Everything was awesome and people we're very friendly. Only suggestion would be new beds in the cabins they were a bit hard. But besides that we will be back again

We had a nice cabin however the kitchen was lacking. There was only one type of glass, there was only 1 knife to cut with and it was a large chiefs knife. The house service was prompt and very quick to respond. Unfortunately we would not bring our coach to stay as it is to crowed and very close. I believe I would have some trouble parking my 45ft coach in a lot of the sites that I saw.

We didn't like our stay. The camp area where we stayed had full time trailers that need alot of TLC. We stayed in the caboose and was very disappointed. No electricity for bathroom to shave or blow dry hair,etc. We did not stay second night. One pool was closed. Part of camping area down by lake nice. We hope KOA will get this up to your standards. Caboose is good idea.

The positives, check in/out was quick & the kids enjoyed it. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES, when I complained about the roaches nothing was done. 1 person said signed a contact with orkin we will put your cabin on the list. At check out the person said bug service comes 1x a week. We were infested. Our cabin was less than deluxe by far. Only 1 working pool. No grill at cabin. Dirty cabin, air broke.

Park model 118 is infested with roaches and it's a knowned fact by management. They stated that they have Orkin come everyday but then when we called on Friday morning they said they wouldn't be able to get them out right away. Management overbooks, employees complain nothing gets done. Dogs run the beach and poop in the water no one was monitoring this at all. Dog park is infest with fleas !

The cabins were very old and not maintained well. You could see under the sliding glass door. A womans bathing suit was left in the bathroom floor. Cleaned? Knobs on stove were worn off, so temp unknown. When we arrived one pool was closed until further notice. Only one trash receptacle, at very front of the campground. Very out of the way. A campground this size should have trash collection.

We stayed in caboose #7 and it needs repairs and updates. We had no electricity to use a blow dryer, contact laptop to charge or charge cell phone, the sofa couch was torn and broken down. Our morning shower was cool to cold. Shower dripped all night. To get to coboose we went by permanent homes which could use cleaning up. Positive was camping area near lake is nice. View from #7 is nice.

We loved it. The only complaint was that the stovetop in Caboose 9 didn’t work. Other than that it was fantastic. We will be back.

everyone was very courteous and helpful. the view of the lake was very nice. the mattress needed replaced as it did not have any support, otherwise a nice visit

Very disappointed I think that if the pools are closed that information should have been told at the time the reservation was made not the day we arrive with swim suits in hand

It looked very nice but we didn't actually stay. It took far longer than expected to get there and although I did note a late check-in, there was nothing in the night box. Earlier phone calls were unsuccessful. We arrived after midnight, realized there was no key & no caboose was open for us so we used the restroom, slept in the parking lot for an hour, then found a motel 45 minutes away.

This was my second visit...noticed much cleaner improvements, staff was very helpful and professional and really appreciated the night security!

The train boxcart is the reason I chose this campground. The boxcart was dirty with dustwebs, live & die bugs on the floor & windowsills. There were a few window blinds that needed to be replaced, when opening them 2 broke. Kitchen sink leaked. Went to office to get housekeeping but they never came. 1st time at a KOA spent a lot of money for a disappointed stay. Grounds wise very BEAUTIFUL!
