No cable, said it just went out and they were working on it. Lied, found out it had been out for about a week. Laundry room, 12 washers...only 3 worked, 10 dryers, only 4 worked. Out of order signs on all of the non working equipment. Heck of a way to maintain a business. Very disappointed with the lack of care from stuff and it's facility. Not something I normally see from the KOA's.

Love the large lots! The restrooms are nice and clean and the rv campground is very nice! Love the views of the mountains and the river.

This is a nice campground, however the current management operating this facility sorely lack the knowledge necessary to do so. I have stayed at AVI for years and always was able to reserve a site. That changed and i was given a site that did not fit my trailer, I asked for another site and was told that the one I had was the only one available. I stayed for one month and lots of sites were open.

We arrived middle of March and encountered high gusting winds. Hotel pool was a pleasant surprise that we were able to use showing our campground registration. Weak wifi. If you’re an off-road enthusiast this is an area to visit

Convenient location. Laundry vacillates were poorly maintained with the majority of the washers and dryers out of order. Didn’t like the design of sharing a common outdoor living area.

We return to the Laughlin/Avi Casino KOA every year in February. It is accommodating, friendly, and well ran. The restrooms are very clean and well maintained. Overall is a relaxing stay - other guests are generally friendly, and like us, enjoying the warm weather!

I asked for a specific area and was told it was full but the whole time we were there there were at least three empty spots. I ended up having to pay for a more expensive site. Other than that the camp is well maintained.

We work remotely so cell service or internet is mandatory for us to stay. Very poor connections from Verizon, Tmobile and the site wifi. All unusable. We stayed one night only. The place was fairly full, quite crowded and clean. not much for ammenities. They are counting on the casino. facilities available for use in the casino not specified on arrival paperwork.

It was very nice. The staff was very friendly. We'e stayed at nicer KOA's with paving, things to do for kids in the KOA, however they were more expensive. Considering our reason for coming we were very happy to have this campground and appreciated being able to use the facilities at the Avi Casino. I'm giving it a 5 star rating because the rate was very reasonable and fair.

Had a great time. Didn't know we had to check-out. Received a phone call as we were driving about an hour from Avi KOA asking if we were staying another night. Never had to check out at a KOA before. Next time I will check out. We will be back. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the best KOA's we have stayed at and will be back for sure.

very noisy Traffic very loud and driving fast. the smell of sewer at times was strong. The hardest problem was the time issue being on the state line of 3 states. Daylight saving time will help

The Campground was well kept, and services were well maintained. The front desk staff were not very helpful, seemed to be bothered by questions. The Wifi did not work well for me, or my wife.

We always stay at this KOA while in Laughlin. This campground is very basic, run down and in need of updating. The laundry has more out of order machines than working ones. It's past time that some updates get done. We stay there because it is convenient.

Missing front desk member during check in hours. No cable or Wi-Fi during the entire stay. Was not provided any of the codes to get into the showers, pool areas or other amenities. With the close proximity to Lake Havasu, had considered almost daily across our four day stay of just packing up and moving to another location.

Quite noisy. Laundromat was terrible with most of the machines out of order. Cable was out for most of our stay.

It was okay, but did not like not being able to have a fire at your campsite . The RV site area was very dusty and area for the dogs was not great. I suggest you make a bigger dog park with grass.

The bathroom facilities were very clean and the shower area was very nice. One comment is that we came in late and the spot we were assigned has a tree that really needs to be trimmed, as it was difficult to pull into our site.

The majority of washers and dryers were out of order in the laundromat and with the park being almost full, I had to go to a laundromat off the grounds. Otherwise, a nice experience.

Spent an hour or so trying to get the cable to work, thought it was my system, checked with the office and was told the cable was down, would have been nice if they would have told me that at check in. Also noticed someone dumped their cat litter box right where our outdoor carpet was and where we had been cooking and eating our food for the three days Not pleased!! had to throw the carpet out,

3 out of MANY, maybe 20, washing machines worked. Same with the dryers! and we were there for a WEEK. The smell walking into the wash room was horrible. No picnic table at our campsite. Not very impressed

The whole park is on gravel, so you're dragging gravel into your RV every time you step outside. No shade around the sites, Laundry is a joke there are 25 units in the laundry, out of the 25 16 are out of order. The casino is nice but has very little area for non-smokers.

Cable was not working, electric did not work, had to move after hooking up. Men's room was dirty at 10am and cleaning was shown as 9:30. Also at 5:00 had to check in at smoke filled casino. Not a good introduction, and not a good representation of KOA.

Initial late checkin was good and facilities were clean, but next day, elect power and cable were shut off to site prior to checkout draining RV battery. Staff were not courteous when requesting to stay another night. Left and will not be back.

Should really mention that pool is at Avi and not in campground, also that the pool is NOT heated. and mention fishing is not allowed due to covid...this makes not sense. Other than that we had fun. Staff was kind. camp ground clean

There was no access to cable tv as advertised. There were 4 very noisy motorcycles close by that were very obnoxious.

Being newbies, we quickly learned we didn't have enough sewer hook up. Both sites have the hookups in the same spot. Our neighbor backed in. We were told to pull in. Our hookups are drivers rear.theirs were at drivers window. So we backed in and just hooked up water and electric and dumped on the way out. We spent 2 nights. It is all dirt. We had to park the car horizontal in front of the RV

Well kept, clean restrooms, nice casino entertainment with good food choices… Campground just needs to put long time residents in a discreet tucked away area…They are stinky to walk past!
