The staff was super wonderful and accommodating, but the tent sites are all very exposed and close together. It’s like you’re camping in a gravel parking lot with a bunch of people you don’t know. We decided to drive all the way home to New Orleans, rather than face a sleepless night there

Nice campground with clean restrooms. Kids enjoyed the pool and play area, but wee bummed that the pillow was closed during our stay. The tent spaces are very close together and our sight was on a hill so we kept sliding in our tents at night.

Plus side were the bathrooms. Negative side were the tent sites were on rocks and very unlevel. Plus there were 2 loose dogs, maybe strays, that kept coming around and barked at our tent in the middle of the night. They were friendly, too much so because they wanted in our tent and they were full of fleas! So glad we didn't have our dog with us!!! Might be OK for camper folks but not for tenters.

Thank you for the comment on the bathrooms. Unfortunately, not every person is a responsible dog owner. I hope you let us know so we could try to attempt finding their owner. We do not have many neighbors and sometimes we may even know the dogs name.

The staff was very helpful from information. They even delivered firewood to my tent site and brought a air tank to air up a bike tire. Was some of the cleanest public restrooms, showers I've ever seen. Made tent camping the best experience possible

This KOA is very clean and well kept throughout the grounds and facilities. Bathrooms are nice, clean and private. Pool is clean and free of trash and thankfully saltwater! It was a quiet and family atmosphere. To offer one constructive remark - Tent site 105 is basically a wash area and I would make it the last tent site to be rented.

Clean facilities. Well stocked. Easy to navigate campground. Excellent proximity to Lookout Mountain and Downtown Chattanooga. Well-stocked camp store. Amazing shower facilities. Great pool and play area for kids. Quiet in the evenings.

Gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and very informative. Bath house super clean! We stayed at tent site K. Nice site. Loved our stay.

The area for tents is small and the tents are on top of each other. The is little to no room to park and they are the far away from everything. There are no spots to drive to the pool or showers and park. Will not be camping here again. The website pictures are very misleading and show a much different picture

The bathrooms were amazing and clean. The fact that we had to park and walk down stairs to our campsite was horrible. plus it had rained and gravel was all over the stairs.

Thank you for your feedback, both good and bad. That area is a new layout for our campground. Not unusual at other locations to have "walk-in" sites. We are always grateful for your comments.

We had a lovely time during our stay. My kids really enjoyed the pool and other activities. The bathrooms were super clean which was great! The office/store also had a good variety of things available for very reasonable prices. We’re already planning our next visit!

Great and beautiful scenery, clean, tranquil. Amenities was great and staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I think I found my new camp site of preference. Great stay!

Too noisy, both trains at night and construction noise all day, did not feel like was out in nature. Too much gravel on campsite, also on hill leading to bathroom my child fell five times trying to walk up and down, both adults slipped bc the small gravels, would recommend it be dirt only. A lot of poison ivy on campsite where tents need to be placed as well as on nature trail.

Staying here in the hills at this KOA was one of the best places I've been at. Will try to plan another trip in the future. The customer service here was just top notch.

This place is awesome. The Bathhouse and Bathrooms are immaculate and updated. The STAFF is AMAZING! They truly act like they love their job! You can hear the Highway and that truly is the only negative if you are in a tent. Truly a great little place. Close to Lookout Mountain. Drive In Movie Theatre next door. Just an awesome place. Thank you for caring about your park. Sites were so clean!! 5*

Our first time staying at a KOA. We were SO impressed! The bathroom facilities are beyond remarkbale. We loved our tent site - pretty private. Very easy to check in and out. Loved it!!!!

I think it doesn't make sense to split 6 people in 2 spots if they have 2 different tents.2 tents fit with no problem in one spot

We had lot H. Close to the bathroom, which was great. The site has a slope to it and large gravel. The issue with the gravel, it could put a hole in the tent and rough on the feet while in the tent. The water faucet dripped and the post that supported the water and electric was loose. Campground was clean with decent views.

Thank you for your comments and criticism. Tent H is very close to the restrooms, a nice advantage for some. We'll get a look at the designated tent mulch bed and the power pedestal.

Nice facilities, very close to Cloudland Canyon State Park. A bit noisy due to trains.

Great camp site! Beautiful! The staff was amazing and the bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen. One big point is that they are individual private restrooms with shower and vanity. You would never have you your RV bathroom. We will be back in the Spring.
