Phone service and internet were horrible. Staff was very nice. Tv cable stopped working first night. It was clean and large pull thru sites were nice.

Staff are awesome! Friendly, helpful, polite, and very professional. The bathrooms were great-clean with good shower water pressure. WiFi and TV need improvement. Good location. Increase in rates is pretty pricey with no concrete pads and excessive dust. Overall enjoyed my stay and felt safe and comfortable. Thanks

This could be an A+++ park if you would put a little effort into it. The cable tv cable was cut so no cable tv. Get more picnic tables so everyone has one without having to ask for one, Most of the washing machines in the laundry are broken. Why is there a rule no laundry can be done after 2:30, That is just STUPID when most of the machines are broken, Enforce the rule no fireworks after 10 PM.

We loved staying at Laughlin KOA. It’s a very nice park. Great views, nice weather, and close to Needles Hwy and highways 95 / 40. Would definitely stay again and will recommend this park to others. �

Very nice campground only thing is the laundry room had lots of washers and dryer’s but only a few that work had to get staff to start washers most where good about it but one was irritated when you asked for help great staff and friendly grounds keepers

The site was a good size, back in, and available. The women's restroom was very clean and well cared for. The men's restroom was a disaster, plugged toilets, dirty sinks, dirty showers. Our quiet neighbors were polite but looked like permanent residents with a trashed trailer, plugged in residential refrigerator outside, nice big dog left outside on a 12 ft leash. Fireworks at night unpleasant

Except for the @&$ wind we had a great. The shuttle service was good , but he Feathers Resterant was very good and the casino was fun. All an all we enjoyed our week end holiday.

Laundry facility was unkept. Out of all the washers they have only five worked and only 4 dryers worked. Has really gone down hill since I was there and did laundry two years ago. It is all dirt with no improvements in years. Price has gone up. Workers are nice.

Good location. Good food at the casino. Poor WiFi. Pathetic laundrymat. Majority of washers and dryers are out of order. Either close it or fix it!! Recent morning only 5 washers were working. And only 3 dryers were working. Fortunately the 4 folks with 2-3 loads each were able to work it out. However that means it took most of the morning to do a couple of loads of laundry each.

Water had a soapy taste. Spaces are very small, my neighbor's slideout was less than 3 ft. from my RV. If I also had a slide they would have touched.

This last draft was one of the best we have had. We were not crowded next to other campers that had spread out their belongings into our space.

I reserved and paid for a 50 amp pull through and upon arrival I was stuck in a pull in that was way too small for a 40’ DP. The second day I received a call from the office telling me to move my toad to overflow as there was a rig coming next to me. So I had to park in an unsecured lot that included a long walk on a bad leg. I won’t stay there in the future.

Nice staff. Everything worked. Seems like mostly longer term snow birds rather than short term visitors to the area. Our spot was close to the casino area and had several people/small groups walk thru during the night.
