Did care for the spot size, had to park on street. Was a little cramped but other than that everything was great.

Considering the KOA was on lockdown, a reduced price seems to have been warranted. Very nice location . But with reduced amenities, price should be adjusted.

The KOA i Leander /NW Austin is like a little piece of Heaven .The staff are so nice and everything is so fantastic:-) so for everybody that want's a reel vacation this is the best place to stay :-) Short distance to whatever you need. A spesial thank to the staff that keeps everything so nice and clean:-) I can recomend this place for everyone:-)

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The grounds were well maintained and facilities were clean. The dog park was well maintained. Excellent access to Cedar Park and surrounding areas!

Our «back in» space was very small even if the campground wasn't full. They could give us a better one for the same price in the context.

We were greeted warmly and all paperwork concerning our stay was ready and correct. We were shown to our site and Dennis helped us to get backed in so that we could hook up our utilities easily. The park was clean and quiet, the bathrooms were spotless and the showers were clean and hot. What more can a traveler ask for? We would definitely stay there again if we end up in that area again!

We were visiting family in the Leander area and needed a place to stay nearby. The Leander KOA was an amazing campground. The hosts were very accommodating and wonderful folks. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Texas. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff is awesome and helpful. They were very accommodating during our stay. This is one of the best KOAs we have stayed at and we have been to a lot of KOAs. It is beautiful and well kept. The sites are huge and the amenities are high quality. We have dogs and they have a huge dog park that our pups loved. We will definitely be back and recommend it to our friends!

This was our 5th or 6th time to stay at this location. It has always been one of the most expensive. This time the per night charge had gone from $50 to $75 which puts it way out of line. As much as we like staying this will most likely be our last visit. Also of note we got a early wake up Sat. morning to a power washer doing the rig next to us."the no washing of rigs" listed in the handout?

It was a great campground with wonderful staff. There was a small mixup on billing, but it was sorted out within minutes. They let me have a late checkout which was extremely helpful, and my stay was practically seamless. The campground was clean and met all of my expectations.

The facilities were very nice. This was our first time staying at a KOA. I was surprised that there was an extra charge for our kids and the price seems high compared to other places we have stayed. Especially in the offseason where some of the amenities are closed(pool/hot tub). We would stay at a KOA again, but we would definitely consider competing parks(in this case there were none).

The rating is due to the fact that we were not notified in advance about the restroom/shower facilities being shared men & women. As a woman traveling alone & having been assaulted before, this was not acceptable. I was offered the cabin by the office the first night, which was a kindness by the staff, but the cabin was ice cold, so it wasn't pleasant.

Yes, we are remodeling the restrooms, which in the mean time makes the restrooms gender neutral. With that being said, we offered one of the cabins w/ shower to any guest who felt uncomfortable using the park restrooms. Without much notice, we didn't have time to heat the cabin.

We arrived around 5:15 they gave me the instructions of were we park and the space number just in case we came after the office hrs. The park was clean and the spaces were blacktops so when you get out your not in the dirt. Very friendly owners.
