Too many fireworks dogs don’t like fireworks too many people breaking the rules and mangers not doing anything about it lots of washers and dryers but most of the washers didn’t work

This campground is really just a gravel lot with hook ups. Sites were close together and there's no landscaping. It's really close to a main road that runs by the casino so you hear traffic a lot. The fire engines next door ck sirens at 7 a.m. every day. A lot of machines in the laundry but only about a third worked. It would work good for an overnight but no longer.

The site is clean and well kept.The only complaint I have as an "Old Person"who has very few internet skills and even less access is: The complete inability to call for reservations or receive a call back when we have left messages. We attempted to reserve on the web site but were unable to complete several different times at different stages of the request.

KOA was very full holiday weekend. Jan 1st, overall pretty quiet not too many fireworks to upset the dog, rain and wind helped. I would recommend this KOA, But please leave yor politics at home you and brandon. we really appreciate that.

anyone checking in without reservations after 4pm must enter the smoke filled casino to register. This is unacceptable!!!

Only 4 of 14 driers were working. Washers basically the same. There were more signs that said “out of order” than machines that worked. We stopped here during our travels to do laundry safely. Also the entire place looked dead. The dog park is too small and full of crap. Where are the KOA standards? Bad stay.

Not their fault but washer dryers not working. Sites are dirt. Camper before us left poop and toilet paper on the ground. Not pleasant to clean up!

There were only 4 functioning washing machines and one of those was not working properly. The last load of laundry had to be put into the machine by 2:30pm, which was not much time when having to wait for an empty machine. All other aspects of my stay were great!

Reasonable and quiet. Some permanent tenants who appear one step above homeless but I suppose this is expected nowadays.

The property was great! However, we did had a few issues: 1. We were told to call if arriving after 4pm to pay balance. I called 15 times and NOONE answered the phone. I left several message to please call me so I could pay my remaining balance. I NEVER heard back and had to walk to hotel to get my packet upon arrival. 2. The water was shut off during my shower, with no warning, for 2 hours.

This is the worst KOA I’ve stayed at. Being a Journey campground I expected a beautiful resort. This is a large dirt parking lot with Rv’s crammed in. I’ve never been to a Koa that allows people to live there and live there in run down Rv’s. The rules sign for the dog park is almost as big as the park. We had a really bad time. We were to stay for a week but left after one night. Out spots had cars parked in them, they were so small we could not get into them and they could do nothing about it. Very rude staff. Will never stay there again.

We were park next to a couple women that had 4 cats. The cats used the gravel outside the rv as a potty box so it smelled. It looked like they lived there full time. I didn't mind the cats I just thought she should have cleaned up after them. You have to clean up after dogs why not cats. And my husband had are dog out at 10:15 and there was a LARGE FIREWORK SET OFF SCARED HER SO NO POTTY.

Campsite was dirty (cigarette butts, bottle caps). We were told at check in that the fitness center was closed due to Covid, yet the casino , theater and restaurants were all open. We pick campsites based on access to a fitness center, among other features, so we were very disappointed. Lots of street noise 24/7 ( our site was next to the road). More broken laundry machines than working ones.

No help on check-in, site was dirty and unlit, never saw anyone from KOA entire time we were there, offices closed at 4 every day which seems very early considering the check-in traffic we observed daily, faucet at site leaked constantly.

We stay here every once in a while and like the nice big pull through sites. The employees are pretty friendly and take care of any problems in a timely manner. The laundry is pitiful, most of the machines don't work and they don't want you starting any laundry after 3:30 PM which is when a lot of campers are arriving. That is my biggest gripe. Yes, I will stay here again (won't do laundry).

Stay was great, Sewage connection broken unable to get a good seal, use tape to keep my connection in place, neighbors also broke. reported to office, no repair attempted while We were there. Stayed seven days. Odor did appeared on a couple accusations.

The laundry room had only 4 working washers and 3 working dryers. The people next to us had NO SEWAGE HOOK UP ( WHICH IS AGAINST THEIR POLICY) and 2 dogs that were lose at night. The people 2 down had dog crap outside (not picked up) We stayed here last year, was much nicer. What happened???

Nice campground, nice big pull through sites and staff was friendly. If you need to do laundry, less than half of the washers and driers work! Not sure how you justify that.

No cable, half washers and dryers were out of order, called for vallet but not working which I understood on holiday but check in did not tell me, big deep water puddle at camper door I put in a step and dug sand around it for us. Looked like a nice campground but being there on holiday was problems.

Great location an rv park should be clean with cleaner sites and trailers that are clean and not run down felt like we were at a trailer park trees not trimmed not very welcoming we stay at a lot of Koa this one was our worst experience we will not go back to that one

It was our first trip in our coach with the dogs. The people that greeted us were very helpful with all of our questions. There was a gentleman that was not following the leash rules and your staff was very polite in his request to follow the rules… the man got mad and mouthy… your employee kept calm through the whole process. Kudos to you team
