Nice campground. Staff was very friendly, made sure all our needs were meet. Laundry room very, very clean. Fishing pond was an added bonus. My husband fished ever chance he got. Caught several.

This was the third time we were there this summer the owners are fantastic the park is kept clean lots of activities for the kids we can’t wait to return in the spring

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. It was a stopover location for is. Everyone was helpful and the KOA was clean. The county road going into the KOA, which we know is not controlled by the owners, was not the best.... so go slow.

Outstanding service, excellent and well trained personnel. Extremely friendly and helpful in every respect, and I would happily stay there again. Couldn’t have had a nicer stay.

Awesome place. We stayed over a month and loved it. always clean, mowed, beautiful. Nice campers, nice neighbors. Clerk very helpful and courteous. I recommend.

Excellent camp ground. Very clean and well organized operation. Very friendly. I've stayed there before and will stay there again while visiting my relatives. She does need internet services there.

Fernando n Demi are the best!! They deserve 10+10! Every time we are there, they are always improving something. Campground is immaculate!

Very nice campground with lots of activities for the kids. Sites had plenty of room - some with shade. Friendly Staff! Nice Dog Park! Only draw back is the loud highway noise, but would not stop me from returning again!

For a newer KOA camp it has just about everything a camper could want, check out their place and see for yourself. Camp is clean and neat, you can see that updates are taking place on a regular basis. Rentals of all kinds, golf carts welcome, golf chipping range, fishing, swimming, corn hole, horseshoes plus many more things to do. Thanks, see you again soon.

We were on site 111 and it really needs more trees for shade planted. Sites were a little close together. Holloween was a lot of fun. Really appreciated the Owner coming around and checking to see how our stay was.

Very nice campground. Everyone was nice. I only have I bad thing to say if you have family or friends that come and see you there is a $7.00 a day fee. I think that might be a bit high.

This was our first time staying at your KOA and we loved the big lots and all the showers and restrooms very clean our kids loved the activities planned all weekend and especially the Dj Halloween party and they loved the jump pillow and all the inflatables in the swim area

We absoutley love this campground everything about it is outstanding The owners are very nice they walk around the campground visiting the guests they ask how everything is the grounds are very clean there are alwayd lots of activities We plan on getting a seasonal site next year

Very friendly and helpful staff. We booked our stay last minute on a holiday weekend, they were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We got there late to check in and they stayed open to assist us. They are biker friendly which is important to us.

This is the BEST KOA we have ever stayed at! We came on Labor day with 9 families and had the best time ever! Our family has been to this campground 3 times this year and will continue to come bac! Thank you Marianne and Fernando! Keep doing what you are doing, you have a wonderful campground!

Great campground and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the inflatable slides, foam party and park. Clean bath house and nice size sites. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here with FHU, for 2 weeks to be close to family with a death in the family. Weekends are VERY busy/Full... as are ALL campgrounds, especially with Fall weather. Owners and all staff could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. Loved that they called if the needed to close the office early. The owners are very kind and really want to run a family, everyone, very nice campground. Only 2 washers and dryers but if we had a BIG load Newton Falls had a bigger laundry. There is so much for kids to do but it was just us, older couple. Some people still do not follow the rules of dogs on leash, clean up after your dog so they don't like the owners enforcing the rules. There are chickens, funny goats, miniature ponies, and many more animals plus putt putt golf, fishing, game room, basketball court. Would definitely stay here again!!

My first time driving an RV(a 30 footer) and I was most worried about doing all the hookups right. Will I be able to find my parking site? Etc? Well, Fernando really provided me with outstanding customer service. He escorted me to my camping site, and personally hooked everything up. My sewer hose was too short to reach, so he loaned me one free of charge. Before the KOA store closed ( we got there late) I received a phone call from Victoria, the cashier, to see if I needed anything before the store closed. That caught me off guard. What great customer service is that! Wow Demi, the other owner, offered to take photos of me and my mom in the RV, while we waited to check out. Also Demi gave us some free parting gifts, some KOA can holders. First time ever at an RV Park and Fernando, Demi, and Victoria made it a most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them again.
