We were not able to get into the office due to our travel plans and the office staff took care of me over the phone!! This campground has earned the right to be a KOA!! Thank you.

Was in site 13 beautiful a little crowed at time but will be back showers was very clean landry was a little high to use machines only problem is asked for refund cause we left early but got a credit to use in 1 years time but only can use at the same koa we was staying at

We stayed in a cabin with a half bath. We arrived late and left early and no issues. Staff Great too and brought wood to our site

We stay at this KOA any time we want to be close to Chattanooga where we have family. The people are friendly and they work hard to keep things clean. This is the first time using the bathhouse, they need to add vent fans to get the moisture out.

The facilities were nice and very clean My only real complaint was some people came in very late at night around 11:30 and they proceeded to have full out arguments outside until about 2:30 in the morning and no one from KOA got involved or called the police it was that serious of an altercation.

The cabin was clean and had all that was needed, the mattresses were a little thin, but it's camping, so... The campgrounds were nice, recommend.

Stayed right next to dumpster, like basically in our site - not ideal but understand it needs a place. Otherwise, good site/campground, and would stay again.

The entrance to the road has a big dip and can be very hard to transverse if not going very slow, there is a big hill and sharp turn to exit the park, poor design. site was 6.5" off level - very hard to level a gas motorhome - need blocks. Many trees to transverse to get to my site. Smaller RVs that like the wooded experience might like.

Mostly quiet campground. We had a spot closest to the playground which was a little awkward as I cook outside. Had the kids playing and me grilling next to them. Was a nice place but all the roads and pads were gravel. Heard several tires spin as they navigated the spots. But will stay here again if we're in the area.

From the moment I checked in, with experiencing a wonderful happy lady, Susan, to having RV troubles - and help and guidance from Dylan, I was able to relax and enjoy my night. Most leave you all alone to fend to yourself, but Susan and Dylan's customer service made for a great memory. The Campground itself is super quiet and I wished I had more time to stay longer. Hugs from Alaska!

The park was very well kept. We have no real complaints on our stay at all. The only thing we weren't a fan of is how in site 19 your patio is behind your neighbors camper.

This campground was beautiful � quiet, clean, secure and the staff was incredible and welcoming. The fall scenery was that out of a movie. The campers were all respectful of the quiet hours and it was close to all the best attractions. Very kid and k9 friendly. The jumping pillow was a big hit with the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice area showers are clean and accessible. Off season prices could be better.

Thank you for the feedback. Reserving the day before Thanksgiving to arrive the next day could mean an increased rate. We were heavily booked for the holiday, you were probably grateful to get the 2 sites as close together as they were. Like hotels rates are increased per number of family members.

The location and sites were very nice. While we didn't meet the owners as we checked in late and left early, my wife and I agree the bathrooms were the cleanest of any KOA or on the road bathroom we have ever experienced. Plus the bathroom setup was great, toilet, shower, and sink all in one room. Thanks for making a long journey home better.

There should be an ability to pick your site when booking reservation. Site 37 was barely a pullover in the drive and was very tight. If another camper was in site 39, we would have been unable to pull out of our site. Not enough kid's activities available (closed or worn out except for jumping pillow). We would not have come had we known. Would have liked info on trails onsite.

This KOA is great. Tucked into the mountains far enough from the highway that you don’t have to listen to traffic all night. Stayed in a two room cabin. Clean warm and perfect for a night stop on the way to Florida. Shower house/ bathrooms are incredibly nice for a campground.

Great camp site! Beautiful! The staff was amazing and the bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen. One big point is that they are individual private restrooms with shower and vanity. You would never have you your RV bathroom. We will be back in the Spring.
