Very clean & quite. Easy in & out. Only concern was some lady campers were walking their dog (Rotwaller maybe) in the pet area(great idea) & she told my daughters that we're going to walk our dogs that they had to get away because her dog would attack them. This is totally on the camper ladiesnot on the management. I appreciate the heads up from the old lady but aggressive dogs need to checked.

We had a small problem with electrical and they came right away with a smile to fix it. Kids and dad were impressed......

It would be nice if they mowed the dog pen. The last 2 times the grass has been very high. Also, when the man was using the riding lawnmower he was shooting ticks on the side of our camper.

Dave made booking an easy process and the location was great for my purpose in being in Lufkin. While the pool area was wonderful and the concrete spaces were nice and level the grass needs mowed and especially weedeated. The weedeating issue is no joke- grass was grown up around the tires of full timers rigs and golf carts and was coming across the concrete slabs. There were ant beds everywhere.

TV channels wouldn't come in Dump was hard to hook up and water was hard to hook up. Host was very pleasant and camp was clean and neat.

Great friendly Staff, clean restrooms, nice level site, campground could certainly use some shade trees. Facilities super clean, we chose KOA because it was close to Angelina College & we were going to baseball game at college, would stay there again while in Lufkin.

This is a great place for me to stay because I have an elderly brother who lives in Lufkin and it's much cheaper to stay there than at a local motel where I would have to go out to eat and everything else.

Staff very friendly , Location was a little noisy with traffic from a main road close by, Campsite well maintained. We rented one of the cabins, very nice inside however the fold down sofa was disgusting and mattress unfit to sleep on,(had to go to Walmart late at night to buy an inflatable mattress and quilt.Says room for 6 but only sleeping provided for 4. Other than that enjoyed the stay

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only issues were fire ants at the pool and cigarette butts on the patio. Overall very nice place. I look forward to staying again.

We were really only there for 8 hours to use the amazing showers and inexpensive tent sites. A nice stop to catch some zzz's and freshen up1

Bathrooms were not clean and were very small. Wi-Fi was as slow as dial up service. Limited cable tv service. Friendly staff avoided 1 star rating. Joe Roy

1st time @ KOA. Really liked cabin stay. Wish we could of stayed longer. Rained last day there. TV in bedroom didn't work would of liked to hav watched TV as we relax in bed. Thank God tv in living room did work. Told guy when we checked out there was no washcloths in bathroom. No cloths to wash dishes so used dishcloths. Bed took getting use to though. Glad to getaway from city for wknd.

Just an average overnight stoppver. Compared to other parks we've used, it was not worth the rate charged. Minimal tv (5 channel) and virtually non-existent wifi reception.

At check in told they were full, but that person hadn't left at check-out time. Told if they were gone I could have the space. Told next guy they were full, but had empty spaces that night. Girl at desk never told us about WiFi or leaving our trash at site. Facility very nice in nice location. Office seems disorganized.

Roads could be better maintained. Arrived later in the day, did not have a chance to use the amenities of the site.

Quiet Convenient to Lufkin Easy to find Pull-through with 50A Bathrooms conveniently located Concrete level pad Completely full so get reservations. Could not extend due to other reservations. Lots of long-term residences

The RV Park is great and the management is very friendly. The only complaint I have is about your sewer hookups. They are up hill from where the RV sits and it is very hard to dump black and grey water. I had to keep lifting my sewer hose to empty, and since I am a woman traveling alone, it can be very difficult. The campsites are kind of on a hill, so maybe if a requested a different site.

We have visited this location multiple times and each time we have found it to be clean and the staff is very friendly. The new added sites are perfect for leveling also included a fire pit, covered seating and beautiful grassy area for our pets. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. We definitely plan to visit again.

Very clean bathrooms/shower. Tent site layout was a little confusing, and would have been better with a gravel tent pad. But otherwise a nice place to stay.
