Very nice! However our rate in January was around $56, but it was about $76 off n February. Didn’t understand $20 nightly increase.

I enjoyed my stay. The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi didn't work well in my spot. Nice restrooms and showers. The staff was friendly.

Love the amenities and friendliness of the staff but found the sites to be a bit tight for larger rigs, Lengthwise as well as the closeness to the spaces next to you. Excellent location, clean, neat and well maintained. Super close and easy to walk to Sams Town Casino.

You pricing structure has increased to a ridiculously level. No longer a value stay. Other places just as nice with better prices. We have been coming for years. No more.

Everything was great except the wifi, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it works for 5 minutes sometimes it works for 5 hours

I visited as a “staycation” and found it quite nice for the two nights. Very nice staff and close to Sam’s Town, restaurants, and the movie theater. I’ll be back.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. He changed our site that we chose to a different site that better accommodated our situation.

It is a very nice facility and friendly staff. Limited street noise at our site (back row). Two issues. 1. Our site was next to the dog run. Pet owners showed up at 6:45 AM and allowed their dogs to bark endlessly. Hard to sleep with 2 or 3 barking. 2. We arrived with lots of laundry to do. Only allowed to buy $20 of quarters at a time. 45 minutes later we were back to buy more quarters.

There is a need for security at the gate. There were some shady folks walking around in the campground which is scary if you have kids. Also, the WiFi was worthless. If you advertise WiFi you should have WiFi. The people were great. Love the location, just need to invest a little in the infrastructure.

We have stayed at Sam's Town KOA several times now. The place is wonderful. The employees really care about the campers and make sure that their stay is perfect. They have helped me with information on the local area many times and their information is spot on.

Very friendly service started from the moment we called to reserve our campsite. The campground was well maintained and quiet. Definitely would stay there again.

Poor lighting in dog park. There should be a camera there to catch the people not cleaning up their dog poops.If you go over there first thing in the morning it is full of dog poo that no one bothered to pick up in the dark. People that don’t belong in the park wandering through…should be a gate. We have been coming for years and it is getting worse at this park. Park employees were friendl

We were only there overnight. We were up in the north lot and it was nice to have pull through sites since we were towing and did not want to have to unhook. The restrooms were warm but I felt the could use a deep cleaning. The walk from that site to the main building isn't that far for us but it wouldn't work for all guests, especially this time of year when it gets dark so early.

we have a 35 ft fifth wheel, made reservation and was assigned a space with 30 amp service. Our rig is 50 amp. Went to office to buy an adaptor and was told that was not safe to do that. We had an adaptor to go to 120 amp so we plugged it into GFI plug in your electrical box and apparently that plug was dead. As a result we relied on battery power and it drained our battery. Not too impressed

We would normally rate a 5 on all counts but the dirty, smelly, unsightly trailer next to us was a real disappointment. If you’re going to allow vehicles like this, put them in the back together. Your staff is great, great access to the casino but we were quite surprised at some of the vehicles being allowed to stay. You could tell they were quite well-rooted!

We were able to check in earlier than it stated which allowed us to do laundry before we too Lyft to the strip. Wished we would have visited the old town as well. Very helpful staff as well.

We like the campground but your rate to stay is crazy. Can stay at a motel for half the cost.

This KOA fits our needs completely. We attend a convention at this time of year every year. There is no comparison between staying at a hotel and staying in our own camper at this quiet, clean KOA with super friendly staff. My only complaint was that the water in the main shower house was tepid the first day we were there. This problem was resolved by the next day.

We stayed for 21 days (January 15, 2022 to February 5, 2022) in spot 313 with a 42' fifth wheel. While this location is close to the dog park and trash dumpsters it can be quite annoying when at 6:30am the trash truck is there to empty the dumpster. Additionally, was a little disappointed that shuttle buses weren't running down to downtown and the strip from Sam's Town due to COVID. We used UBER so we didn't have to worry about parking (cost was about $16.00 on way + tip). downtown or on strip.
