We have stayed many times at the KOA Laughlin . We like the location mostly. We did report a problem with the cable hook up and no one came to check on it during our 5 night stay. That's a long time to ignore a request for a problem.

Always helpful and friendly staff. Easy check-in. Reliable electricity. Good food at casino a few steps or shuttle cart away. We like to stop here as our first and last night out on trips eastbound from SoCal. We regularly recommend it to friends.

not having the KOA office staffed was a horrible experience with having to go to the Casino to register and is the only reason for the low rating

Was set over a manhole that smells like sewer.right by the hyway.fire and ambulance shop and fireworks almost every night that scares the dogs.i won't be back

We have been staying here every year from a few days to a whole week. Very nice and people are friendly. We love using the pool and beach plus putting a few dollars in the casino.

1/2?of the Washers and dryers were not working and it could use a good cleaning and the door was locked at 4 pm? The pool was ice cold. The beach didnt have any chairs or lounge chairs. You have to bring your own. The pictures on the KOA website do not not reflect the RV spaces. 90% are very close and without shade or grass

We can't say enough about how kind the staff were at the campground. We had an issue with our site and then with us getting stuck on a RR tie border. In both cases the staff helped us immediately. Jerry from maintenance was amazing. He even stopped by the next day to make sure everything was OK. The receptionist helped us even though the office was closed for lunch. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Laundry room is a joke, with more broken machines than working ones. On departure day the water spigot broke and shot water 30 feet into the air, I got a visit from the security asking how I broke it. I never got an apology, just accused of doing something wrong.

2nd stop here and second pre arrival request to have a quiet spot away from traffic noise. Still placed without a tree in site. Not a complainer but could have been a nicer stay

The site we were in wasn’t inviting. It was a pedestal in the dirt. It was so bad, even though we paid for 2 days, we left after the first night. The staff on the other hand was great.

We did an overnight. The campground was nice with wide roadways, but they were gravel and dusty. It’s right on the Colorado River

We arrived at 6:15pm and the office was closed. Although we paid our first night in advance our paperwork was not left in the box. We had to go to the front desk at the casino to get our site info. Upon arriving at our site the electrical box was locked. I had to contact the casino security to get someone to come unlock it. Bathrooms are old and not clean. No picnic table, its a dust bowl.

The AVI KOA staff was great. Friendly and very helpful. They even asked me if I had enjoyed my stay in the area. That's a real nice personal touch. My only recommendation for improvement would be more shade. I understand this is not feasible due to it being desert and drought mitigations but it would be nice. This is a really great value for your money at the end of the day.

We only stayed for two nights as we were on the road. The Avi Casino next to the RV park is fantastic, with plenty of things to do. WiFi was good. Cable was good. Peole were very friendly and the rates were good.

Enjoyed the area. This KOA is large and the spaces are nice and spacious. It’s dusty but that’s expected in the desert surroundings.

I'll be leaving my very negative review on yelp, Yahoo, Google, fb any platform I can find since you only allow 400 characters. That is not long enough for me to tell you about the absolute worst KOA we have had and this was our 30th KOA we have stayed at� That alone says a LOT!!

We stay at this KoA lot and always get our favorite space 732. Our Oct 15 trip was the worst. The persons that is space 733 were so very rude, obnoxious and made our stay miserable. We noticed that they are long term until June 2022. I don’t believe will be back until after they are gone. Their music was so loud you couldn’t talk. at 10 o’clock in the morning. Address this issue. Pls
