This Koa is well designed in a semi circular layout. Bathrooms are clean and close, trash is nearby but the WiFi is total crap. It didn't work more often than it did. And when it did work it was so weak I couldn't check e-mails or bank accounts. When I complained at the office I was given a phone number to call. Why should the customer have to call someone to get the WiFi fixed. Won't stay her aga

we ask the guest to call so that the wifi supplier is aware and so that they can work directly with the guest to see why their equipment isn't connecting properly. very sorry that wasn't explained properly.

Older park, and nothing real fancy to be sure, but the Nellis area we were at had nice sized gravel pads in our section, we could see the bathhouse and dog runs from our site. Great staff, really nice neighbors, you could walk to just about anything you need. Busy business area. We will definitely will be back.

I didn't expect to be so pleased about Sam's Town. I'm not a gambler and I prefer more space around me when camping. Having said that, I'd reccomend Sam's town in a nano second! The people were so nice, helpful, just generally ..friendly! I was s surprised! And it was SO clean! Really excellent!

Section Nelis située dans un getho. Aucune indication au moment de la réservation qui nous mentionne qu’on ne sera pas au « vrai » camping. Propreté mitigée à cause des cacas de chien partout. Extrêmement dispendieux pour la valeur réelle. Je vais préférer demeurer à Boulder City la prochaine fois. A peine 10 minutes de plus pour rejoindre la Strip mais beaucoup plus tranquille.

Love your amenities and great staff. Very clean, with 2 nice little off leash parks for our 4 legged friends. Love the big roads making it so much easier to cack in and navigate the park. Walking distance to Sam's Town is convenient too.

The sites are very tight. Great if you just want to sleep at the campground and spend your time gambling or experiencing Vegas. But if your looking to just relax at camp you’re better off someplace else.

Wifi was horrible, advertised a shuttle to the strip, not true, I got spoiled at other koas that had better service and nicer employees so i was not pleased. I paid extra for the shuttle and there was no such thing, wishi could get my money back

while the office staff were very nice, the grounds were clean, We stayed for 2 nights and felt very safe. It was convenient to visit Sam Town Casino as well. Now my only complaint was how tight the sites were. The pull thru we were assigned was very tight, no room to put out a lawn chair and relax . I would prefer to pay a few extra dollars for a sight with a bit more room !

It was just a late arrival over night, but we have stayed here before. The night shift guy was great at getting us checked in and was very friendly. The park is clean and quiet.

there was a shortage of hot water at the shower in the washrooms (nellis). Check and admin was good.

The first person I met was Karen, she is wonderful and knows the importance of great customer service, as it is appears to come natural for her! Greg was very helpful and went the extra mile when I was experiencing LP issues. His input helped me to solve the issue on my own. Everyone of the staff that I encountered was very pleasant and professional.

We needed a place tasty while attempting to by-pass severe weather conditions up north. They gave us a nice spot for one night. Showers were great. It was quiet. Nice folks assisted us all the way.

Stay and check in were fine. Easy access for our 43’ Motorhome and tow vehicle. Only critique is that the site could have been cleaner. Cigarette butts and tree debris in site.

YOUR CAMPGROUND IS SITUATED WHERE IT ONLY TAKES AT THE MOST 20 MINUTES TO GO ANYWHERE IN Vegas. The employees there are very friendly and very helpful! I would recommend anyone staying in Vegas to stay at the KOA. Thank you for a great 4 days there!!!

We stayed for 21 days (January 15, 2022 to February 5, 2022) in spot 313 with a 42' fifth wheel. While this location is close to the dog park and trash dumpsters it can be quite annoying when at 6:30am the trash truck is there to empty the dumpster. Additionally, was a little disappointed that shuttle buses weren't running down to downtown and the strip from Sam's Town due to COVID. We used UBER so we didn't have to worry about parking (cost was about $16.00 on way + tip). downtown or on strip.
