Stay was great. Facilities clean and maintained. Staff very helpful. Dog runs could have more grass but are good sized. Spaces narrow and no outdoor table. Will definitely return when going to Vegas.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Check in was easy and fast. Our site was easy to get in/out of. We travel with dogs and there is a fenced area for them to run around and potty in. There is a grass spot that isn't fenced but the dogs can use. There are even a couple spots that have private fenced area for their dogs. We don't use any of the other facilities so can't comment on them. Verizon worked.

I stay there each year as I travel from my home in Oregon to Arizona, and kn my way back home. I am very happy with my choice.

We are 1st time trailer owners and the staff in the office/gift shop we’re very friendly. We ran into a small issue and they helped us get what we needed and gave some good advice/tips for the further. It was clean and quiet during our stay. We will be staying there again and also others across the states when when we travel to Florida in October.

It was great except for the people that were staying there drove way too fast, if a dog or child would’ve run out they wouldn’t of been able to stop, you need some speed bumps

I really liked Sam's Town KOA. Great location, the staff is great. The pool is supposed to be heated but it was too cold to swim in, and the hot tub has something wrong with it. But their rates are just too expensive it was $91 for the night to stay there. I'm from Canada so that works out to be $115 Canadian to stay there for one night. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be staying there again.

Why have pages of rules and then many of them are not enforced……why are some areas crammed full with no room and others have lots of rooms….big rigs need space

Space was 6 feet from boulder Highway. Solid traffic noise ALL NITE!!!! Worst spot I have ever been placed in. Would NEVER come Back

Clean and quiet park. Well maintained, and plenty of staff to help out. It could use a playground area. A shade sail over pool for summer, would be nice. Trash can around would be great.

Very friendly staff and nice amenities. Only unfavorable note was the width of the sites and the fact that you faced your neighbor. Having very little space for outside your RV, it didn’t help that you were sitting and talking in front of your neighbors. Very little privacy.

Staff was very helpful and professional. We had a pull through spot that wasn't long enough to accommodate our truck and 26' trailer. I had to jacknife the truck in order to not stick out in the street. Also had to maneuver the trailer to where we could open the door and steps by a small palm tree ��.

Easy check in, helpful man filled propane tanks. Sites close together but we expected that. Would have been nice to have picnic tables but no big deal.

We were in town for a wedding and needed to check in early. The staff was very helpful, they went out to see if any sites open and called us back to say we could come any time. We appreciate the customer service!

Always a good place to stop. Our site was on the outside border near the highway, so was pretty noisy one night with emergency vehicles and fast cars racing. WiFi was not useable on our 4 devices, used data instead. Still one of our favorite places to stay, will ask to be closer to center next time.

I understand real estate in a city that this business would want to fit as many spaces as possible. But is it too cost ineffective to not provide a picnic table so that we could have used something to do some grilling and eating outside. We moved on to another park in the area which provided a picnic table.

One night only as we were passing through. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Park was very clean. Only downside was the aircraft noise overhead, but that was OK since we were only there for one night.

We stayed for 21 days (January 15, 2022 to February 5, 2022) in spot 313 with a 42' fifth wheel. While this location is close to the dog park and trash dumpsters it can be quite annoying when at 6:30am the trash truck is there to empty the dumpster. Additionally, was a little disappointed that shuttle buses weren't running down to downtown and the strip from Sam's Town due to COVID. We used UBER so we didn't have to worry about parking (cost was about $16.00 on way + tip). downtown or on strip.
