Pretty nice site, staff was not very friendly. Didn’t greet me nor really talk to me while I was in the office registering. It was close to closing time so it’s almost as if they just wanted me out of the office.

No shade in our site, 9 ft. Away from next site, significant number of sites with 8 showers. Really only 7 because on a Sat. In prime season 1 closed for painting. Walk down steep steps to site. No actual activities as advertised. No boats or snack bar has told 1 week before. 1 of 2 pools not open.

Our bathroom stopped working so we were able to make use of the cabin next door. Everything else was great.

We stayed in a cabin but our daughter and family were on a campsite and we felt you have to walk too far to the bathrooms and showers. There needs to be more facilities closer to those areas and not only in the RV area. Also more permanent residents lead us to believe that small pool has been out of order for a while, like years. You website should reflect that

We had major problem while on our way to park. Park staff was very helpful in referring us to repairman. Plus they helped us pump up deflated tire twice until help arrived. Very grateful!

Very friendly staff. However, Air conditioner in railway coach C7 was not working optimally. It was fixed to 72 always and uncomfortable.

The downhill stairs to the bathrooms appeared to be screened off for private use of the closest RV and their dogs. Another guest said they had to put all their young children back in the car and drive down to the bathrooms. Really glad we had empty coffee cans and bottled water.

We stayed in a park model. The A/C was amazing! We were surprised at how roomy it was. Only small complaint we could have is the showerhead was so low, but it had awesome pressure. A mat at the sliding door would be nice inside. We had to use one of our beach towels. We were pleased overall.

We love this campground and our waterfront site was all we could have asked for. We only wish there were more sites on the water because they are all sold out for the summer.

The park is very pretty and right on the lake, which is nice. The hilly-ness is challenging. We were in space 38, which turned out to be a real challenge. Our truck slipped sideways down the hill in the red clay when we tried to hook up. The manager (who was helpful) brought 2 loads of gravel/sand to create traction so we could hook up. Beautiful campsites on the lake if your RV fits. Sites fairly close together, but pretty much standard, I think, for KOA.

The tent areas on the lake are slanted and all dirt with small tent pads. They are cramped with little to no space between neighbors. The terrain is very rough. As an avid camper I would not recommend this campsite to others.

The staff was incredible and very accommodating. We had issues with our initial lakefront campsite because people were in our site and there were unleashed dogs everywhere, which didn’t work because we had 2 dogs. The staff let us move to a different site and dealt with the dog situation promptly. We had to leave a day early because of rain and they completely refunded that night.

The day before we arrived, we were having issues with our level jacks. When I went into the office Jeff welcomed me & was understanding of my problem. He went above & beyond to change our site & find a fabulous level site. John then escorted us & made sure we got set up. Said to call if we need anything. Our 2 night stay was so relaxing views are great Will return Paulette/Tom Geissinger

Everyone was very helpful if you had any questions and accommodating when we had a situation with our cabin. The campground is beautiful. My grandkids had a blast and we will definitely go back.

We had a large group. We rented a camp site, a train cart and a cabin. The cabin’s air conditioner stoped working the day we got there so that was miserable for them. The train cart had no parking, it also had no oven and a shower that was too small for my husband to use. Overall had a good time. We come to the KOA often and love that the camp sites are ON the lake. The left dock needs work also

The campground is in need of repair in a lot of areas. They have 2 boat ramp areas and one is down a large hill with no clear path to get to it.

The AC in our cabin did not work 90% of the time, which was the main reason I chose a cabin, we could have tent camped for half the price. Also, the attitude I received every time I called about it not working is the reason we will never return.

The stay was great. The staff was very friendly. The park and restrooms was very clean. The only change I would recommend is that the tent sites have water.

Knew we would arrive after hours so I tried to call 7 times, pressed 1 for a person still got recording. Site 74 should only be used when full even the host knew we wouldn't like it. 2 signs for after hours check in with different information (left and right of door). Premium wifi is barely any wifi. Site advertised as 30 and 50 amp. its 20 & 50 and the breaker flipped.

Great!! We stay on a great spot on the lake and we enjoyed it. All employees were so friendly and helpful. We will be back. And Max( our dog) loved the lake too. Happy Trails

Worst KOA experience. Owned by Travel Resorts of America doing business as North Shore Landing resort. Had a 38’ trvl trailer stuck in “residence row” not a campsite. Site was downhill btwn full time residents with campers w/3+ canopies/awnings attached to create more outdoor living space & many barking dogs. Only 1 dumpster located at the very front of park. We were disappointed in the upkeep of this park. There was NO way you could use the picnic table as it was rotten. There was little to no maintenance on the sites. This was our first stay at a KOA and now I May regret joining the KOA Club, based on this park.

Had a dog bark for 5 hours straight. It was reported, but it did not help. It was run down around the area that i was placed on lot 65. there was a lot of permanent residence that i had to walk by each time i went out. the permanent residence were just trashy! Crap all out in there spaces! one place had two weiner dogs the ran front to back barking every time i went by.Multiple old canopy's in yds

The staff were great, but the campground is definitely showing it’s age. One of the pools was out of commission, and several of the train cars need repainting. Badly. But our site was great, and access to the water was fantastic!

the sites are extremely unlevel!! The basketball goal is in great need of being replaced. There was no sand in the volleyball area. Not enough parking for the pool and beach.The grill at the site was right against the deck- unsafe. The pool was nice, but in need of some shaded area. The staff was very nice and friendly.
