From the time I called to make reservations up until we checked out, Herb helped us with everything! Herb was able to help make reservations for my family for the next day, answered all of my questions on the phone, and was friendly every time we went to the office/store. We loved our cabin so much, our kids had a great time at the playground, and the overall site was just so quiet and peaceful.

It rained for the first two days but it was okay under the conditions. This is one of our favorite places to stay. We have family in town so we can stay at the cabin and still enjoy their company without being a bother to them.

The cabin was clean and just right for us. It was quiet and we slept well. It was mostly rvs in a suburban area. The cabin was not fancy, the beds served the purpose. The TV was little, but worked well. Small Ac was a little loud, but worked fine. Internet was good. Overall, it was just what we needed for a fair price.

I wasn't allowed to cook in the cabin, THANK GOD I brought an extension cord that would reach the patio. Water was non-potable. Was charged an additional $100 fee for the cleaning of a minifridge, microwave and coffee pot despite leaving the cabin in the same condition as when I'd arrived. Internet was a joke. Service was non-existent; I had to call ahead to request for toilet paper. NO REFUNDS.

We are sorry you were unhappy. Our cabins have a clean up deposit and if it requires extensive cleaning (2 hours) it will be charged. We are on City Water and Fiber Optic Wi-Fi. Guests are made aware of fees prior to booking. Notices are posted inside the cabins for guests review.

The staff is SO helpful and friendly! We stayed in Burke’s cabin and it was incredibly clean. I asked them to air out the cabin before we arrived and they were very agreeable to that. When I needed to buy ice, they made it easy by charging my card and leaving the ice out on the patio for me! I definitely recommend this KOA and will definitely be back!

I appreciate the fact that my reservation was honored after a complication came into play. It's obvious that this owner tries his best to please all of his guests and that's good. I wish the views were better, but it's a nice, clean place. Cabin #2 is the best spot, I think. Thank you.

I have just one suggestion about your KOA. It has to do with the dog park. Dog owners tend to be friendly and we like to sit and chat at the par while our dogs play. But when it is sunny .... especially when we are there in June and August ... we cannot stay very long because there is no shade. If you had a nice bench with a shelter over it, that would enhance the dog park experience enormously.

We loved our stay at the Koa. However they need more training and better communication with the staff. When it comes to moving cabins reserved and upgrading customers to cabins. We had a issue which at first. However it was resolved fast. Thank you we plan on going back very soon. John Paul Espinoza
