We stayed just one night as we were passing through Chattanooga. We enjoyed our stay there. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The camp is kept very well and is nice. My only complaint is the bright lights at night. We prefer it dark when we camp, or al least subdued light. The lights here are like sunlight. Otherwise very nice stay.

Hi, We are glad you enjoyed your stay! We do apologize fore the lights, however, they are a safety feature intended to illuminate the main intersections of our grounds for anyone arriving late in the evening.

Beautiful campgrounds and well-maintained, clean shower and baths. However there were far too many hunters firing guns at night to make us feel very comfortable.

Thank you for the positive feedback. We are nestled between two mountains, sometimes those gunshots, and train whistles do echo. Hope to see you again.

We loved Lookout Mountain KOA! It is a beautiful site with very friendly and helpful people. This is the first time I have ever let dogs use a dog park and I let them go in simply because it was so clean and looked safe for them. We have one older and two yorkie puppies and, yes. I am very particular. We would love to visit again, especially when the fall colors are out.

Everything about this campground is great from the staff, Owners, scenery, dog park etc. This campground is secluded but just a few minutes from downtown Trenton or the Interstate to Chattanooga or your next destination. The whole area has a small town feel which my Husband and I really like.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They’re always polite and give a always ready to help attitude! The facilities were very well kept and pleasant to see and very pleasant to stay at. I am a tall person and though I can take showers in my rv with no issues the showers they provide are very nice! Amazing dog park for those traveling with the fury friends! Over all love this place and will return!

Great sites. Friendly lp fill up and very nice restrooms. We stayed at site 52 in a 46ft fifth wheel and f450. A little tight on the drive up but just take your time. Would stay again.

Great location for a 1 night stop right off the I-59. Very nice hosts. Excellent wi-fi in site 37. Very windy and hilly entrance road. Sites are very small and close together. We visited in the off season when the weather was unusually cold, but I think this would be a great place for a family during warmer weather. Would have rated a 5 if the sites were a little more spread out.

Bathhouse was awesome. Best I've stayed at. I'm new in the RV world but they will give any bathhouse a run for it's money. We arrived. Late self check in was easy. The pads are gravel and could be leveled. All in all a great place to stay.

Nearing the end of an 8,000 mile trip in our travel trailer staying at many campgrounds (mostly private but a few public). This KOA had the nicest restroom/shower/laundry facilities we encountered. The grounds were a bit rough, to be expected this time of year. And in spite of the cold temperatures the staff was out and about re-staining the cabins/cottages. The internet was speedy as advertised.

We stayed at the campground in January 2022 for 8 days. The campground is very well maintained and staff were very nice and friendly. We didn't use the showers/bathrooms but we always like to look at them and they are top notch. Approximately 8 private rooms with shower/toilet/sink and mirror. We did laundry there and the laundry room was clean and the machines were very well maintained.

Love this campground! We come here every year on our way to & from Florida in January. Great lots, Wi-Fi, bathrooms & Staff. Super quiet with great views. Definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed here multiple times, this time it was frustrating because they would not sell us any firewood. The KOA employee said they stop selling firewood 30 minutes before The office closes and that’s the rules and policy .I told him that I don’t need anybody to deliver it I can go ahead and just carry it myself . He said he was too busy trying to close. We say employee leave before 5

We're sorry that you had a bad stay. We do have rules of the campground and stand by them. We also do not have any of our employees leave the office before our scheduled closing hours, which is 9-5 during our off season.

Clean facility including the bathroom and shower facilities! Just need to add cable as TV was limited to six stations.

Just stopped in for a quick overnight. Overall campground seemed nice. Scenic location. Arrived after office closed and left before they opened so no staff interaction. Would try to stay again if in the area and spend more time at campground.

This was our first KOA stay and the staff was extremely helpful. Bathrooms and other facilities were very clean. We look forward to staying at KOA again.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I put an LP tank by the fill-up and they filled it up and brought it to my site. The bathrooms were off-the-charts clean! We will definitely be back in the Spring!

We were very happy with our stay in Cabin G. While we didn't use the campgrounds bath/shower facilities we did look at them (other family members used) and thought they were excellent. Cabin, facilities and campground overall was clean, tidy and staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice sites, staff was very helpful. I needed some cribbing material to take a tire off to take into Trenton to get a tire replaced. They loaned some 6X6 and 2X4 so I could support our camper while I got our tire changed. Campground was clean and well taken care of. Staff would check each site after campers left the site. It is within 20 minutes of most of the attractions at Lookout Mtn.

Nicest, cleanest bath house and laundry ever!! All hookups worked as should. There was a tornado warning one night and many campers gathered in the laundry/bath house for safety. Everyone could not stop talking about how great the bath house was!

Really nice remodeled bathroom and showers! The dog park was better than the kids playground area. My two large dogs had a blast running around the pea gravel and the obstacles! There was a nice walking trail but not great to do from the recent rain in the area. Definitely not to good to take trail with two large pulling dogs. Super nice guy at check in.

stank of pee and poo everywhere. Rats and flies everywhere. Staff rude. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Sorry sir, you might have us confused for another location. It is winter and we wouldn't have flies and rats around the area. We are a well kept campground.

Great camp site! Beautiful! The staff was amazing and the bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen. One big point is that they are individual private restrooms with shower and vanity. You would never have you your RV bathroom. We will be back in the Spring.
