Staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked with us on a day by day reservation because of the Hurricane Lara that was headed for our home. We have family in Austin. Will stay at this RV park every time we take our RV to Austin. It is in the perfect location as our family is on that side of Austin.

This is a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean facilities with large level well maintained pull thru RV pads. Clean well maintained swimming pool. Close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Stayed here numerous times. We will be back for sure.

The bathrooms were only open between 9-9. I needed the bathroom at 7 am and the sign on the door said it would open at 9am. That’s ridiculous! The KOA is very clean and a lot of work has been done on the pads and streets. I’ve always found this KOA a perfect place to stop. I just don’t agree on the restroom hours. You can’t blame the covid virus on opening the bathroom late.

Due to Covid-19, notices are in every packet at check-in. We are required only to have facilities partially open with limited hours. I wish it were different, but for now, it remains limited. Thanks, KOA

It was very nice but we thought very pricey. Strange to get a phone call from the office, after swimming, asking if we knew anything about a “missing” football at the pool. Very accusatory and awkward. She must have asked me 3 times, are you sure you didn’t see a football at the pool when you were swimming? Very strange.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very clean and well maintained facility. Bathrooms always clean, laundry room and nice pool. The staff were always helpful and smiling. Merry and her husband were so nice. We really had a great visit!

The camp ground was clean. Showers were clean. Rv spots were a little close together. The pool goes up to 5 feet deep and was clean. Staff were wonderful and outgoing. If the park were larger and more spread out I would definitely stay more often.

You were in one of our most desirable 100' paved pull thru's with patio and a tree. It was across from the Pool, bath house and playground area. Not sure what more you needed. We are in the top 20 of over 500 KOA parks. Thank you for your feedback but units are larger and slides are wider. KOA

Nice clean site. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was kept very clean and staff monitored for correct amount of people at a time. Dog park was an added bonus with poop bags throughout the park. Thank you.

Arrived and asked for a site with a tree. Gentlemen at the desk seemed irritated that I was asking. The park was not full. He suggested a couple other sites close to the road and when I said I would like one not so close to the road he seemed more irritated and said I could go pick a site. He did change our site. No one mentioned the boil water notice or that the bathroom was closed.

Space was not what was advertised.paid for 3 nights stayed one.dead grass no space between units was told no refunds even just an hour after arrival.

The campground was very clean and workers were courteous. Close to Georgetown and Round Rock where we had things to do. I felt like it was a little expensive but other than that I highly recommend it.

You were in our large 100' paved pull thru sites with city water and fiber optic wi-fi, direct TV. Our premium sites have a concrete patio, picnic table and lots of shade. Sorry, we can't make it any better than that. KOA

It was great. It was a nice campground. The only thing was that we were in space 22 and we paid extra for our son that we hadnt seen in a year and 4 months, however, the people in space 20 from California had over 10 people at their site on the last night we were there and I know they didnt pay for it because they didnt have parking passes, there were 2 extra cars in the space next to us.loud too

Stayed for 3 nights. Excellent well maintained sites. Great pool, store, clubhouse and gathering areas. Nice and clean bathhouse and laundry. Close to many attractions. Among the best KOAs at which we've stayed.

Lovely park! Merry & Jerry (?) were great hosts, very on top of things. I appreciated the reserved pool hours. Park was recently updated and well-maintained. The wi-fi was slow, which isn’t unusual for RV parks. Will stay there the next time we are in Leander.

We enjoyed our stay at the Leander/NW Austin KOA, the kids loved the playground and pool. Very clean and a friendly staff. We will defiantly come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Leander Texas KOA. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The campgrounds were extremely clean the pool was great and the on-site restrooms were amazing. We celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary there and truly enjoyed it. �

This is our favorite place to stay. This time we were there for 6 weeks and it felt like home. The staff is amazing and doing an excellent job keeping all safe doing the mask wearing and social distancing. I have our RV stored there now and know it is safe and easily accessed. Beautiful park and clean as it could be! Love it!

This was one of the cleanest KOAs that we have stayed at. The staff was overly helpful as we were picking up an RV that had been built for us in Austin but we used a rental RV to get to the area. So we had two spots but they put us super close so trading out the two homes was really easy. There were a couple of problems with the rental also and they helped us get over those hurdles.

The owner still up her her old tricks and trying to charge you for everything she can. We had 3 cars there for 20 min and was asked for additional fees. BTW, the cars all fit in the area we rented. Covid was her reasoning but she's been this way since the last time I stayed there 8 years ago. I thought by know she would change her ways but she hasn't. Won't be going back this time.

The campground is outstanding as far as location, sites and amenities. It would have been a perfect 9 day visit if not for the owner Merry who on two occasions was too authoritative and rude. She made ugly comments under breath and made an issue about my guest (covid rule) who I had informed about when I checked in.

First time KOA visitors. First time camping in our new 5th wheel after several years if being absent from camping workd.. Not disappointed from the reviews. Very clean, very friendly staff. They are practicing social distancing and taking required precautions, still fun time.
