They were able to accommodate us coming in a day early with short notice. Clean facility, easy to park a big rig.

Friendly staff, exterior of campgrounds was clean. Restrooms and showers did need a wipe down sanitizing clean. Laundry room was clean and machines worked great! Really liked the text messages with updates as needed regarding availability of propane, special event, etc.

Lorsqu’ils parlent d’un terrain avec patio, c’est seulement un minuscule demi patio. Largeur du terrain minuscule. Ce KOA a 2 terrains de camping, le principal collé sur le Casino et restos, le 2ieme qui est à 8 mins à pied de l’autre côté d’un gros boulevard. C’est propre et les employés sont sympathique. Pas sécuritaire, ils un une barrière d’un côté et absolument rien

We were in town for the NFR . They were extremely busy, but managed to make an adjustment and get us an extra night In our same spot . We greatly appreciated that!

Nice place but too far from casino, bowling alley and movie theater. Was not warned of distance. Wi-Fi was horrible.

The park is clean, but the RV sites are too close together. Our neighbor campers were evidently NFR contestants, and they were terrible neighbors, intruding into our space during the evenings, placing their chairs directly in front of our motorhome - in our camp spot. They also came and went at all hours, not caring how much noise they made. Not a very enjoyable time.

I stayed on the Nellis side and it was not an enjoyable experience. It was very loud, which I can deal with as it is on a busy street. What I cannot accept is the fact that at no point during my stay was there hot water in either of the bathrooms. The only hot shower that I had my entire stay was when I drove over to the park on the other side of the Casino.

This KOA has set a very high standard. From its convenient location to it's great facilities its number one for us. The staff is exceedingly helpful and the site offers so much for the RV er.

Sam's Town KOA is great place to stay for the RV if you're in Vegas. Clean, safe and the staff are wonderful. It's my 3rd year and it's been great. Got the spot I requested. It's walking distance to the casino. Keep up the wonderful work KOA STAFF!!! Recommend this place to stay if you're in Vegas.

Better than expected. Have a number of different RV spot options. Can walk to casino. Very clean with wide roads.

Our 2 bikes were stolen in the campground on Thanksgiving between 12-7 am. They were locked to the back of our Rv with a cable & padlock. We reported to office they said they would talk to security,never heard back. Reported to the police. There are cameras here but we were told by mgmnt they do not record. They could have cared less, bikes value approx. $1500 . Never again!!!

Site and park we're very clean and were patrolled regularly. Felt very safe even doing laundry in the middle of the night!! Wish there was a shuttle to the casino but we did have a car. Great place to stay, nice little store and the people were very nice!!

first of all to pay 60 a night to park in a gravel lot in the highest crime area of las vegas is crazy. between the shooting out front of sams town and the police helicopter constantly flying over shining the spotlight everywhere I never felt safe at this campground. the wifi was horrible very slow and constantly going down. the front desk staff was rude. the sketchy permanent residents bothering

We came to Vegas for the NFR in our travel trailer and thought this KOA would be a good spot to stay. We were certainly right as this place is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need a place to stay in Vegas we highly recommend this spot. We’ll definitely be back.

Be more clear on your website as to what it means being by Nellis road. Noisy should be included in that description even though you don't have control over the noise, it allows the customer the option to be some place else. The bathrooms are in desperate need of repair, I wouldn't even use them.

KOA fulfilled my request, all the worker are very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub, bathrooms where clean. Not very one pick up the doggy pup but my little puppy love it there. Location is close to was 30 minutes to are destination.

Always like to stay here. Away from the crowds, easy walk to Sams Town Casino. I like the security of codes for the laundry, pool & restrooms. Not all campgrounds have that. The employees are personable & helpful also.

Too many “extended stay” guests. I did not feel like I could leave items such as chairs out while I was gone. The site was good and level and the park was pretty clean. Employees were nice and the maintenance guys provided golf course rides to and from Sam's town casino. Other than the park feeling a bit sketchy, it wasn’t bad for a short stay.

Showers are great. Location is very noisy, which is beyond your control. Had a very nice meal at the Sams's Town steakhouse.

We stayed for 21 days (January 15, 2022 to February 5, 2022) in spot 313 with a 42' fifth wheel. While this location is close to the dog park and trash dumpsters it can be quite annoying when at 6:30am the trash truck is there to empty the dumpster. Additionally, was a little disappointed that shuttle buses weren't running down to downtown and the strip from Sam's Town due to COVID. We used UBER so we didn't have to worry about parking (cost was about $16.00 on way + tip). downtown or on strip.
