I have stayed there many times in the last 4+ years as well as other KOAs and RV parks. It has always been a good experience at KOA. Not so this stay with the way I was treated at check in by someone who's name might have been Justin. Unhelpful and frankly if another employee hadn't intervened I would have left. Very unhappy. I would be happy to discuss this in more detail.

Love that we can walk to the casino. Staff was very accommodating. Filled propane upon arrival.

Wonderful place. Can"t believe it's only a Journey! Clean baths and laundry, nice pool, friendly staff. Just close enough to the strip - straight shot down Flamingo. Paved streets and spaceous sites. Casino next door has a couple of good reataurants and great water laser show. Reasonable rates. We give it. 10+.

Neighbors were the worst ever 1st time I ever complained. Very loud even in the middle of night. Their site is disgusting they are there full time. Raised the prices on the 1st I left on the 11 and they charged my entire 30 days of electric at new price.

We stay at the Las Vegas Sam's Town KOA every Christmas and New Years (average of 2-2.5 weeks) and we always look forward to staying at this campground. The staff are always friendly and inviting. The campground is clean and very well maintained. The other campers here are always friendly and inviting also. It is like a having a family away from home.

It was awesome. very clean and safe. very nice wash rooms. Property always clean. Felt secured on the property at all times. front counter very helpful all the time. Thanks for the nice stay.

This has to be one of the nicest KOAs we've ever stayed at. Yes, we knew it was BIG, and might be cramped. But our site was fairly isolated and while the back-in sites are not very deep, they are wide enough for a second vehicle. Well designed - our Class-B van was almost lost in the site. We did not use the pool but observed that it was also very nice. Only one stall in the men's room - odd.

The staff was so friendly and the park was very clean. We stayed in the new Ruff Park spots. It had a cabana, patio,, table and chairs, pen for the dog. Open bars for a chihuahua but they ordered new fencing. Had poop bags and waste can. We came from snow, ice and road salt from Montana and our coach was pretty dirty. Red Rock RV Wash came to our spot and gave her a bath. They get 5 stars too.

Great place to stay but as with any city comes the noise level( sirens ). Staff is great and helpful. Grounds are clean bathrooms well maintained.

Very enjoyable. We’ve been coming to this KOA for many years and are always pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the RV sites. The casino is an added bonus.

The staff and accomodations are great! I gave it a 4 rating because it appears “clean up after pet” is not really enforced. A few pet owners ruin it for all when they aren't responsible about their pet clean up.

When you are staying as a snowbird they ask how old is your rig. Must be less than 10 years. They put us next to a rig that looked like 25 or more years old with junk all around it. If you are going to have a 10 year rule make it for everyone or keep them together. Trash cans always over flowing. Will not be back.

I have stayed at Sam’s town RV for over 12 years and it has become far to expensive, I can rent a room cheaper than an Rv spot, or travel 1 mile to another Rv spot for 1/2 the price.

I enjoy staying at Sam's Town each and every time. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Always something going on and of course Sam's Town Resort is a major Las Vegas attraction!

We do like staying here, but were surprised by the number of people who don't clean up after their dogs. There was poop on our site when we arrived, in the street , and all over the dog parks. Otherwise, the campground is well maintained and we appreciated the email updates.

Very accommodating. We showed up without reservations after our flight got cancelled and rescheduled 4 days later. We got our RV out of storage and took a chance this KOA had room. They did and we are happy with our stay. The only recommendation would be that the dog parks get cleaned up more often. Unfortunately many dog owners don’t clean up after their dogs but nobody wants to step in it eith

We were escorted to our spot that was great. The spots were so small, for a 40 ft. They were long enough but the RVs were extremely close. We paid for all our occupants two were children. The office was across the highway. The RV next to us was about 5 feet away. Set their chairs out right up to our steps of our RV. NO TABLE or chairs were provided LG Rotwiller and Pitt bulls in the park

The koa members were very accommodating on finding me another campsite so I could extend my stay From December to January and February. Very good at getting texts to campers on the up coming events and updates for essentials. Staff seems to be very friendly and helpful. Right now my stay at the Sam's Town KOA in Las Vegas �

While checking in, witness a KOA rep be very rude to an older gentlemen trying to find tourist info pamphlets. And also KOA gentlemen on the phone was very rude to whoever he was talking too. I would have left if I wouldn’t have lost my deposit! I will not be back! I felt so sorry for that older gentlemen! She was very very rude. We stayed for 21 days (January 15, 2022 to February 5, 2022) in spot 313 with a 42' fifth wheel. While this location is close to the dog park and trash dumpsters it can be quite annoying when at 6:30am the trash truck is there to empty the dumpster. Additionally, was a little disappointed that shuttle buses weren't running down to downtown and the strip from Sam's Town due to COVID. We used UBER so we didn't have to worry about parking (cost was about $16.00 on way + tip). downtown or on strip.
