Overall just fine. We did not care for the electrical set up that made every other RV pull through or backed up. This provides zero privacy for both parties. The office staff was very helpful and friendly

This is a regular stop for us on our way south from Alaska or on our return. Jacuzzi is worth the price of admission. Tony does great maintenance and the short-staffed office is doing a great job under difficult COVID protocols. Good food options nearby. Great place to meet family.

The reservation I made on line was for a pull in site by the golf course which was available for units 36’ and under. When I checked in I was told we couldn’t have that site because we were longer than 35’ and were put in another site. Needless to say that left a bad impression and a disgruntled camper. If I can’t reserve the site I want then that option shouldn’t be available online.

We’ve been here before and that’s why we came back, but we will not stay here again and will warn our friends. We could not believe how long the fireworks noise lasted, it went on for at least 3 hours! It dragged on and on! Until 10pm! We could not relax, our dog and neighbors dogs were visibly upset. We were thankful we were leaving the next day!

Overall it was excellent except security should address the large groups with their loud music and potty mouths and police the people flying thru the park..The 5mph needs to be police before somebody get hurts..

Great, friendly staff. Close to what we wanted to do. Very economical. The only issue, which is not the park’s fault, is people driving unsafe and way too fast though the park. Again, not the park’s fault just unsafe people.

We visit several times a year. Please water Your trees, they all seem to be dead. Bathrooms are very clean. Nice dog park. Please have full timers stay farther out as they are making it look like a “trailer park”

Arrived at 2PM. Had to wait an hour for office to open. One employee on duty. Not congenial but probably over worked. Garbage overflowing everywhere. Tried callling office about cable tv not working at 6 PM. Office closed. No picnic table. So stressed we didn’t go across to casino. Tried to get propane. They were out. Will stay in Laughlin in future. After 25yrs coming here Good Bye Avi.

Casino was nice, but the service in the feathers cafe was extremely slow, food was good beside that. Also if you have young kids there were quite a bit of fireworks going off, so might be hard to get them to bed.

The staff was helpful and friendly. RV space was large, dog park had grass and shade trees. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I have a 40 ft motorhome with slide outs on both sides. Another couple took their 30 ft motorhome. When we both made the reservation, we requested a Buddy site. We arrived early and checked in. The KOA person did not assign us a Buddy space. Furthermore, I was assigned space 940, which was really too narrow for my 40 ft motorhome. I kept checking in with the koa person to see if they could change

It was very dusty there. The casino was nice, but you couldn’t go swimming because the pool is not heated and only 3’ deep

It was only for 1 night. Lots of room between the trailers. There were too many ATV’s there and started them up very early, so between that and dogs barking, one had no choice but to get up early.

At check in the lady was uncaring and rude. Laundry a lot of machines were not working.

No tables open until Thursdays The free shuttle was non existent. Only half the washers were working and less dryers

Laundrymat was disappointing - too many broken machines. Dog runs (if you can even call them that) are tiny. Wifi is adequate but could be better. Fireworks really bother my dogs. Water has heavy sediment and was not drinkable. Spaces are level and wide for easy access.

We have two favorite KOA's and the Avi is one of them. Workers are all so nice. Nice big spaces. Always clean.

Stayed 4 nights, 3 nights were very disturbing with fireworks going off till 10:30. Also very loud OHV going up and down the park’s roads very late in the evening. I will forego my KOA Rewards membership and not stay at this park against again.

Great place to relax. The only thing that was a little troublesome was the traffic through there was moving faster than the 5 mph that was posted, causing a lot of dust!

Lots to do and the pool and beach are superb. My wife loves the gambling. Lots of room between coaches.

Stayed there a few years ago for a couple months and loved it. Still do. Preferred it more when not a koa tho� sorry about that

The fireworks are a bit of a problem. Our dog did not enjoy them. Should be smaller window to set them off. Men's restroom, the toilets plugged up.all the time. Laundry room, half of the washers and dryers did not work. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Easy to find spot. Good location to site see from.

Large sites, nice views, proximity to the casino beach on the water is a plus. Far from everything else but a good stop over.
