Campground Cancellation Guideline

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 1-531-727-2052 before the deadlines below to receive a refund, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. 

Texting, messaging and/or emailing notifications of cancellations WILL NOT be accepted for refunding during the campgrounds season.

Cancellation Deadlines:

* RV & Tent Sites: You must give a 7 day cancellation notice prior to your arrival date. Call 1-531-727-2052 by 2:00 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.

• Lodging & Accommodations: You must give a 14 day cancellation notice prior to your arrival date. Call 1-531-727-2052 by 2:00 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival date.  

Cancellation Details: 

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows, early checkouts and/or late arrivals.

• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.

• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.

• There are NO REFUNDS for Holiday Reservations, Special Events, multi-week packages, and/or seasonal or monthly stays.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
