This place is amazing.... the only thing I can't understand is why they can't answer their phone. It's pretty simple. I tried to call several times with easy answer questions, and always went to their pre-recorded VM.

Thanks for the great review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately we are very busy helping guests on the phone or in person these days. But if you call once and leave us a voicemail, you will receive a call back. We understand the frustration during this busy season.

Friendly staff. Great location. Small campsites. Poor water pressure in bathrooms.

Thanks for the review. We are aware of the water pressure issue on the north end. We have a temporary water source hoked up to provide pretty pressure. We are trouble shooting the supply system to try to find the root of the problem. Pun intended as there's probably a root that grew into the pipes!

This campground was very well maintained and staffed by the most helpful people. Any time we had a question or needed anything, the staff were more than happy to assist. The facilities were maintained to a high standard and the grounds were very well kept. I have already recommended this KOA to multiple friends and family. Thanks Paradise Valley KOA!

There was our first time staying at any KOA abs it was a great experience. Campground was great and clean. The employees were very friendly and very helpful.

Sorry to see the drought has taken it’s toll on the beautiful green KOA grounds. However, it is still one of the prettiest KOAs.

We stayed one night on our way to Yellowstone. We stayed here to get in from the north entrance. The playground was super fun for our kids to get their wiggles out after a long day of driving. They met some other kids there. There is a good laundry facility and the hosts were super nice. They helped walk us through where to dump the black and Gray water at our site (we rented our RV).

Personally I think the price for a parking spot with zero amenities is exorbitant.

There was lots of shade at our campsite, and throughout the campsite. We were awakened at about midnight by a large rig arriving next to us. I don't know if that is normal or not. Also, your email upon arriving said that you served breakfast every morning; however you are not doing that this year because of staffing shortages. Please make your emails accurate.

I enjoyed the cabin. The cabin does need a screen door. Help to keep the bugs out when trying to cool off & having the door open to get air flow. Need a bench seat in Handicap shower, Not a chair. That would be nice. All in All a very nice place. Maybe widen the road back to cabin KK00...almost hit a tree every time trying to avoid the rocks.

stay wasnt what we reserved a year ago due to a tree falling & having to redo camp area, Nothing you could do about it, but really feel we should have been notified. we chose a specific campsite for shade, convenience, etc, thank you. I also feel 1 tent should be allowed per trailer site if room available, wouldnt mind if a fee was charged. would give children a chance to tent camp, but be close

Our space (#79) was 10 ft away from the next campers on both sides. Too congested! Grass is burnt, bare dirt at campsite, not a pleasant atmosphere. Bathrooms were dirty. Would not return. This place needs help.

It seems that this KOA is under-staffed...the people there work very long hours and are stretched thin. tho they try to be helpful and do their best under stressful circumstances.

We loved this location, easy to find, well maintained, very friendly and helpful staff. There was light pollution from campers having outside lights on that were shining in our tent, so a light curfew would be a courteous thing for tenters. We are runners, and there was easy roads to run on from here as well. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you!

GREAT TIME VERY HELPFUL AND NICE STAFF WILL BE BACK! THE VIEWS WERE AMAZING NOT A BAD CAMPSITE AT THIS KOA! WELL KEPT UP AND THE POOL WAS VERY NICE! CHECK IN WAS A BREEZE AND THE STORE SLASH GIFT SHOP WAS WELL STOCKED! LOTS TO DO IN THE AREA IF YOU WANT TO EXPLORE! ABUNDANT WILD LIFE RIGHT ON THE RIVER! SO MANY GREAT RESTAURANTS THAT ARE CLOSE TO GO EAT! SAW LOTS OF PEOPLE FLOATING ON THE RIVER!!!

We stay every 4th in a very large rafting group, this staff at this KOA is very respectful and patient with all of us and our massive number of children. This is the best of over 20 KOA campgrounds I have stayed at in my life. A little dry this year but the activities the KOA did this year for the kids and the cleanliness of the camp was fantastic. Thank you and see you next year!

It was a bit dry and had a slight breeze very warm temperatures which was fine. It would of been nice if there was a bit more grassy areas and not so much loose dirt that was able to blow around with the slight breeze. But, than again it might just be the area that makes it hard to grow grass. The crew was very friendly and helpful.

We had to consolidate sites because the owner said we were not allowed to use an area, supposedly designated for picnicking that, by the way was surrounded completely by our entire group, for tents. So privacy was not at a premium since we had to share sites we had reserved a year before. This may very well be the last year this KOA sees our family and friends there for the 4th of July.

Thanks for the review. We're sorry that you folks aren't a fan of the no tents on RV site policy. Our sites get crowed very quickly without tents. The policy info is on your confirmation, we tell you when you check in, and it's on your check in receipt. We try to make sure guests aren't surprised

The place is living off its location. its not well maintained and sites are very uneven. Given the price you pay at this place, I expected a nicer place. it is in a beautiful place. At least the water pressure was adequate.

We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived. The pool was closed as it was late in the season. Bathrooms were clean and the property was well maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The campground was very clean, including the restrooms and showers, and the hosts were very helpful and pleasant. We recommend this KOA campground.
