Friendly staff and very helpful. Joe you are #1 for going out of your way to help us with our electical problem after you were already closed for the day. Well maintained grounds. Nice play area for the kids and a fenced in area for your puppies to play for a bit. Really quiet and peaceful during the week. We really enjoyed staying here and hope to be back soon.

We met up with friends. We came last year for the Halloween. It’s a very nice campground. Clean and silent. Love the personalized service, they helped With backing The camper into our space

Had a great time, clean pool , nice grounds. The site needs to be raised up a bite, had to put boards under the tires to make the refrigerators to work.

We camped with a group of mixed ages. We were planning on going to Apple River Canyon State Park but we were having so much fun just hanging at the campground we didn't have to leave the whole weekend. The grounds are kept extremely clean . Someone loves gardening at the KOA because there are beautiful gardens everywhere. Make sure to check out the teepees and the lights in the trees at night!

Everything was great except we ended up in the most crowded sites with barley any room. In addition, why was the sewer pipes in the higher sides? Make it really hard for people to dump. Please return the pool chairs.

We booked on line. When we got there, we were directed to the narrowest and shortest site at the CG. Our awning was 4 feet off the neighboring camper. We let the owners know, who were really nice, and compensated us for our misfortune with firewood, and advised us to call in for reservations to pick a site. Very quiet location, clean, and well manicured. We are definitely going back.

We love the Lena KOA. It is a very family oriented campground. We love all of the activities that are offered, playground equipment, nice pool, rides on the "kiddie train", sites, ice cream socials, etc. We also love going into town and the local Lena Brewery and The Rafters Restaurant and gift shop. Lena is one of our favorite KOA's.

I have stayed in many KOA's around the US and I would rate the Lena KOA as the best one I have stayed in. The grounds are very clean, the staff is very friendly and there are many activities to keep the children occupied. Two thumbs up!

I appreciated the recycling Lena KOA did. Not every KOA does this. Even though we didn't use the pool the KOA had a very nice/smart system to control access and limit occupants at any given time. We will stay there again.

Love the place, only thing is our site electric. Had to reset a couple times. Couldn't handle the air conditioner.

We absolutely loved Lena KOA. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The grounds were clean and beautifully manicured with wonderful flowers. We absolutely loved it there, great for families! We will be back!!

We visited Lena KOA because it was near our kids home. This KOA was the nicest I have ever stayed at. Was very impressed with the camp itself but especially the maintainence and the landscaping. My wife and I were impressed with the flowers. The only thing I would try for next time is a site in the trees. With a 38foot RV that may be diificult but our site didn't have any shade. Nice park!

We had an excellent stay for the first time at Lena KOA. It was clean, great landscaping, friendly staff. We would definitely come back again!

It was very pleasant. I was concerned with Covid going around. But, they seemed to implement precautions. The bathrooms were very clean.

Lena KOA was SO nice! We did a quick two night getaway from Elgin, IL. The campground was clean & very inviting. People were warm and friendly. Our kids enjoyed the pool, duck races, playground and root beer / ice cream social all while social distancing. Thank you so much!! We will be back!

We were glad to see that all workers and campers were following CDC mask and social distancing guidelines. When we arrived at the Lena KOA, we were greeted and escorted to our site. We ordered fire wood and it was delivered to our site. All of the workers were helpful and friendly. The camp store is stocked with items you may need. We will return for another visit.

Camped in the back section. Very quiet and clean. Just need to plant trees. To help with shade in the future.
