General Campground Information

Check-in/Check-out time

Check in time is 2:00 pm for RV sites and 3:00 pm for cabins. Check out time is 11:00 am. Please re-register by 10:00 am if you would like to extend your stay. We do offer late check-out or early check-in (pending availability) for an additional $10/hr fee. Check with the front desk for availability.

Fire Safety

Every site has a fire ring. All fires must be kept in designated fire rings only. Firewood is available for purchase at the camp store, and we'll even deliver it to your site. Click here for additional information: Campfire Safety Guide

Wildlife Awareness

Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be found on and around this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash, and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

Cancellation Policy

Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 888-503-2422 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.
All Cabins: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify your KOA one week before your scheduled arrival.

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in the forfeiture of all deposits.

Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please call for current policy.

Golf Cart Policy

Guests must be age 21 or older to drive a golf cart at Livingston / Paradise KOA Holiday.

Pet Policy

Pets must be leashed at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Pets are not permitted in any building or play area. We do have pet-friendly cabins. There is a $25 per pet per stay fee for these accommodations that are non-refundable.

Trash Policy

Trash pick-up is between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm – for everyone's safety, please do not leave trash out overnight. We have trash bins and recycle bins throughout the campground for your convenience. Please pick up after pets immediately.

Number of Guests Per Reservation

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, strict limits are enforced on the number of people who may be at the campground per each reservation. 
  • At check-in, you will be asked to verify the number of guests staying at your site.  
  • A limit of up to 6 people per site will be enforced. That total number includes both the number of people on your reservation and any day visitors. If you have the maximum number of people on your reservation, day visitors are not allowed.

RV and Tent sites are limited to 6 people per site.
Camping Cabins and Deluxe Cabins are limited to the maximum occupancy. The number of guests/visitors per site cannot exceed the maximum sleeping capacity of the accommodation. 

Note: If the number of overnight guests on your reservation allows for day visitors, those day visitors must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Your visitors are welcome for $5 per additional person. Visiting guests are permitted until quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. and must adhere to campground rules. Should day visitors turn into overnight guests, they must register at the front desk. Rates include 1 vehicle per site. Keep in mind that parking is limited and extra vehicles will be charge $5 per extra vehicle/trailer. Check with the front desk before arriving to be sure there is extra parking available. There is no overflow parking area.

Vehicle Policy

The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH. Please be mindful when driving and parking.
Motorized vehicles such as motorcycles and ATVs must be operated by a licensed driver and can only be used to enter and exit the campground.

Yellowstone River

The Yellowstone River runs dangerously fast. There is NO swimming allowed in the river. A fishing license is required to fish the river. Licenses are available for purchase online.

Jordyn Farrier

Welcome to Livingston, the best kept secret in Montana!

Jordyn Farrier grew up tent camping and started with KOA at age fifteen as a front desk clerk at St. Petersburg/Madeira Beach KOA Holiday. Over her KOA career, Jordyn has worked at Cape Hatteras KOA Resort, Niagara Falls/Grand Island KOA Holiday and Louisville South KOA Holiday. After pursuing multiple educational programs, Jordyn returned to the camping industry as the new general manager of Livingston/Paradise Valley KOA Holiday in 2023. Truly a family affair, Jordyn's mom is also a KOA general manager. Jordyn has two dogs, Tito and Lacey, and her hobbies include fishing, hiking, painting and kayaking. She loves the campground's serene mountain views and always makes sure the guest experience at KOA is nothing but exceptional!
