Very pleasant staff and very clean restrooms. Our only problem was that the tv cable in my mother's site was not working.

Great place to camp and all they have to offer...we would definitely come back....need more cigar selection tho!!!

We spent two nights and we were on the go during the days. The campgrounds and bathrooms were clean. I was very disappointed though that the laundry room closed at 2:30pm so I wasn’t able to get my laundry done. The office was closed by 5 or 6. (winter hours)

The only bright spot here was Angel & Jerry. The park: dusty, dirty, gravel - on-line pics show lush green grasses/golf course - those were posted when they had water and were green, now it's just dead grass that you track into your rig. Nearly all sites are Jack & Jill - HELLO neighbor. Casino is close and comfortable, amenities are mostly closed, you can game 24 x 7. Location is... meh.

Nice clean campground. All hookups worked nicely. But we were unable to use laundry as only 2 of 10 machines were working. Also unable to buy ice as office was closed early. Would have given a much higher rateing as laundry is one reason we go to koa. It's nice to have when your on the road for weeks at a time.

The camp ground seems to have no rules on how much stuff the people that live their full time can put in their space. I had to back out of my space 702 because the guy in front of me had so much stuff in his spot he parked his big truck in the street in front of his space. It was just terrible.

Went up $140 per mo. Laundry room is broken up. Nothing wotks. Pot holes everywhere. Tv gliches channels don't come in. Turn water off without notice. Pluss more!

Lady at check in very rude. She would not let me in to check in because she said she was to busy I finally convinced her to let me in to check in. About 60 percent of all washers and dryers were out of order. Laundry room closed at 4

The casino restraunt was to expensive and the lemon in my ice tea was covered in slime. The slots were to tight and woulden't let ypu win anything.

Enjoyed our stay overall. Disappointed bathroom locks were changed without notifying patrons. Dog poop in common ground areas. Washers and dryers not working.

Office understaffed. We were parked next to a permanent trailer that was a total mess. There are 3 cats living under the trailer. 5 people 3 dogs and one cat inside. Laundry was in poor shape with 5 out of the 12 washers not working. Last year we were put next to a permanent rv also but the yard was clean. We will not be staying there again

A 3 day stay enroute to Quartsite and Yuma AZ Have stayed here before over the years. Always enjoyable.

We always enjoy our stay at Avi. However you needs to work on your customer service. I have left many messages on your phone. Someone did return my call from earlier this month. This last week none of my messages were returned. Otherwise it’s been fine.

Five washers broken! Ten dryers broken! That’s a lot of broken equipment for such a large RV resort!! Cable TV was awful!! Many channels not working and poor signal!! Campground changed locks on the restroom! Went to take a shower codes didn’t work!! Had to call security to get the code!! Have stayed here many times never have I been this disappointed!!

Aside from the laundry being closed, the front desk clerk on Wednesday not being very pleasant, people not cleaning up after their dogs, the grounds and the guests were nice.

Sites are big and clean. Most of the are buddy sites but there is plenty of room and they are well laid out so you're not face to face with your neighbor. Great if you are traveling with friends. Nice private beach and marina. All sites are gravel/dirt and we did not have a table at our site. Laughlin and Fort Mohave are close.

Have been staying at this facility for many years and this will be the last. Made reservations on line and got confirmation for a up to 90 foot pull through. Our 36 foot motorhome and GMC Canyon barely fit and had a tree in the back of the site.

Pet friendly. I had only reserved for one night but decided to stay another night. Went to office and they took care of it for me. Didn't have to change my site

The water pressure was low. There was dog poop all over the place. The dog run had 4 or 5 piles on each side.

Arrived in the dark, no help, no signage no lights or row numbers, 833 not enough room with the kiosk on the right side. Now that we’ve been there once it will be easier and daylight will help a lot.

They follow or enforce none of their rules.Their hours posted aren’t followed. I requested a picnic table. Never got it. No one answered phone, walked up to office twice no one there. I left voicemail, no call returned. I paid for most expensive pull thru site. I got a tiny site with electric box and railroad ties right in front of door. Daily fireworks, loose Rottweiler.
