Very nice folks. This was our second stay. The first was on our way to Arizona in December. If we go back to Arizona next winter i’m Sure we’ll stay again. It’s an overnight stop so we didn’t use any of the facilities, but. If sure they were very good. We travel in a 40’ Motor home towing a Jeep. Plenty of room to maneuver.

Was very disappointed with the person at the desk upon arrival. We have had excellent service from the previous 3 KOA’s we used in our travel to Phoenix. With Covid-19 precautions at the others, I was alarmed that the gentleman who answered the phone when we arrived said I had to come in. I refused and asked for site number and he insisted he had to personally give me a receipt which I refused.

Pulled in at night and stayed only overnight on our way to Tucson. Everything went smoothly. Pulled out in the morning. Good price too.

Checked in about 5:30pm. The weather was very cool so did not use the very nice amenities, i. e., the pool. The KOA in Lordsburg is probably the nicest facility in the whole town. We drove a good distamce that day and retired very early. I forgot my credit card at the registration desk. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and brought it to my parking space to return it to me.

Requested a 70 site, online. Arrived and was told that we would have to unhook our towed unless we wanted to move to a water and electric only site, which we did. Turns out the new site was only 50'ish feet long, which left us hanging out into traffic 7-10 feet on both ends. I travel frequently and I often stay at KOA because I know what I can reasonably expect. I expect the rates to be slightly higher because of that. Lately I have been using good Sam and other parks simply because most KOAs have increased their rates to an unexceptable level and are not competive.

We made a reservation at 10 o’clock AM ,by 11 it became necessary to cancel our reservation and we were charged a 45dollar cancellation fee . However legitimately that my be it has tainted my view of my whole KOA experience. David Gano

Park it self was maybe a 3 but the management scores an absolute zero (0). He is a real A** Ho** with absolutely no people skills, no communication skills and no management skills. He will never have hemorrhoids because he's a perfect A**HO**

RUDE man!! the park is fine, not the operators. arrived just after 12, no one there until 2 per the sign, never had that before. We asked for 2sites together 5 days advance, opposite sides of the park, mostly empty. He had us set up on the wrong amps per the size of the rigs. Not enough room in comments to indicate the whole situation. Needless to say it was a fiasco

Last minute call after hours, they answered and had the paperwork out front an hour later when we arrived at 8:30 pm. Enjoyed the stay even with it being short. Thank you so much Frank & Charlene Harrison

The campground itself was maintained. It was very loud. Between the highway noise, the trains and dogs barking and howling we didn't get much sleep.

This staff was wonderful and very accommodating, but the surrounding area is very run-down. It worked great for an overnight stay. The sites were very large and clean. The office was well-stocked, with free mints! We didn't use the facilities, but the playground looked nice. Pool was closed.

Lourdsburg koa is so well taken care of. It is a beautiful camp and was a very peaceful place to stay. Our children had a wonderful time at the playground. We had the opportunity to visit the shakespeare ghost town. Very awesome place and informative tour. A definite must see while staying at the koa camp.

It’s an OK place to spend the night. What was upsetting was the attitude of the manager. First of all, we reserved and paid for the site prior to arrival. When we arrived, the office was closed. There was a list of names and assigned site numbers on the door, so we went on to our site. The manager became rude and irate about this. Consequently, we will never stay at this KOA again.

Arrived and was greeted by the very friendly owner Marine. We only reserved for one night but decided to stay for two. This property is not a resort but still very impressive. All sites are very large. On first impression one would think you could place two big rigs in one site side by side they are so wide. We were in site 9. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will stay at this KOA again.

We were broken down and stayed 6 nights until could arrange our tow to deming. Donald at the park was wonderful. Used the laundry and took shower there last day as very cold temps. Lots of one nighters in spots around us.

The staff person had the worst social skills I've seen at a KOA. Also, when people people called for a reservation and got voicemail, he picked up the phone and told them to call back because he was busy. Why not let it go to voicemail?! I needed my propane tank topped off because a winter storm was rolling in, and said it was full. I had to insist it wasn't, then he filled it (4 gallons needed).

Showers are tiny and old. Couldn't hook up to sewer and water at the same time due to location of sewer connector (made for big rigs only). Due to this I had to wash my dishes at the communal outdoor sink in 20 degree weather. Dryers only allow you to spend $1.50 to dry for 45 minutes at a time. Teepees? Was the KOA founded by Native Americans?

This campground met all of our needs. It was a one-night stay as we were coming from Las Cruces headed to Tucson. We also had a great meal at Kranberries chatterbox. We woke up on a Sunday morning to snow���� The Burrells from Bogart Georgia ���������

Sort of a run-down, not-so-great town and sketchy area, but the campground itself is very nice. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and the entire park, although nothing fancy, is super clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again, no problem. Surprisingly, I felt safe here. Sunset and sunrise were beautiful under those open skies!
