The office staff was great. Have hard time rating it since weather was bad and beach closed. Park was clean and well kept. Didn’t use restroom. Good TV selection. Lots of off road vehicles, appears popular for that.

This was our second stay with the Avi KOA. The first morning we were there, we went over to the Avi to have breakfast and there were no restaurants open. Not the fault of the Avi, I blame all the slackers who are choosing to stay on unemployment instead of going back to work.

This KOA is beautiful and well maintained. The office ladies are amazing. I wasn't happy with the spot I was given, and they happily gave me another that was better suited for my family of 4 children and 2 dogs! I loved this stay ��

Easy check in. Nice flat sites. Excellent wifi and great cable TV choices. Even had HBO and Showtime.

Negative: 1) Sites too close together 2) 10:00PM quiet time not observed or enforced without a complaint while we visited 3) Excessive and loud ATV activity allowed while we visited Positive: 1) Staff very friendly and helpful 2) Level sites of very adequate length 3) Exceptional utility access 4) Pet friendly 5) Very clean with plentiful trash receptacles

Very clean. Will stay here again, but I am a one night camper. If your staying a while, not much shade. Your literally just lined up in a gravel parking lot. Recommend the back in slots along the golf course. Points for a good pet area.

Not much to say as there was not much to do. We are not casino people, as we live in Reno, NV. We are not into boats or off-roading. No trees, to speak off. One very loud and obnoxious, foul mouthed neighbor, who sat and stared all day. We DID like the double secure dog runs, but not much else. Cable TV did not work.

Campsites were ridiculously small. No picnic table. Not even enough room to open your awnings or even put out chairs unless you want to sit near your neighbor’s sewer line. If you have dogs afraid of fireworks, beware. There are fireworks every night. Never again

This place would have been better except we had two Full time people next to us and across from us that were annoying. They had crap all over and sat outside yelling at everyone driving by. The one guy made it so we didn’t even want to come outside. If they would have placed us in a different area I think I would have felt different. Maybe they should put the full time people somewhere else.

Very tight spaces, dogs not allowed on ANY grass areas. Dog park is very small and usually had a line waiting to use it. Stayed only one night

Always a great place to stay. We love the area and the weather. Very friendly staff. We usually stay a couple of times a year.

All amenities here were tied to the Avi Casino: pool, beach, fitness room, restaurant... The only things open at the casino were slots and bar. These things were all open at casinos on the strip. The campground desk staff members were not friendly, welcoming or accommodating. KOAs used to have a "claim to fame" where they offered fun activities - not here!

They gave us the wrong spot, terrible service to get it corrected. The security guy was helpful and was confused too. The casino is where the main office is, there was one person working! The casino had just fast food and the smoke was terrible in it. It felt very low budget. No tables unless you asked in your spot.

We have stayed at this KOA the past 4 years and the staff is awesome. Shari at the office is amazing,always accommodating and friendly. The reason for the 4 star is the fireworks, the unpaved streets, and the less than adequate laundry room. We look forward to spending three months a year at this park.

No store open. Food court was only place to eat. Pool was still closed. Was hard to get a picnic table at our campsite, finally asked Jerry, who was driving by and he delivered one promptly. Thanks Jerry !

Road and fireworks were noisy but that isn't the facility's fault. Just unfortunate location. Everything was nice and clean.

Loud fireworks at night and staff (Patrick and the manager) that cannot take responsibility for their words led me to give a 1 star review for this KOA.

Did not appreciate the Fire Works every night - our dogs were frightened - we did not know that this was going on and we did not like the way we were parked facing our neighbors - no privacy - we will never stay at this park again!!

Pool and river access was close and that was unnecessary. I’ve camped at other campgrounds during the pandemic and they had a system in place for their pools. The absolutely no fire rules is also outrageous! Camping is about a campfire. Due to all these unnecessary rules and regulations we left a day early! I would not recommend this KOA to my camping friends!

I really enjoyed the stay in the park it was nice quiet and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the role I was on had three big units together where we could hardly get our awnings out

Campground and KOA facilities were ok and we have been there many times. What I didn’t like was the fireworks. Scared our dog to death. I especially disliked the aerial fireworks at 11:00 in the morning. Probably won’t be back. I also realize the fireworks are not a KOA display but it’s all part of the experience.

We have stayed here many times. Always a nice place to stay for a stop over or for a few days. The only thing I’ve noticed the last few visits was the trash build up around the tree lined area next to the golf course.

Have stayed at park two times in the last 2 months both times got a large transformer in my camp site Had problem with sewer cap, called maintenance but no one came to assist

The Laughlin/Avi KOA is one of my favorites. It has a very comfortable atmosphere and is accommodating to the guests. The facilities are very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Patrick, the supervisor in the Campground Offic,e is AWESOME and always helpful - I think he deserves a raise!! I look forward to my return!
