We wanted to stay till 1 pm to get some errands done and even though the campground was half empty, the clerk wanted to charge us $20. Other campgrounds would have let us leave our trailer without charge.

Requested a specific site or to be in that row - was assigned a site as far away as possible from request - Customer Service rep reassigned us to spot requested which had 5 filled spots out of 24 - what was the problem? Rate to reserve a specific spot has literally doubled to $20 - ridiculous considering time/effort to do. Still no shuttle to the Strip. Wifi was weak.

We have stayed here before that is why we came back . But this time the washer I used stained two of my new shirts and the dryer I used didn’t fully. I had to change dryers and add more money. I did tell them at the office - surprised they didn’t offer me my money back!

Sites and facilities are highly maintained and clean. Some sites are too close together that makes parking a challeng espy if you have more than one vehicle. Wi-Fi is not great, phone worked but laptops would not.

Narrow spaces with only 6 feet to property line from RV door. Poor setup with neighbor door opening on same side as my door. Pool and spa were nice.

The campground was always very clean. Although we were right on the part along side the main street, at night it was quiet. It was easy to leave our RV at the campground and travel by bus anywhere in the city as there are bus stops right there.

The KOA stinks of urine and poop from dogs. People use the small area(s) of grass for dogs to go to the bathroom instead of the dog park area.

Second time we've stayed here. Sites are large and the staff is top-notched. Only draw back is that the park is located in the middle of a very busy set of freeways. But for proximity to services and casinos, it's great.

Was assigned a site between two long termed tenants. Garbage pilled up,paper blowing around, truck leaking oil into a pan on ground. If you want a picture of the garbage,let me know. Pool cold and hot tub not working! Complained to management, no response to issues raised. Used to be a member. Worst RV stay of my life! sincerely,Larry Teague

The stay was great! Staff and fellow RVers were friendly. On site Showers and Bathroom were clean. Location was great if you like to stay away from the craziness of the Strip!

Very nice, clean campground. Sites were spacious and the dog run was great! Plenty of room to run. We will definitely stay here when travelling through Las Vegas again.

The campground is OK but my low rating is based on managements pricing decisions. I stayed there on Feb. 28 and my daily rate was $42. I wanted to stay an extra day, which they accommodated, but the rate would be $65! The reason was that events in March like NASCAR and March Madness increase the rate. My stay was 6days BEFORE the NASCAR event and 2 weeks before March Madness started! That’s WRO

The camp ground is always clean and tidy. The rocks in the next space to us was even racked after the party left!

This is one of the best kept and cleanest KOA's I've ever been to. The only downside to the park is the the WiFi service is incredibly slow. At one point we were seeing a speed of 90Kbps (dialup is 56Kbps for reference). Fortunately, mobile service is good there and we were able to hot spot our phones.

It was fine. Spaces a little close together. We could have stepped out our door and right into the neighbors' door. Prices are high too. Clean park. The speed limit needs to be enforced! BIG Class A's speeding down the street!

We are dog lovers but dogs are out of control at this camp. Dog crap by our front door many times and we don’t have pets. Dog crap on the office sidewalk and grass areas. WIFI is terrible, we do working vacations and need good service. We had to walk to the office just to schedule an Uber every day. Ice was $3:50 a bag… really! The staff was very good and friendly, they tried hard to help.

Great, clean park. Only negative was the hot tub wasn't working when we went to use it. Very windy, so we stayed two nights.

We stayed for 21 days (January 15, 2022 to February 5, 2022) in spot 313 with a 42' fifth wheel. While this location is close to the dog park and trash dumpsters it can be quite annoying when at 6:30am the trash truck is there to empty the dumpster. Additionally, was a little disappointed that shuttle buses weren't running down to downtown and the strip from Sam's Town due to COVID. We used UBER so we didn't have to worry about parking (cost was about $16.00 on way + tip). downtown or on strip.
