Thanks KOA crew for taking such good care of us. We really enjoyed the weekend escape from all the weather related chaos back home. Using the "chimenea" to provide a welcomed camp fire in the patio at night was the highlight of our stay. Wishing you all continued great success!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating during the recent extreme cold weather in Texas. They were very diligent about checking on the guest and keeping the campground facilities open.

We stayed during the ice storm and snow storm we then extended our stay Herb and his wife were amazing they cared if we were warm if we needed anything to help us threw the storm. We are coming back again in May and have told our family about our stay again we had a very good stay even with the winter storm thank you Herb Dave an Kim From Minnesota

We were there during the Leander, Texas snow and freeze. Staff member Herb was very friendly and accommodating. He made sure we had access to fresh water from the main office. he talked to us daily. We were told about boiling drinking water and inquired if we were doing OK. Our 4 day stay grew to 10 days due to the weather. I asked about getting a weekly rate was told no. DISAPPOINTED

We had a wonderful experience from the time we called to schedule reservation until we left 13 days later. Kathy & Herb are wonderful camp Hosts. They escorted us to our pull through site which was so easy to access. They made sure all of our needs were met. The Dog park is larger & nicer than Any I have ever seen. It is huge and the dogs love it. The camp is immaculate and quiet.

The campsite is very well maintained, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. This was our 4th stay, :) Herb was great and even dug through the dumpster for us when we realized we threw away a bag of dirty laundry!

Awesome service, cleanest KOA ever, and staff was very helpful with every service we could need. Herb and Cathy were awesome hosts, we loved chatting with them and sharing stories.

Herb and Kathy? (I believe that was her name) were extremely friendly when we checked in and throughout our entire stay. They provided us with a directory, took us to our spot, and always said hello even in passing outside. Very wonderful experience.

Nice KOA. Quiet, well kept facilities were enjoyable. Watch out for the Constable that sits on Hero Way - It's 30 MPH and strictly enforced.

Nice place and made things convenient for our visit with family in Austin. Herb was fantastic to work with at check in. He made our day and set the tone for a great stay.

I had never stayed at a KOA before because I'd only heard bad things. We decided to try this place because it was close to a volleyball venue we were in town for. Boy was I in for surprise! Herb and his wife called to check on us before we even arrived. They were the nicest hosts we've ever experienced. Herb took care of us in every way. The park was spotless and super nice! Thank you Herb!

From the time I called to make reservations up until we checked out, Herb helped us with everything! Herb was able to help make reservations for my family for the next day, answered all of my questions on the phone, and was friendly every time we went to the office/store. We loved our cabin so much, our kids had a great time at the playground, and the overall site was just so quiet and peaceful.

I like staying here because they have very clean sites. And they are big pull thru. Level sites. Laundry room and big dog park. It may cost a little more but they also have a pool.

It rained for the first two days but it was okay under the conditions. This is one of our favorite places to stay. We have family in town so we can stay at the cabin and still enjoy their company without being a bother to them.

We chose Leander/NW Austin because of its proximity to our son’s home. It is clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly.

This is a clean campground but the location to US183 and hero’s way rd it is loud and has many construction companies close by. Also no fire pits at the premium sites.

We stayed three nights from 12/17 thru 12/20. Not a lot to do in Leander in December but it was nice and cool which is always good in Texas!

Rate is to much for a Cabin specially when I can get a hotel for $40. $59 is way to much for this place.

Sorry you felt prices were too high, but if you had choices, maybe you should have went to the $40 motel. Not sure where you can get a motel in our area or Austin for $40, but please let us know. Happy travels! KOA Holiday

We had a great time at this campground! Since we stayed in December the pool was not open but looked very nice. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our children enjoyed the playground area. If we visit our friends who live in the area again we live definitely be back!

KOA always quick to accommodate my request for rez and even willing to extend when I request. I appreciate their willingness to work with me. I like the propane on site and how clean the park is. Wish the music coming from the shop/pool area was not so loud.
