back this place is definitely heading up.

Our stay here has been wonderful. The owners are amazing. They make sure their customers are taken care of and address things in a timely manner. I love the playground for my kids and really enjoyed the hayride every weekend. I enjoyed the weekend activities both for adults and kids. The pool is great and the beautiful pond. We will definitely be coming back for a stay in the future. God Bless.

Great owners make a great campground, and Demi and Fernando are absolutely wonderful. They always have a listening ear, and a helping hand. Lake Milton / Berlin Lake KOA has so much for our family to do, our kids are never bored. Our seasonal site is spacious and has a pretty view of the front field. It's our home away from home. We are looking forward to another great season next year!

Campground was closing up for the season but we had an excellent weekend. We were traveling with another family with children and they had a blast, didn't see them all day they, were so busy playing. Campground was well maintained and very clean, staff does an excellent job.

WE ARE FIRST YEAR SEASONAL CAMPERS AND ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE FACILITY AND FERNANDO AND DEMI ARE OUTSTANDING. THE CAMPGROUND IS VERY CLEAN AND SERVICES ARE EXCELLENT!!!

The staff is incredible! The grounds are beautiful and well cared for! Plenty to do for adults and kids! Great place to get away and relax!

It is a really great campground with lots of amenities - playgrounds, jumping pads, swimming (though it is October and we did not swim). Everything is clean and well-maintained. Staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. Thank you for a great final camping weekend before we put the camper away for the winter!

We love it there!! Always our favorite stop in Ohio. Owners and staff are always pleasant and helpful. We always recommend Lake Milton to everyone we see at other campgrounds.

The owners were very helpful with all of our question and they are very nice people .The staff was very kind and helpful. Everyone was friendly. we enjoyed a lot of the activities especially for the kids,watching them have fun.There is so much to do, the jumping pillow, water balloons, water slide, and many more things. I would recommend this KOA to everyone.

We stayed here with FHU, for 2 weeks to be close to family with a death in the family. Weekends are VERY busy/Full... as are ALL campgrounds, especially with Fall weather. Owners and all staff could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. Loved that they called if the needed to close the office early. The owners are very kind and really want to run a family, everyone, very nice campground. Only 2 washers and dryers but if we had a BIG load Newton Falls had a bigger laundry. There is so much for kids to do but it was just us, older couple. Some people still do not follow the rules of dogs on leash, clean up after your dog so they don't like the owners enforcing the rules. There are chickens, funny goats, miniature ponies, and many more animals plus putt putt golf, fishing, game room, basketball court. Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time driving an RV(a 30 footer) and I was most worried about doing all the hookups right. Will I be able to find my parking site? Etc? Well, Fernando really provided me with outstanding customer service. He escorted me to my camping site, and personally hooked everything up. My sewer hose was too short to reach, so he loaned me one free of charge. Before the KOA store closed ( we got there late) I received a phone call from Victoria, the cashier, to see if I needed anything before the store closed. That caught me off guard. What great customer service is that! Wow Demi, the other owner, offered to take photos of me and my mom in the RV, while we waited to check out. Also Demi gave us some free parting gifts, some KOA can holders. First time ever at an RV Park and Fernando, Demi, and Victoria made it a most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them again.
