With no advance notice, needed to either stay in Vegas for 1 night, or drive 2 hours to home and back in the morning. Most RV parks closed their office at 5 pm, with no opportunity for late check in without reservation. Called Sam's Town KOA, and not only was their office til 9 pm, but they were very pleasant and accommodating to find a nice site. Great amenities, newly updated bathrooms.

We were passing thru and needed a place to stop over night and picked Sam’s Town RV. We found the restrooms very clean and the person at the check in desk very helpful. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy any other amenities but hope to come back and try them out. Thanks Fred

I made reservations online for Sam’s Town Boulder Hwy where we always enjoyed staying. At check in they had put me in the North Section on Ellis Blvd. Told them my reservation was for Boulder side. Informed only space was in North Section. Narrow space facing neighbors open side. No separation line. Dog park was all dirt reeked of urine. Called office & woman was rude & unhelpful. Will not retur

I have stayed here several times before and the facilities have been ok. This time I was given a patio site which was in the other area. I would not call this site anything like other patio sites I have had at other KOA'S. It was by the gate and road with only narrow paved area as the patio. Should not have been charged for an upgraded site, because it clearly was not. Staff were pleasant.

There is no staff around to help overnight! We were given NO CODE for the bathroom/showers, We called every number associated with this KOA even the "late night/emergency numbers" and it went straight to voicemail or numbers were dissconnected. The office on the north campground is permently closed.

office is temporarily closed, there are night host on duty and in a vehicle near the entrance. sorry they missed you.

I called and asked if I would get new membership discount with the 4th night free special rate when I reserved it on line, he said just come we will do something. They did not allow membership discount when we got there. And, we found our portable chairs and potty were gone after we came back from a day trip. The office seemed not care much. Very disappointed of staying and new membership.

Our site was ugly, there was a brick wall with barbed wire at the back of the site. Our neighbor's door faced us, she didn't clean up her dog crap and the site smelled of dog urine. The KOA staff was friendly. It was also evident that when we were out, someone unlocked our RV as we found minor damage to the lock. Nothing was taken as there was nothing of value in the RV at the time.

There was a mix up regarding the length of our stay & I did not check the confrimation email. When this was realized at check in they found a way to accomandate us. Yes, there was a small upgrade fee, but since it was my fault for not verifying we were happy to pay. The spot we had was amazing! Well worth the price. We will stay again. (And this time I'll verify the confirmation! LOL)

Stayed here for a couple nights to visit family. Campground fit the bill perfectly. Spaces are pea gravel and very level. I really like how each site goes in an opposite direction. This makes it so that every trailer entry door faces another entry door. In all other campgrounds we've been to, the trailer entry door usually faces the sewer line and utility connections of your neighbor.

Need a taller wall along Nellis 1. Keep people from climbing the current wall 2. Reduce the car and motorcycle noise racing down Nellis 3. The gun shots sometimes heard On a nightly basis 4. The loud bass music going by slowly rattling and viberating everything in my camper. Or you could put metro police at the Nellis entrance to curve these issues and make it a more pleasant experience to

The facility was very nice as were the staff. When we checked in, the lady at the desk (who was very nice) changed the route on the map to the secondary location saying it was a shortcut. Unfortunately, her shortcut ended up in a dead end. When we went back and followed the map's original direction, they were correct. Bathrooms were very clean and bright, but hot water ran out early each day

The campground is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and often communicate via text msg. The campground is convenient to get to many areas. However, the surrounding streets are LOUD. Constant sirens. Lots of street racing. Lots of homeless all over the place.

The site was gravel and fairly level. Staff was very friendly and accommodating - especially Madeleine (sp?). The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to access. Being located beside the Sam's Town Casino allows for entertainment and restaurants very close by for a date night. We would stay here again.

Well maintained campground with very helpful and friendly staff. Adjacent casino has food and beverage options. Even though the shuttle to the Las Vegas Strip is not operating, the campground is convenient to Strip hotel-casinos either by driving or taxi/Lyft/Uber.

We stayed for 21 days (January 15, 2022 to February 5, 2022) in spot 313 with a 42' fifth wheel. While this location is close to the dog park and trash dumpsters it can be quite annoying when at 6:30am the trash truck is there to empty the dumpster. Additionally, was a little disappointed that shuttle buses weren't running down to downtown and the strip from Sam's Town due to COVID. We used UBER so we didn't have to worry about parking (cost was about $16.00 on way + tip). downtown or on strip.
