Laundry facility is deplorable and you raised your prices????wow also paved roads would help with the blowing dust. Been coming to koa at Avi for 5 years and will not be back.

The Avi KOA met all of our needs. The campsites are level, good electric, cable and water pressure. It would be helpful if the laundry facilities we’re working at full capacity. Many of the washers and dryers were not working so we had to go into town to do our laundry. With that being said, we would still recommend this campground and plan to return next year.

We had a great time! Few minutes away for jet ski rentals and off road vehicles. The camping resort is near a Wal-Mart for accessories & groceries. Campground allows access to casino's restaurants,theatre,beach. We had the BEST prime rib in ages at the Feather Cafe. We had a couple of drinks &relaxed @ casino's beach, then pool. We hope to come back & see more people take advantage of this gem!

Clean & large bathrooms. Stayed for free with points offer from AVI Casino, which was great. We did not get a car pass or have to leave c/c for the duration of our stay, which I thought was strange. We were just handed the map. Also the nightly fireworks were a bit of a surprise - we have stayed here before & never have experienced that. You might want to mention that to people with dogs.

The site they gave me was difficult to get into. I have stayed at Avi many times before and have not had this problem.

The casino was closed due to water pipes breaking. The Ferry wasn’t working either

Very good Casino pool….KOA campground needs some cleaning up as the Utilities are in disrepair. Too many campsites look like they are held by full timers with beat up units and area not taken care of. Pool was the redeeming feature….casino is old and also in need of upgrade!!!!

The campgrounds were clean but it really stinks there. They need to figure out how to get rid of that smell. It smells like an open sewer line. I wouldn’t choose this location again for the smell alone.

We are pretty normal people and things do not bother us much. But the sites were to close together. Off road vehicles driving in and out of camp site too fast. Laundry room was so-so.

We have stayed at this Park many times over the years. It has the basic ammenities that you would expect. Lots are nominally sized and have fine gravel. We were shocked at the amount that the daily rate had been increased between Nov./ 21 and Mar./22. Do not feel that it is now a good bang for your buck. May not come back as a result.

PRO clean, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. CON specifically requested a back in site. When we arrived we were told nothing available...while the back in site next us sat empty for 3 days. Also the sewer dumps are far too high off the ground ours was at least 8 to 10 inches...flow was a real problem...

Roughly a $12 Uber ride to the showers/restrooms...no hot water whatsoever in men's shower, 10-minute warmup for ladies wishing a hot shower. VERY limited pet areas On the positive side, short walk to the casino and we won a couple of bucks.

I enjoyed our stay, but I didn't care for the fact that everything was on the dirt, other than that it was a nice place especially if you have watercraft.

Overnight stay, quiet, clean property. Walk across the street to the Casino and use their pool and beach.

we liked the camp except would not want to be in the same campside. to close to the golfcourse and the balls were bouncing of our trailers. next time please put us somewhere in the middle. other than that it was great. looking forward to return

Worn, old, no restrooms, no escort to space. What is there to like? Lady at front desk took a reservation while we waited to check in. Only employee there.

Overall a very nice park in a good location. My only complaint is with the laundry room. Only 2 of 10 washing machines and 4 of 16 dryers working.

We will return. Enjoyed access to casino/hotel amenities. I would have rated the park a 5, but the laundry facilities were kaput. No bueno.

After coming to your KOA campground for 20 years we have decided to not return. We were treated like third would guests by your staff at the front desk at the campgrounds. The host, Angel, lied to us on several occasions regarding what spaces were spoken for while telling us that spaces could not be saved, yet she said the open spaces, 45, were all spoken for. Not enough space to elaborate more.

Second outing in my 2022 airstream (paid over $100,000) and now I have a dent from a golf ball! Park needs to install screening to prevent this kind of damage, found 3 golf balls around my trailer, didn't see the dent until I was half way home. Warning don't accept a spot on west side of the park next to the golf coarse.

It was very windy during our stay. We have visited the Avi KOA many times. It is very convient to the casino. Staff are helpful and friendly. The roads in the park are in need of serious repair and paving.

We were there with our RV club. We were all parked together which was great. The last time we were here we got scattered all over which, was terrible, and we almost didn't come back. That was a couple of years ago. This outing was perfect. Thanks so much. We'll be back.

Enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice to of had a picnic table at our site. Apparently, there is a shortage of picnic tables as our group of nine rigs only had two picnic tables. Loved the convenient location, but would really like to of had some shade trees.
