The campground is kept up well. It is nice that there are trash cans and dog poo bags located throughout the campground. What I didn’t like was fireworks going off most nights. Waking up and looking at our neighbors hate flags waving.is very unpleasant. Rules are not enforced..Neighbors had two cars, boat, and two motorcycles, rules say one vehicle plus rv. Many sites look like hoarder’s rvs

Big rate increase, after we had pre booked for 3 months. Thanksgiving weekend mini motor bikes were allowed to terrorize the dog park for hours at a time. Complaints were made and nothing was done. (Have video) Very small Jack and Jill sites in the majority of the park. Bright spot of our month stay was the maintenance man (Jerry) he is Great ambassador for KOA.

The park and staff are wonderful. The reason for the review rating is do to the fireworks that are allowed by AVI. Our dog had a teal hard time with them. As ling as we have a dog we will not stay here.

Very clean ,great employees out cleaning daily and very friendly. Now ,booked a large site 90' and got there got our site settled in ,found out a employee decided to change our site to smaller one because we "fit " a smaller site.(not happy)but we were told we could move if we wanted.( we were already set up) so not willing to move at that point.Fireworks both nights. Loud and constant till11 pm.

The staff and employees are all kind. I do believe they try hard. The AVI casino has a nice beach and pool. I used the boat ramp to launch my Kayak. The problem is the RV park. The entire park is sand and gravel. The dust was unbearable. Particularly, in the windy conditions. Your RV will have to be detailed.

We have stayed several times and been happy with the experience. This time we were placed next to an inconsiderate resident you had a truck parked in our assigned space. The staff attempted to get the truck moved but no one was home. The re assigned us to the other side of the resident but he had set himself up in a manner the made it very difficult to use the facilities. We were moved again.

It was fun as always. Lots of dust as people drive to and from RV sites. Casino must be rolling in money. Never saw anyone cashing a payout.

After years of buddy spots we were scattered out all over the park the person in charge was short and very unhelpful after totally setting up we were told Ok you can move so totally set up twice would love for it to be as it was in years past the lady we dealt with in the past was surely missed

This was our first KOA experience. I was surprised to see so many homeless trailers in the park. Not sure if this is something new or a sign of the times.

Front desk was excellent. WiFi was best in over 25 campgrounds we have stayed in. Many washers and dryers out of service but we made it work. Could night stay in Casino building due to too many people smoking cigarettes. Fireworks area needs to be cleaned up. Sewage system needs better ventilation with effluent air discharged above breathing zone.

The space assigned me was the most narrow of any RV park I've stayed in over a dozen years of RV'ing. And to make it worse I had to dig holes in the deep, soft sand to get level, along with leveling blocks....And then.....Because I was so close to my neighbor's slide-out I couldn't put out my awning......Had to clean spider webs from electric box & have broken water pipe repaired. @$65 a night

The entire time we were in the campground we could smell a strong stench of sewage. It made sitting and enjoying the campsite a near impossibility. There were also many trucks that were idle near us, adding even more unpleasant smells to our immediate vicinity. We also hoped/believed the pool was heated, which it isn't. The bathrooms were clean, beside clogged toilets.

Nice large spaces, handy garbage cans.................BUT....large party in row behind us that went on until almost midnight, with loud music and loud voices.............this was behind space 914-915 area............unable to contact anyone to control the noise

We will never stay here again. We were overcharged and the employee told us the rates went up since our reservation with no notice. She didn’t care and said that the rates can change without notice. It took me 2 days of speaking with the hotel staff to get refunded. This park is an overpriced dustbowl and the sites have you packed in like sardines. We learned our lesson and will never be back.

Very windy and dusty when we stayed there. Nobody can control the weather. However, a nearby dune buggy & quad club booked a large portion of the park and we were overrun by machines, kids on dirt bikes, small children riding motorized vehicles without helmets. Guess it would be different if we were quadders too….but we found it very noisy, starting quite early in the morning.

We’ve stayed here multiple times in the past and really enjoyed it. However this time we noticed a lack of service and maintenance. Price was higher and we had to move twice because of problems with the site. The second one had the power pole blown out. Just general lack of maintenance and we didn’t notice the security that they used to have. Only improvement was the Wi-Fi through out the pa

Excellent facility. Front desk ladies are very nice and helpful. Fireworks at night remind me of Disneyland. Great views of Spirit Mountain.

We had our dog with us both nights starting at dark and going until after 11 pm someone was setting off fireworks. These were not professional these were loud bangs and just random. We have stayed here before and had the same problem and they said it was addressed. We have been in many KOA parks and no ever not been able to contact someone after 6:00pm. Very unhappy called and no return call.
