Helpful staff, immaculate, modern bath house. We called prior to arrival and were able to get a spot, a level, full h/u, pull through so we didn’t have to disconnect our truck from camper for our overnight stay. The setting is lovely, rustic and woodsy. Somewhat difficult to get to but not terrible if you come off the interstate. Do not take GPS detour! No cable TV but wifi worked well.

We stayed for two nights in a tent. The bathrooms in the back were convenient, it would be nice if there were showers added because it's a long walk to the front to shower. The showers and the front bathrooms were very nice and well kept. The tent site we were given was level, it didn't have a lot of room to turn your car around but that wasn't a problem for us. We would definitely stay again!

We rented a deluxe cabin, which based on our experience, should’ve been more like a hotel. When we arrived there were no linens, there were bugs all over the table, it was basically a camping cabin with a refrigerator. So we left and found a hotel. We were not prepared to stay in a camping cabin. We wish you would consider giving our money back, we did not stay in the cabin.

It appears you made the reservation on-line, the web site plainly states; "Sleeps up to 4 people.1 Bed-Bunk Bed Set. 1 Bed-Full Bed. Bring Your Own Linens.2 Bedrooms. Full Kitchen. Full Bath with Shower. No Pets Allowed." We would have been happy to help you with any issues you may have had.

We were very pleased our paperwork was in order when we arrived late. The restroom close to our tent was very clean. We felt safe and had a good experience.

This is very nice campground. It was close and convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Chattanooga area.

The site was beautiful and very well kept. Bathrooms were clean and convenient to the site location. The camp store was very well stocked and they offer fire wood bundles that are delivered to your site. There are several grocery stores and gas stations within a 10 minute or less drive. I highly recommend this facility and will be going back. We already booked a cabin for next year!

This is a nice campground. With the ability to be more kid friendly. But sadly there really isn’t allot for kids to do here. I’ve been twice this fall and really other than the jumping pillow which was not blown up the whole time we were there. The pool is closed for the season.

Had a pleasant experience but my son and daughter in law stopped by to visit for a couple of hours. They charged them $4.00 a peace. I can see charging that if the pool was open along with the other amenities but everything was closed. Just didn't understand that.

It's a common practice at various other campgrounds. It's a way for the campground to manage traffic and parking as well as keeping a head count in our systems of who all is in the campground.

This is the first time we have stayed at a KOA in our "van-life" Van. The fellow we booked our stay with day-of was extremely nice and helpful. This campground is in a great location, and the tent site he placed us in was perfect. We really enjoyed this campground. We were not packed in like sardines, and the bathrooms and showers were very clean.

Spent the weekend with the grandchildren ages 5 and 3. We had a great time. Went for a nice easy hike around the campground. They had lots of fun on the playground and jumping on the air pillow. The camp store was well stocked and the restrooms were clean and well maintained. We did not bring our dogs but they have a very nice dog park for your pets.

Our hook up had no power, we tried resetting all the breakers and nothing. We also tried calling at 4:30 pm the day of arrival to let them know we were going to arrive after the office closed and we didn’t know how to check in because it was our first time at any KOA. We left messages and no one called back. We were on a road trip from New Jersey so it was very cold and uncomfortable stay

This was a very nice campground. Front desk was very efficient and helpful giving us driving tips and ideas for things to do and see. We loved it here so much we deceived to stay an extra night! Highly recommend!

We especially loved the more rustic setting. Being several miles from the nearest town made it feel like actual camping instead of a hotel/camping “just a place to sleep” experience. We loved our cabin. The service was excellent. Thank You. We’ll be back.

Nice wooded campground that is clean and easy to navigate. Good laundry with nice pool (closed for winter). Low rating do to serious power issues. Had a 50 amp plug but drawing over 30 amps popped the EMS. Voltage at post was 126 on left and 110 on right with no draw. Park tightened all connections and got 121/122 after, but in evening, power popped again. Had to run everything on gas.

Sorry we did not meet all your expectations. Sounds like our staff tried to correct the issue. Keep in mind power issues happen on both sides of that hook up. We will definitely address any issues at that site. Thank you for your positive comments as well.

Difficult to find, sites were pretty small

Difficult to find? We have signs placed to follow right to our campground. Following a GPS? sometimes the GPS can give confusing directions. I still like a back up paper atlas. You might find the KOA app or directory helpful to have on hand. Thanks for visiting.

Only issue was the wood we bought that afternoon was damp so it took us about an hour to get the fire rolling. Everything else was great, very nice facilities.

Needed a place with full hookups on our way home. Found this spot, booked online. They even called to confirm my requests. Very friendly and nice place. They have a dog park, but the dog park is way to crowded with obstacles, if they removed some of them the pups could run around better. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The campground was OK, but one side of our site had a wooden fence which is all we could see all we could see from our windows from the slide out. The staff however however, was very helpful very helpful when we smelled something dead. A guy came out and dug around the rocks, found something, and then we no longer smelled the odor For which we were very grateful!

That stand alone site does have it's limitations on the one side, but still a popular site for bigger rigs. It was a puzzle trying to find that horrendous smell. An easy fix though with the tightening of the propane tank fittings. Hope you don't experience that again.

The staff here are very friendly. Interactive with the guests. If you want to enjoy Halloween to the fullest this is the place to be.

Great location for discovering Chattanooga and several state parks in the area. Parking areas easy to back into, level and packed gravel. The restrooms/showers were very clean and spacious. We will return when in the area again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the campground. Everything is immaculate! We loved the pool in the summer and we just had a blast at the Halloween party!

Was disappointed that the campground was not in Chattanooga or at Lookout Mountain the title of this location is deceiving on its location

Clean, Well-kept, nice and friendly people. Very safe. Good for an overnight stay on the way to Florida.

Great camp site! Beautiful! The staff was amazing and the bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen. One big point is that they are individual private restrooms with shower and vanity. You would never have you your RV bathroom. We will be back in the Spring.
