Very safe and welcoming. Also easy to reach on the eastern edge of town, yet a quick jaunt into the strip. Great dog parks and wonderful staff.

Amazing and friendly staff. Sediment in the water clogged up trailer and had to get a mobile RV repair company come and look at it. He said I was the third trailer today with the same issue. Cost $250, which made my stay at Sams Town very expensive. I’m a KOA member and nothing was offered which felt a little weird.

Hooked up and our EMS shut down due to excessive high voltage. Had a really expensive boondock night. The gentleman who came to see us in the evening said it had never happened before but the gal we spoke with the next morning in the front office said it had happened in the past. We were in the old part of the park. Is swear I heard gun shots. Police activity and helicopters overhead. � not aga

We loved space #369, it was perfect for us and our dog. We liked having the doggy area right on our space. Plus it was great having a pull through site �

We have stayed there a few times but always in the south lot. This time we were put in the north lot. I did not like the north lot because it has small gravel that gets tracked into the RV along with the curbs to go up to get in. I’m going to try a different park next year.

The only reason that I did not give a 10 and a 5 is that each time I have stayed with you, I have encountered people with unruly dogs. More should be done to be sure guests have control of their animals.

the office and showers close at 5pm. luckily we arrived at 4:55. The man in the office was helpful/friendly & helped with an adapter when our sites cable hookup was broken, however if it had been any later we would have had to wait until the office opened again, however we were leaving that morning so wouldn’t have been helpful. This does not seem as convenient or full service as other KOA’

We spent most of our time in the casino, but the restrooms and the shower areas were clean, I used the pool and it was clean, and everyone was friendly and helpful. We have stayed in the park in the past and have always been happy with the way it was run. Whenever we come to Vegas in the R V we will stay at Sams town KOA.

Was upset that WiFi didn't work. Restaurant choices in the casino were too limited. Cost had gone up almost 40% since a year and a half ago. All combined, I will look for an alternative next time I pass through Las Vegas.

The food was that the host gave me “an up grade”. The bad was that There was no internet in the area of my site.

Very nice facilities. Barking dogs and late night yelling lost them a star. Seems like they should've had an attendant or security guard to deal with these two issues. ��

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

we do have night hosts, when the dogs and yelling come from outside the park there is little we can do. if it was from inside the park someone would have called the night host number.

Amazing how big the KOA park is and close to everything and no noise. Very clean.Easy to drive to from freeway. Also has its own turn lane to pull into the KOA park off a busy 4 lane street.Very friendly staff. Bathrooms clean and secure. Pool area very clean and private. Meaning bushes around so KOA guests can’t really see in pool area. Family fun time.

Great location in LV area. Clean showers and restrooms. Well patrolled at night to keep it safe & secure. We’ve stayed here 4-5 times, always good.

A very clean and safe facility! The park staff was friendly and helpful. One attendant helped me repair my lights on the tow vehicle and got us safely on our way. We’ll return!

Could use extra parking space. With a 38' fifth wheel, it left little room to park my truck. I blew out my rear window trying to back in next to my camper.

The site was clean and spacious. The restroom by the park office was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers further in the park had standing water on the floor.

It would be great to set up a separate area for RV wash. We were next to someone getting their RV washed with a loud, diesel washer 8am on a Sunday morning for almost 2 hours. So annoying. Also, Wifi was incredibly slow, maybe too may users. It is in a convenient location next to Sam's Town and a 20 minute ride to the strip.

great campsite, not happy children and other campers constantly walked through my site to the pool. Perhaps a walking path to the pool would help.

We stayed for 21 days (January 15, 2022 to February 5, 2022) in spot 313 with a 42' fifth wheel. While this location is close to the dog park and trash dumpsters it can be quite annoying when at 6:30am the trash truck is there to empty the dumpster. Additionally, was a little disappointed that shuttle buses weren't running down to downtown and the strip from Sam's Town due to COVID. We used UBER so we didn't have to worry about parking (cost was about $16.00 on way + tip). downtown or on strip.
