First time staying here and we like it.. close to everything and the service of the front desk was fast. The only thing is that there is minimal to no shade on the spots.. but still will stay there again.

We stayed for a week at Las Vegas KOA at Sam's Town. The place was very clean and the service friendly. It was located near attractions I wanted to see.

Our stay was a quick stopover from dry camping so we could catchup on laundry & groceries. The park is very convenient to Sam's Town so we had fun also. Our spot, 217 had low-hanging tree branches that caused a problem with scratches on the motorhome. (They will buff out) The dog area had grass that was way overgrown -- we should have lent you our lawn mower!

Sam's Town RV PARK is a great place to stay. We stayed in Site 217, which has a dog pen on grass, patio cover, 4 chairs & a rocker. That was all great. The reason for 4 stars is the sprinklers came on @ 6pm, 7:30pm & 8:45pm, soaking 2 of my three dogs. It would have been nice to know what time & how many times the sprinklers come on. Suggestion, turn sprinklers on @ 11pm, 1am & 3am & post a sign

For what it is (a campground not too far from the Las Vegas strip) it's OK.. But if you're looking for a spacious quiet KOA campground, this is not it. Lots of spaces but all very cramped in. Staff seemed nice.

Staying at Sam’s Town KOA in Las Vegas was total delight! The grounds are clean and organized, the staff is delightful, the campground is quiet.

Staff seemed a bit rude and put out by having to unlock dump station at 756am... not very friendly upon arrival either. Campground was clean and served it's purpose.

The park is fine. The staff is friendly and restrooms clean and I will stay there again. The reason for the lower rating was with shall we call them the long term residents. 1 with 3 yappy dogs, 1 that was doing "home improvment projects at all hours with his only tool a hammer, and a third that spent 3 hours one morning trying to light a hibachi. He must of used 3 gallons of charcol lighter

Your maintenance man was using a leaf blower to clean the street and blowing dust, dirt and debris all over my just washed RV. I had to go out and tell him to stop doing that and that it was STUPID to damage and dirty up rigs. Why is this IDIOCY happening? Your open burn policy-You are in an urban area with rigs parked extremely close together. Shouldn't allow acrid smoke to float into our rigs.

Placed in a very small site next to Boulder highway that was extremely noisy 24/7. Campsites are packed very close to each other and not level. Hookups need to be upgraded. On the plus side, the bathrooms are clean.

Very clean restrooms, pool area and grounds. Wide spaces for larger rigs. For where the park is located, it is pretty quite. Friendly staff.

I wasn’t at the KOA for very long but I was impressed by the well organized layout and the fantastic bathrooms. One suggestion: in the men’s bathroom shower, I couldn’t get the cold water to work. The shower was just too hot to use. Thanks, Jim

We stayed for 2 nights originally. Enjoyed it so much we added a 3 night. Karen helped us when we added the 3 night and she was fantastic. She told us about the KOA rewards program and signed us up. Karen is a great asset to your company.

My husband broke his leg in death valley and ended up in a hospital in Las vegas for surgery. Sam's Town was very accomodating to our uncertain schedule as to when he would be released. We appreciate the staff there very much.

We stayed for 21 days (January 15, 2022 to February 5, 2022) in spot 313 with a 42' fifth wheel. While this location is close to the dog park and trash dumpsters it can be quite annoying when at 6:30am the trash truck is there to empty the dumpster. Additionally, was a little disappointed that shuttle buses weren't running down to downtown and the strip from Sam's Town due to COVID. We used UBER so we didn't have to worry about parking (cost was about $16.00 on way + tip). downtown or on strip.
