Overpriced, WiFi not good at all, clean, friendly staff, dog parks fine, some sketchy trailers. campers on back rows. Easy safe walk to Sams Town. Beautiful, fun casino,bowling alley and theatre.

Well maintained campground and the staff is very nice. The spaces are pretty tight to one another but we didn't mind it and our neighbors were nice. Two dog parks that our pups enjoyed and we made some friends there too. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend for others to stay here as well.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They all seemed to enjoy their job and made it a fun place to stay. The park was clean, spaces wonderful. We had to take our 5th wheel in to the dealer for some work, had to keep it over night. We were given credit for that night and they kept out spot for us . They went out of their way to make everything go smoothly and it did. We will stay again.

Would highly recommend this KOA if one is looking for city amenities and still wants the camping experience. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The prices are reasonable. The staff friendly and helpful. Our original assigned space was too small to fit the motorhome so they willingly substituted a larger space at no extra charge.

Good location - Walmart Supercentre across the street - Shuttle to the Strip is not available, city bus a block way takes you down beside Ceasar's Palace, $5 for a 24hr day pass, 40min ride - Sam's Town Casino is fun - movie theatres, buffet still closed though, great gift shop, lots of gaming. Laundry and Restrooms were clean and good working order. Campground was clean, well maintained

It wasn’t anything special especially with the rent at 80+/day. When we were shown the spot there was garbage on and around the pad. The table and chairs were filthy with built up dirt. The brick patio was also filthy. Glen cleaned it up a bit and said sorry. Sorry doesn’t cut it as it does nothing for cleaning up the pad. The pad was a good size. If it was cleaned up it would be great.

Very pleasant staff and we were so anxious to get there after 20 months of not being able to cross the US boarder. Very clean and had a great satellite friendly site.

Nice stay.Office personnel were more friendly and accommodating than in the past. Main concern was that we did not see much security around the park. Used to see security riding around either in carts or on bicycles during daytime, but more at night. This was very comforting and made for a better feel throughout the park. Seems like this area has more crime now and safety is of upmost importance.

I have and still do have great expectations from KOA. I have considered them the premier camping spot in North America. I was let down by Sam’s Town KOA. Not by the employees, but by the lack of clean facilities. I would have expected at least a picnic table at my site. To have to pay for this is not right. Although location is convenient, our site(315) was directly across from dump station (smelly), dumpsters (also smelly and were emptied very early in the a.m.making lots of noise)) and dog park (lots of barking dogs). Also the sites are very cramped and not a fan of the opposite parking where pedestals are shared. I will say the staff was friendly and courteous. OK for a night or 2.

We stayed for 21 days (January 15, 2022 to February 5, 2022) in spot 313 with a 42' fifth wheel. While this location is close to the dog park and trash dumpsters it can be quite annoying when at 6:30am the trash truck is there to empty the dumpster. Additionally, was a little disappointed that shuttle buses weren't running down to downtown and the strip from Sam's Town due to COVID. We used UBER so we didn't have to worry about parking (cost was about $16.00 on way + tip). downtown or on strip.
